I sent an email during the evening, received a confirmation and time of arrrival the next morning, and the truck arrived when promised. The disposal was fixed, no muss, no fuss and no running off to the supply house to pick up a part. Efficiency has been a consistent quality of this company. They're pros through and through.

It turned out fine. They did a good a good job. I would recommend them. The owner is a real professional guy and he wasn't looking to oversell us anything and I thought he did a good job.

We had a waste line break in the basement and called Chris late on a snowy afternoon. He told us he'd be here in 30 minutes and called again to let us know he'd be delayed when his truck had a flat tire. He put a temporary fix on that night and came back early the next morning to complete the work. He was very professional and careful, came at the agreed upon times both times. We would definitely call him again in the future.

I discovered my water heater had leaked around 2pm. I called CK's and they were there at 3:45pm. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and because there was an Angie's Deal, I received a nice discount. Would definitely use them again and have recommended to others.

They were very quick to get the water heater replaced, and mine was in the attic! They didnt try to sell me anything extra. They showed up on time, where careful not to dirty up the house, charged me what we had agreed to over email. Friendly and professional service and very easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend them. As far as quality of craftsmanship, the water heater is functioning perfectly and the all the pipes and connections all look very neat.

Now i know why they are rated A! Our pipes froze and we had no water. Every plumber was really busy for the same thing happening other places. But they gave us direction on what to do and we did it. They showed up anyway and set my mind at ease about our issue. They did not charge us but just made sure we were ok and our pipes defrosted ok and did not burst!!!! I am so happy we were able to avert a major problem with just a phone call to CK!

I was removing an old bathroom vanity and the copper pipe connecting the hot water line broke. Water from the upstairs bathroom went everywhere in the house in a matter of minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Needless to say it was a huge issue that needed to be resolved asap. I called CK and he immediately sent Bob out from Garner to N. Raleigh to fix the problem. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Although it was $200, the price was reasonable given the time of day. Bob was a true professional and explained the process. He also said that the pipe was bad & would have broken eventually. Lucky it happened with the wall open up & home vs. another time. I would high recommend these guys to anyone & plan to use them to install the faucets once the granite is installed. WELL DONE

They were here around 10 minutes to make sure that no pipes had burst. They asked if there was anything else that I needed since they had to charge by the hour. When they came out to check the toilets, they had me walk around and he got me great deals on toilets. I was able to get them at a third of the price. I call them if it's something that's not covered by my homeowner's insurance because they're honest. They're also willing to troubleshoot over the phone without charging you. I recommend them to a lot of people.

It was an excellent experience. Chris did the full job the same day (on a weekend) and stuck to his estimated price. He was responsive, efficient and delivered on a weekend. I am a fully satisfied customer.

Had several issues with plumbing, including water access to laundry room and hot water access to one bathroom. Kyle was able to identify specific problem but also system problem. He worked carefully and was able to remove blockage and restore system to full operation. He replaced cartridges and filters as necessary, used high pressure to clear blockages from water lines, and correctly set the pressure reduction valve to the correct pressure for the size of the house. After completing his work, he cleaned up the various work areas so well that I could not tell he had been here.

Terrific! After hiring another BIG name contractor in Raleigh to fix my heater. I gave up on their poor, yet expensive service and called CK's plumbing. Chris was nice and explained exactly what they should have done. Less that 40 minutes later my water heater was fixed! Got a discount for being on Angie's too! Very reasonably priced! Thank you so much for this outstanding service.

It went smoothly from the call to writing the check. I noticed water running down the wall in my upstairs closet. The water heater had a slow leak and we needed help asap. They were at my home within 12 hours and stopped the leak, evaluated everything and gave me my options. We needed a replacement and we had a plan for them to be back the next day to do the work. That night I researched to see what kind of deal they gave me and was very pleasantly surprised - they were very competitive. I even went to HomeDepot the next morning and that made me feel even better. They did the work quickly and professionally and didn't leave a speck of debris or mess. Think value and go with these guys! Great service and value.

CK Plumbing was able to have a serviceman at my house within an hour of my calling them. He determined that the water heater would need replacement, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the replacement for first thing the next morning. I got phone calls in a very timely manner letting me know he was on his way for both visits. They were very respectful of my home.. Work was done quickly and efficiently. New operation was explained to me. Kyle thanked me for my business on both visits and was extremely polite. I would definitely use their service again.

It was a Big Deal purchase. The cost ended up being $800. It was supposed to be $950 and I got $150 off. They came out almost immediately after I purchased the deal. I thought the service was great. They were a little pricey but I thought it was great. I haven't had any issues with the water heater since it was installed. I thought it was a little pricey but it was kind of an emergency so I had to pay for it.

Chris, the technician was highly professional and knowledgable about the problem. He also tested the water pressure outside the house and made a necessary adjustment.. I will absolutely use their services in the future to replace the water heater in another few years. The company is reliable, they return calls as promised and arrive on time.

I found CK plumbing on Angie's List when i heard water dripping in between the walls....not a great sound on a Saturday afternoon....Chris (Mr CK Plumbing) came out within the hour, stabilized the issue, and then advised of next steps. The technician showed up on Monday, right on time, and replaced the water heater. Key things that impressed me: they wore foot covers without fail, the completely cleaned up after themselves, they were pleasant and professional, the fee was reasonable and explained up front. I will most definitely use them again and have since referred them to my friends.

Great! The guys arrived right on schedule. They were pleasant calm and very very neat! When I asked if they needed a rag they said no , they had their own in the truck!! I am so used to cleaning up after repair people , etc. And no one usually comes equipped or prepared . This was a breath of fresh air! Many thanks! Also Chris , the owner responded promptly to my email and helped me with options for scheduling my appt. they were quick and professional. If you're like me, whenever you need a plumber, the first thing you think about is how much it's going to cost and what you're going to have to sell to pay for it! If you need a plumber emergently, fuggedaboutit! Well, I am happy to say that Angie's List helped us find a plumber we can trust and stick with. We had a leak in our ceiling on a Saturday night. We called CK early on a Sunday morning and left a message not knowing whether we'd get a return call that day. Chris (the owner) responded shortly thereafter and he was able to come to the house just a couple hours later ( on a Sunday). He was super friendly and seemed very trustworthy from the outset. He was pleasant, straight-forward, engaged in the process of diagnosing the cause of the problem, and easy to talk to along the way. He figured out the problem, which involved a relatively minor (and surprisingly inexpensive) fix. He stayed until we were confident the leak had stopped. He then sent someone the next day to do the job. Since he didn't have the parts to do it that day, he didn't charge us for the emergency Sunday visit! Instead, he charged us for only the job (parts and labor) that he did on Monday. It is a great relief to know that we now have a plumber who we can trust. I feel like we can call on him for all sorts of things from repairs to installations to upgrades and know that he will do only what needs to be done and charge a fair price for the work.

I called CK plumbing after receiving an estimate on a Tank-less system. When I called them, I was pleasantly surprised at the quote over the phone, and that would be the final price. The quote that they provided me was $2000 less than the same brand tank-less heater that the previous provider was going to sell to me + installation. Chris (the owner) was punctual, professional, and their team was quick in removing old tanks and replacing it with an external tank-less system within about 2-3 hours. Always open and honest with our questions to him. Also nice to hear him talk about reality of service of these systems (he stated every 2 years, based upon the water we have here in Apex/wake county. (the other company wanted us to have maintenance every year, and wanted to charge that upfront with the cost of the system. ) I am very happy with service I received from Chris and would recommend his services to anyone. Needless to say, I am happy to post this referral, I was asked to post a comment about interaction with the other service provider.

Terrific work at a great price. Excellent service and true professionalism. Our water heater broke on Tuesday afternoon and a slow leak began in our attic, over our bathroom ceiling. We called CK, who answered on our first try. CK sent a plumber out to us the same day. He gave us an estimate of $1200 to do the job. We were unsure whether or not that was a good price, so we called around. Other places we called were slow to get back to us, so we told CK we probably wouldn't go with them until we knew more. When we finally got other estimates, CK's competitors estimated the job at $1500, three hundred dollars more than CK was willing to do it! We called CK back on Thursday and asked them to come out. They told us Friday was likely, but then Chris, the owner, called us back and said he'd come out himself to take a look. He was as good as his word and, from our house, called two of his men to come out and take care of the work the same day. They came out within the hour and were done in another. Furthermore, when Chris learned we'd found him on Angie's, he pointed out that there was a coupon for a discount on water heater installs through his company, which knocked another $100 off of our price. So, to sum it all up, we got personalized attention, work from a highly rated, high quality plumber, got same day service, excellent professionalism, and we got it all for 400 bucks less than we would have gotten at a competitor. Highly recommend CK, and we will certainly use them going forward.
