Carpet cleaning was well done and in a timely manner. Great service for the price.

I contacted them as I wanted to get the carpets cleaned while the house was empty. Unfortunately, the movers were delivering earlier than planned. Carlo came in on short notice and on his day off and thoroughly cleaned all of the carpets and a couple of area rugs. He was extremely professional, courteous, and talked our ears off. In a good way. He was wonderful and I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

I have used Carpet Dry Clean before. As always, they were punctual, professional and efficient. I feel confident in having them clean a very old and valuable rug as well as the rest of my home. I like that they call ahead to reconfirm their arrival time. They were successful in getting spots out.

Earl responded with a day and we had our service scheduled. He called to confirm and prior to coming and arrived right on time. Did a super job on our sofa, it looks great! Will definitely use again and would recommend.

A smaller local company that was scheduled to do my cleaning did not show up (reportedly because their van broke down) after my husband had spent a good bit of time and effort moving much of our furniture off the carpets to facilitate cleaning. I desperately searched for a company that could fit us in quickly and Carpet Dry Clean managed to work us in that same day. We are delighted with the results! Our light beige carpets look almost brand new--and we were able to put our furniture back in place immediately. Our old cleaners used a steam method, which required hours to dry, and did not brighten the carpets nearly as well as this dry method.

Stains removed. Pile looks good. We have Friezes carpet.

The technician had a lot of trouble removing stains stemming from what he called excessive foot traffic. We were subsequently able to remove or lighten many of them using a variety of non-toxic products. Based upon the reviews and the cost, we expected much more from this company.

They did a very good job. The came did the work and were very professional.

They were perfect and I would highly recommend them. They came in on time, they did their work and they were more than efficient. They were very nice and treated me like a person. They explained everything that they were going to do thoroughly.

They did a good job on the cleaning. Carlo was very polite and fast. The product cleans okay, but we have 2 dog and I am not sure that it gets everything out of the carpet. There is still a spot in my area rug where I can still smell a little urine from a spot I tried to clean in my own. Our stairs still smell the same but look a little cleaner. I hoped that the urine spot was the one spot that would have been impacted. It still smells the same. The price was very reasonable. For general cleaning, I would use them again but not a deep clean.

Carpets were cleaned, however, I always have an issue with billing. I pay through Angie's list but the guy who comes to clean the carpet states he didn't get paid.

They did a good job on the cleaning. I am not just sure if I am going to use that product again that they used. It is a dry chemical cleaner. It cleans okay, but we have a dog and I am not sure that it gets everything out of the carpet. The price was very reasonable. For general cleaning, I would use them again.

I thought they were very good. There was a stain that I should have mentioned, but that was my fault. The stain was obvious and I should have pointed it out to them. They had an Angie's List special coupon offer. I can't compare their pricing, but I think they are probably about the same because I have used them in the past.

Bought a deal for cleaning of a sofa and a chair. Schedule set for two days later. Received a call to confirm the day before and then a call to say they were on the way. Arrived a little early. Upon arrival we asked to add another chair and ottoman. Cleaning proceeded as expected and results were very good. Happy with the service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very personable and answered all my questions when I scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. I especially loved that they dry immediately! So nice having clean and sanitized carpets!

There were no additional fees. I have had my carpet cleaned twice now, and I love the material, like if I spilled my tea, the cleaning products did a really great job soaking it up so I didn't have a stain, but I don't feel like it does the deep cleaning like I really wanted. I think in the future I will go with a steam cleaning. It is not really negative in that sense, I just feel that the dirt that is ground in doesn't really get out. I only had him do one room. The price was reasonable.

Carpets looked like new afterward. Very pleased with the work and the decision to choose dry cleaning instead of steam.

between potty training spilled sippy cups and knocked over baby food my 2 year daughter and 10 month old son has wreaked havoc on everything that was cleaned as listed above. The worst was the potty training accident in the stairwell which forced me to get the carpets cleaned ASAP. I called the Raleigh office first but they gave me the local Fayetteville office. When I called the Fayetteville office Vance answered and said he would be able to come out the next day and told me he would call when he was on his way. True to his word he called about an hour before the scheduled appointment time but did state he would be about 30 minutes late because the service he was performing at that time required a little extra attention, which was not a problem for me because I totally understood. Once he arrived he re explained the cleaning process that they do and the organic cleaning stuff they use which is kid safe. Vance did an outstanding job. Even after he finished he rewalked the areas he cleaned to make sure he didn't miss any spots in which he found a few areas that are notorious about getting stuff spilled like next to the side table by our recliner. So he hit those areas again and got the job done. When he finished he also informed us that it is important to get our carpet cleaned at least once a year which we try to remember to do and the importance of it. Overall I am VERY satisfied with the service that was performed and when I get it done again I sure hope Vance returns to do the job. Probably the best thing about this service was that we didn't have to wait a day or more for the carpet to dry because the cleaning stuff they use.

I received a call in the a.m. confirming my morning appointment and my service provider showed up right on time. One of my (hopeful) expectations would be that someone would be able to explain the dry cleaning method well enough that I would feel comfortable with my decision to go with dry cleaning rather than steam cleaning. Terry did that very willingly and very thoroughly. He explained the billing and worked it out a few ways to figure the best cost for me. I would have preferred more of the light items to be moved back after the cleaning but that is not a big deal. I am very pleased with the results and will happily use Carpet Dry Cleaning and their dry method of cleaning again in the future.

It was easy to schedule and our tech showed up on time and did the work in about 2 hours. He did our stairs and the our downstairs (great room, bedroom). We have been in the house for about 5 years and the downstairs is the "teenager hang-out" so the carpets needed to be done. They look great and he even left me a container of dry cleaner to use as needed. Seemed like a good price and it did exactly what we were looking for. We had a few stains and it appears they are now gone.

Terry, the service person was very detailed and intent on doing a perfet job. The Carpet Dry Clean process produced outstanding clean results. This carpet had been previously done several times over the years by professional cleaning services using a water based process, the results were unsatisfactory after the carpet dried, showing stain residual.
