Terry, the service person was very detailed and intent on doing a perfet job. The Carpet Dry Clean process produced outstanding clean results. This carpet had been previously done several times over the years by professional cleaning services using a water based process, the results were unsatisfactory after the carpet dried, showing stain residual.

Preston provided me with excellent information when I called and options that met my need to clean traffic areas in older wall-to-wall carpets and stairs without moving major furniture or large oriental carpets. Service was scheduled promptly. Terry arrived right on time, walked through, took measurements and quoted the price which was exactly what was expected based on the appointment call. He explained how the process works and what he would do. As promised, the carpet was clean and dry and ready to use upon completion. The carpet looks and smells better than it has in years. Everything about the experience was courteous, professional and effective. I wish I had done this sooner.

I bought this service thinking they would serve Southern Pines. When I called that was mot the case. However, they put me in touch with the Carpet Dry Clean in Spring Lake and had already contacted Vance so he knew the situation. Vance contacted me to set up the date which I really appreciated. The total customer service of this company was GREAT! My carpets were cleaned and deodorized. Vance explained what he was using to clean the carpets. He was right on time to do the work. Thank you for the great service!

Carlo was prompt and explained the cleaning process. Carlo was very polite and courteous. He took special care on some old stains and the carpet looks wonderful. The chairs are now very clean and fresh in appearance. Will definitely use Carpet Dry Clean in the future.

Everything went well. The rugs were cleaned. Picked up & delivered. They even helped with the furniture. One thing - I forget to explain extra care needed to paid to the fringes. They did not come out as white as I would of wanted. I think I needed to tell them - which I didn't.

Great experience! I've never gotten carpets cleaned before and went with Carpet Dry Clean based on the Angie's List reviews. They were very easy to deal with, scheduling was not a problem, and Earl arrived to do the cleaning during the window that they specified. The carpets look really great, and they feel and smell clean as well (they weren't particularly dirty, but were just a little musty). Earl also spent some time trying to get a stain out (paint? markers? nail polish? who knows...) but wasn't able to do much about it - I appreciated that he tried, though! We also got a bit of a discount over the normal square footage rate because we hadn't moved furniture in yet, so they didn't have to move anything in order to clean.

It was easy as could be. Elmer was professional, kind and polite. It was fast and easy and my carpets look great.

I have had this sofa and love seat for the last 4 years and it has been used very well. I have a 2 year old who keeps spilling stuff on the sofa and it had a lot of stains on it. We were thinking of replacing it with a new one when I saw this ad about upholstery dry cleaning. Thought of giving them a try and here we are. To start with they were very courteous and professional. I called them up and scheduled the service. They called 2 hours in advance to verify the address and time. Elmer and Rose came on time and started dry cleaning the sofa. They vacuumed it first to remove all dust and debris. then they rubbed it thoroughly with towels sprayed with their spot less solution and finally disinfected and deodorized it with a dry powder. All in all, they arrived exactly when they said they would and did a speedy, thorough job. The sofa/love seat looked fantastic when they were done. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It truly was dry cleaning. We were pleased with the results.

Courteous and informative during service.

I have never had better carpet cleaning. The carpet was not wet. They moved the furniture. The carpet was not wet and you can walk on it. They cleaned it well and did spot cleaning. I’ll never use any other cleaners again. They are so good and they were able to keep it up as far as the cleaning. I will use them again and I have recommended them to my co-workers. I didn’t see a bucket of their cleaning stuff while they were here. They explained everything as well which is great.

He very politely told us that we should throw out the furniture and not waste our money cleaning it. We are very appreciative of his honesty and the fact that he didn't charge us for his time. I would definitely tell people about him and that he is a very honest person.

Great job. Company could not be more professional. Carpet is like new. Upholstered pieces look bright and clean. Technicians were very competent and went out of there way to ensure a perfect job. Could not be happier.

On time. Friendly. Professional. Unfortunately there were two spots that couldn't be removed (previous owner pet stains). Great job on stairs.

We got it off of Angie's List and they are called Carpet Dry Clean. My wife did not like them. They came out when they were scheduled to come out and they did the job but she is not happy with the cleaning process. They did it but my wife thought that maybe somebody else could do a better job on it that is all. They were very reasonably priced. They came out and did what they said they were going to do but she thinks that the process that they used which is their standard process is probably not doing the best job. She will probably try to find somebody else later to do it. They did just the one big rug and they did it right there. I can remember that they came out promptly, we scheduled the date and we got closer to the date of them coming out and they were there here right on time. The price was reasonable as I recall.

Great!!! He arrived propmtly at 9. The carpet in the loft was original to the home and had not been cleaned in the four years I've lived here. Everything looked wonderful -- the old carpet in the loft looked like new. He told me he expected to be done about 11:30. The job was complete at 11:28! I love the process because it leaves the carpet dry, and the little 'sponges' will continue to work and more will be vacuumed up each time the carpet is vacuumed.

Wonderful experience. The booking was very easy with plenty of times to work with that suited my schedule. Carlos called when he was on his way. Carlos was very courteous and meticulous in paying special attention to my problem areas. He explained everything he was doing and how the whole process worked. It took only a short time to get both rooms done and now the carpets are good to go right away...no drying time which is such a plus! The carpet looks and feels great and smells so fresh and clean. Could not be happier with the job.

They do a dry chemical clean. I wouldn't do a steam clean ever again. I would use them again.

It was good. For what I purchased, it was worth it. They spent some 45 minutes here or one hour. They didn't charge me more than the big deal. They gave their number and gave some products. I think I paid for that extra but its not much. They gave some powders, something helpful to clean the carpet. They provided me some available dates and I chose one. I will use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. Vance was super professional and very friendly. He was very punctual and did a great job. The carpets look a million times better than before. I will use this service every time I need my carpets cleaned from now on.

This service was done by Vance of Fayetteville Carpet Dry Clean. This ( Carpet Dry Clean) business has franchises and since I live in Fayetteville, Vance who covers this area performed the work. He did an excellent job considering the condition of the carpet which was a mess. He got the stains out, and really made the carpet look So much better. The carpet was really soiled after years of traffic, and honestly I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all turned out. I would definitely recommend this service.

It went find, but I do think $100.00 was a bit much for that amount of space. But I can understand that there is a minimun charge. But a coupon for further service would have made paying that amount of money for less than 15 minutes of service less painful.
