It was great. Vance did an excellent job and was very professional. I was very impressed with how much cleaner my carpets looked after he cleaned them, seeing this was the second time they’d been done in a week (first time by a different company). I will definitely be using them again.

They are terrific, especially VICTOR! They are on time, communicative, attentive, professional, quick and do a GREAT job! Carpet Dryclean cleans carpets the right way --mysterious stains do not re-appear after carpets have been cleaned. And, they refill our bucket of stain remover so we can take care of little stains in between their coming to clean the next time. Additionally, Carpet Dryclean is reasonable priced all time time --no gimmicks; they are simply less expensive than the other steam cleaning company. I highly recommend them!

Vance was awesome! Very professional and polite. Worked hard and the carpet in our bedroom, its a night and day difference. We have never used this type of carpet cleaning service before (typically the water and extraction process), but we won't ever use anything else here on out! I was a little dubious at first with the idea of cleaning carpets without wetting them. On the other hand, I didn't cherish the idea of a lot of damp wool carpeting on two floors that might take several days to dry. So I gave dry cleaning a shot, and am so glad I did. I could not be happier with the results, the pricing, and the professionalism of the Carpet Dry Clean staff. And I'm something of a perfectionist when it comes to my home. I've already told my family and friends to consider Carpet Dry Clean if/when they need any carpet cleaning.

Very Well. Called to let me know he was on the way; here on time. Very friendly and professional. Explained the process he was using. Moved furniture and put it back exactly like it was! Yes!! Could immediately see the difference and the carpet was dry and ready to walk on when he left. Took approximately 2 hours as estimated.

The house looked great, when finished, & the residual odor was not too bad/sort of lemony. Unfortunately, a few stains were not completely removed, but overall, I am very satisfied & will definitely call Earl again. Price was very reasonable.

This is the first time I’ve used the “dry cleaning” method for my carpets and was very pleased with the results. Carpet Dry Clean provided excellent service and it was so nice to be able to walk on the carpets after they finished.

Professional prompt and very knowledgeable. Took silk rug back to shop to use a gentler method. Knows quality of good rugs and how to care for them. Didn’t do one rug that had silicon backing because he determined the rug wasn’t worth it. Did one 9x12, one 5x7, one 5x3

I called Carpet Dry Clean to have my townhouse carpets cleaned on a Friday and was able to have someone out the following Monday. Great folks to work with...answered any questions that I asked and detailed the step by step process. On-site, Carlo was great. He did a walk through to confirm measurements and confirmed pricing with me ahead of time. Carlo was awesome as well detailing the process that he followed to clean the carpets in comparison to steam cleaning carpets. While the carpets were in good shape prior to, the cleaning didn't change the appearance of the carpet, as some of the normal wear couldn't be undone. But, I am certain that the carpets are now cleaner than prior to the cleaning.

Fabulous! Earl is a consummate professional and the carpets looked almost new! I will never use anyone else, nor will I allow water/steam cleaning on my carpets in the future. This is the best way to clean!

No well. In neither of the two rooms did they move any of the furniture to clean under it. When my wife asked why, she was told that it normally doesn't need cleaned! In one room we had multiple stains and once they had finished and were packing up to leave, we noticed all of the stains were still there. the technician (young kids) came back to redo the spots and we noticed that they were still there! She told the supervisor (a nice man named Victor) who told the crew to come back to redo it again and when the kid came back and my wife showed him the spot again he said "we already did that" What!!! We were really disappointed because the price was not cheap but we figured what the heck, let's use a family owned local business instead of Sears. While we did have a negative experience with this company, they did follow up immediately once they earned that we weren't satisfied and made a very quick return visit to remedy the problem of the remaining stains. The business owner Preston took a personal interest in making sure that we were fully satisfied and even offered to fully refund our money (which we declined). Not all business owners take that kind of care to make sure they have satisfied customers and I really appreciated that.

Excellent job. I will hire them again. This is much better than steam cleaning. Carpets dry in 5 minutes and everything smells fresh.

We had an cream colored sectional dry cleaned by Carpet Dry Clean today. I called this morning to see if he could "fit me in". Since it was never cleaned and had lots of dirt on the arms, he wanted to come over to see it. He thought he could clean it, but since it was so dirty from hand oils, he cleaned just the arm and within about 15 minutes, it looked 300% better. So I had him do the entire sectional. WOW. Now, it's not a brand new sofa and had some damage to it due to sun bleaching, but it's a super clean sofa and I'll be proud to have my family and friends over again!

Background: On July 10, I had a different carpet cleaning provider clean my carpet. I was dissatisfied with the job this provider did on spots and high traffic areas of my carpet. I had used Carpet DryClean in the past and realized I was much happier with their service than 2 providers I have used since (see my reviews). I called Carpet DryClean the afternoon of July 10 and was able to schedule an appointment for the morning of July 11. Carpet DryClean was willing to come out and clean a 3 foot by 3 foot test area of my choice to confirm that I would be happy with the results of their cleaning with no obligation. I was very pleased with the test area, the provider gave me a quote of $232.80 for 3 rooms, and I agreed to have him do the three rooms. The provider did a particularly good job on the heavy traffic carpet areas, going over some areas as many as 3 times. He then thoroughly vacuumed the carpet to remove any remaining cleaning agent, loose pilings, etc. I thought the carpet looked significantly better after Carpet DryClean cleaned my carpet on Jul 11 than it did after the cleaning by the other provider on Jul 10. In the future when I need a professional carpet cleaning, it’s Carpet DryClean! I'm attaching 2 photos. The first shows an area of the carpet after the first provider cleaned the carpet, but before Carpet Dry Clean. The second photo shows the same area after Carpet Dry Clean finished.

I don't think due diligence was done to get rid of stains. And the carpets was not cleaned properly. He was in and out in a hour.

Excellent! They team took special care in moving furniture and replacing it. I received instructions and reassurance that the carpet would dry and not damage my hardwoods underneath and my dog did not have to be isolated in another room. The carpets were clean and deodorized and I was very happy.
