Description of Work: I was completely impressed with carpet dry cleaning. The technician arrived right on time as scheduled and was extremely informative about the differences between their service and traditional carpet cleaning and not to mention he was very professional. I like that I could immediately walk on my carpet because it was dry clean water clean and it was not inconvenient like traditional services where the windows must be left open for hours after. The only drawback to try carpet cleaning that I could see is that perhaps it does not work as well on stains as wet carpet cleaning but other than that it is a wonderful service and I would definitely recommend it again.

Description of Work: Vance was punctual and professional. Got right to work explaining the whole process and what I should expect. Carpets look great!! I was considering replacing them, now I don't have to. Definitely worth the money saved me thousands on replacing carpets.

Description of Work: Victor was the supervisor and did a very good job of supervising the two men that accompanied him. Victor communicated well with me and gave me detailed information of what I could expect. I was especially happy with the results as the carpet was dry at the end of thecleaning. Other companies have made the claim but I have found them not to deliver. I am very pleased. I did think they were a bit pricey but if the results stay firm, and what I mean by that if, no dirt stains or spots re-surface. I will use them again. Victor also instructed me on how to care for the carpet afterwards. Again I give them a thumbs up! I will be using this company again and would reccomend them to others! Great job

Description of Work: Victor and crew came out and did a great job. My wife was skeptical that our carpeting would come clean but was very happy with the results. I definitely prefer the dry clean over having damp carpeting afterwards.

Description of Work: We just bought the house and the carpet was in bad shape. We called to get an estimate and they came that day, did a sample area, then proceeded with the entire house. We are keeping the carpet we though we were going to have to rip out. Good job.

Description of Work: I used this service before I joined Angie's list and I cant remember exactly when or how much, but I looked them up to make sure I didnt use them again. Yes, they were prompt, friendly and the carpet was very clean with all the spots removed but like another member said the dust/cleaning particles were in the air and settled on all services for a couple months. It was a pain to clean and I didnt like the idea of inhaling it, plus it was tracked around the house when you walked on it. Maybe it would help if they vacumn several more times before they left?

Description of Work: Tony cleaned our master bedroom, baby girl's nursery and stairs. He did a wonderful job. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He also gave some great advice on how to decrease the filtration residue in our home. My husband and I were very pleased with the cleaning and our daughter was able to crawl on the carpets immediately.

Description of Work: They cleaned about 1500 sq ft of wall to wall carpet (minus carpet under heavy items like dressers).They got up all the small spots that had gathered over more than a year.

Description of Work: He showed up a little late because he couldn't find the house on his GPS (new neighborhood), which happens to alot of people. He kept in constant contact with me while he was on his way, appologizing about being late. As soon as he got here he started measuring the rooms he was working in subtracting areas the square feet of the areas he wasn't cleaning to get an exact price (they charge by the square foot). He explained the entire process before he did anything and he even did an example on a spot on my carpet to show how it works. My carpet looks fresh, clean and almost the exact same as it did when I moved in two years ago. Truely professional company; highly recommend to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: This was the first time I had used a dry carpet cleaning service, but I was quite pleased. I had my entire house done including all the wall to wall, area rugs, and orientals. The stains didn't reappear like they do with wet techniques. Mr. Polo was very enthusiastic, professional, and eager to please. He even suggested that I to do my upholstery myself, saving me several hundred dollars. The carpets looked great and there was no dry time. I will certainly use this company again in the future.
