The gentleman who showed up was on time, professional, and courteous. We had a 6-7 year old sectional sofa that was cleaned. The process boiled down to sprinkling a cleaner on the couch, taking a regular firm bristle brush and scrubbing in a circular motion, and then vacuuming it up. The couch looks and smells great. I have absolutely no complaints with the service. The only issue I have was the services was way overpriced. I was given a "deal" @ $175 and was told sectional couches are usually $250. I was offered a $20 upgrade to purchase the same cleaner and perform the cleaning myself in the future. I can't justify the cost for the trip here and the 20-25 min of labor. While I'm pleased with the results, if I had to do over again I would have done more research on couch cleaning products and completed myself. Given the cost I recommend looking into a similar cleaning product and doing the work yourself.

The gentleman was on time , remeasured the room sizes i gave over the phone. I was over sized on my measurements and he deducted the furniture space that was not being moved for cleaning. We were pleased with the service and will call him again. I sent a FB call out about his service and let others know of his service.

Carpet Dry Clean was very responsive. Vance was one of the most efficient and diligent professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. One of our sofas was very old (and not maintained very well), and he worked very long and hard trying to make it look good, which was impossible given its age and condition. While he greatly improved its appearance, he was very disappointed that he could not make it look new, and gave us a discount. He was very friendly and professional, and obviously cares a great deal about his work. I would hire them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Carpet was 8+ years old and had significant foot traffic use, the odd spot (not a clue what it was) and a dog (not many "mistakes" thankfully). Scheduled online for 12-2pm on 12/17/14 and company called the day before to confirm day and time. Next day Elmer and his assistant (didn't get name) called about 11am and asked if he could arrive earlier at 11:30. They were very professional, efficient and orderly. Elmer explained how the dry clean product worked and I observed the application and clean up. In one hour they were out the door. The beige Berber style carpet appears restored (well not factory new) and previous stains appear to be gone and the musty old carpet/dog odor is gone. Elmer will offer you a bucket of the dry cleaner product) for $20 that you can use for upholstery and carpet spot cleaning - I bought a bucket as I have a small wool carpet that needs some spot work and Elmer told me how I should use it - noting it is not for leather. The only negative was the product during application has a very strong lemon/citrus odor and if it had been warmer I would have opened a door or window but it fades soon after final vacuuming. I would recommend the service. Product is alcohol based and no water used - so no real drying time needed. It impressed my wife so I did well.

Carpet Dryclean was a great company to work with. Professional at every step, quick and efficient. My whole house was clean and dry in a few hours and my carpets are so clean that I am amazed! The stains are gone and the carpet (and wool rug) look refreshed. I received an "Angie's List" discount and the technician explained the costs and the cleaning process to me up front and very well. I will certainly recommend them to others and I will use them again.

The technician for the Fayetteville area is Vance... what a beautiful soul! Vance arrived as scheduled, performed the cleaning service and left my upholstery clean, deodorized and most importantly dry.

Called us early to remind us of the appointment. Good thing because we forgot. Arrived within scheduled time. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet in both rooms. We used them before and we will probably use them again.

The process was very easy. We got an estimate over the phone that was very accurate and thorough, and were offered a discount as Angie's List members. We were able to schedule the cleaning within a couple of days. Carlo came out and was very professional and helpful. Our carpets were very dirty and stained (they're 16 years old), and Carlo spent hours working on them. I can't say they look new (that would be an impossible task), but they look a LOT better than they did before. Best of all, there's no residue and it was safe to walk on them immediately. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and customer service orientation of Carpet Dry Clean.

The servicemen were not only competent, but helpful in answering all my questions. My family room carpeting had been down for over 16 years, and had never been cleaned professionally. After the cleaning, the carpeting looked great, but was not renewed completely since we had left the soil in the carpet so long. But we are happy with the results, and were delighted that for an additional $20., they could leave us a bucket of the cleaner they use so we could clean the oriental rugs ourselves.

Carlo arrived on time, explained the organic dry cleaning process to our satisfaction and demonstrated on a dirty carpet area. In a few hours he was finished and the whole job looked as clean as the demonstration area. He could not have been more professional.

Vance, from the Fayetteville office, was very professional and personable. He was efficient and willing to work with my requests. The carpet looked great when he was done and I was very pleased with the results.

Earl and his team cleaned our office carpets at the SPCA of Wake County and they look amazing! Our office receives heavy traffic from people and pets and had not been cleaned in years. Carpet Dry Clean was fast and responsive to our needs. The process was quick and efficient and the carpets look incredible now. The best thing was that we did not have to wait for the carpet to dry. Beautiful job. I called on Monday and they came on Wednesday. Preston called Wednesday a.m. to confirm appointment. My carpet and stairs look great. Technician on time and extremely courteous and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Price was very fair. Used a coupon from Angie’s List and they left me with a bucket of spot cleaner for times inbetween cleaning. Call was returned the same day and appointment scheduled for two days later. The Carpet Dry Team arrived right on time and was finished in an hour. Very professional, worked continuously and finished up within the estimated time.

The associate arrived promptly and did a thorough job. I wanted the carpet cleaning to try to remove the smell of cat urine in a home I had just bought. I was warned that the dry cleaning may or may not get rid of the entire smell, but I hired them anyway in hopes that it would help with the urine smell. After the clean, I could still smell the cat urine. The company owner called me a couple days later to ask if I was satisfied with the service. When I explained that the urine smell didn't go away, he apologized and sent out an associate to try an enzyme treatment. The enzyme treatment removed 100% of the smell! They explained that the enzymes are injected into the carpet padding, so it can remove pet urine that had soaked into the carpet padding previously. They didn't charge me anything for the enzyme treatment. I was very happy that they called to follow-up after the job was complete and offered to provide an enzyme treatment free of charge. They clearly want to make sure their customers are completely satisfied.

I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of Carpet Dry Clean. I live in Southern Pines and therefore Vance from the Fayetteville location was my technician. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment with him; he was flexible and worked around my schedule. Vance came to my home after work hours and was professional and on time. My carpets were in bad shape with some serious stains. However, Vance was upfront about the situation and provided me with several different options. We agreed for him to try a small portion of the carpet to see if the stains would come out before committing to the entire project. As we agreed, Vance treated and cleaned the carpet area with amazing results. Vance worked his magic and finished cleaning the carpet much to my satisfaction. My carpets look amazing! I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I was highly impressed!

Provider called prior to arriving, arrived on time. There was some confusion about the Angie's list coupon and the online deal purchased through Angie's list. It took quite some time to gain an understanding of how the coupon, vs. the online promotion was to be applied to my service. The company could have done a better job explaining pricing and the coupon deals when I called to make the appointment, since I specifically asked if I should purchase the online Angie's list offer prior to the service. The service took about an hour and the carpets were cleaned well. I also relieved my free refill of spot cleaner.

Called the morning of the work to let me know they were on their way. Very courteous, professional and explained the process. Quick work and the carpet looks great. Very pleased.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment which was extremely helpful with us moving out of our condo and into a new home. Vance showed up and was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. He spent a great deal of time making sure the carpets looked their best. I was extremely impressed with the outcome and will definitely be using this company again and will ask for Vance.

The technicians were prompt and professional. They use a process that does not utilize water. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how effective this method is, even in stain removal.

They were very punctual, friendly, and their service was prompt. I loved that the carpets weren't left wet. I don't like how they're left this way with steam cleaning--it's just a magnet for more dirt! They did a great job and our carpets look awesome. Will definitely use them again in the future. They offered to sell me some of the powder they use, with an offer to refill the container for free the next time they came. I didn't take them up on this, but I kind of wish that I had. Very happy with this service.

He was very good. I remember I was scrubbing the kitchen he was doing the upstairs and he was very easy. I had enough of this in my life. He was very thorough. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. It was a stain he really worked on eventhough someone had worked on it before had worked on it. He made a couple of attempts. He did get lightened just a wee bit. He gave the extra efforts and there was no major stains. All the other stainns it was quite clean. We were very pleased with that. Just felt very comfortable. We always want to make sure the carpets, because tenants have small children and we got small babies crawling on the carpet. There were no issues at all. It was very good.
