Description of Work: They responded quickly and scheduled within 2 weeks. My only complaint was that several of my shrubs died due to the drifting of the chemicals applied to my wood front porch in cleaning. They covered shrubs with a tarp; but a week later the shrubs began to die. The quality of their work otherwise was very good and we were pleased with the results. They cleaned my house, decks, patio and drive. They painted my front porch and stained the decks.

+ -1 moreI have to say it took less than a week to have the service done after I did the payment through Angies list. The guys were very polite and professional. I dont think the house was ever power washed in its 10 years so they had their work cut out for them. They were diligent and worked for 3 hours non-stop. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe workers arrived at the scheduled time. They pressure washed the deck, nailed loose boards, and then sanded the deck, rails, and steps. Afterwards they stained everything. My deck looks beautiful! I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Extremely helpful lessons on deck care and products which can withstand time and weather. They were prompt, efficient, professional and provide a package price which I couldn't refuse. Power washed the old product, sanded and resealed with their recommended product. Deck seemed better than new. Then, we used the company to power wash our home and the North facing mildew has not returned yet / nearly 2 years later. An investment in the longevity of your home.

Ronnie did the work - he was great. His attention to detail is very good and that is reflected in his work. I would use them again for deck work.

Description of Work: Pressure washed/cleaned wooden decking and rails, renailed any loose boards and checked structural components, sanded the wood to achieve a smooth finish, remove any wood that had frayed, and apply stain to all wooden areas. This included removing and reattaching the screen from our lower porch and parts of our upper porch. Spindles were replaced using screws instead of nails.

+ 1 moreInitial contact with the company provided an estimate for the two jobs to be performed. At the agreed upon date, the company arrived to do the work. All workmen acted professionally while performing their tasks. Upon completion, we were asked to inspect their work. We did not find any concerns (although we had to trust the upper gutters were clean). The cost was the estimated price. We have used this company in the past and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They stripped the paint off our deck and power washed it. They then sanded it and then they put it back on. They also painted all the banisters.

+ 0 moreArrived on time. did a thorough power wash on both decks on Tuesday. Let them dry and repaired a couple of boards that were badly weathered. Stained them on Thursday. and the final job was beautiful. No mess, no clean-up after the guys were finished.
Description of Work: Both our large deck & arbor needed p/wash & stain. Job was quoted a little higher than other quotes we received but I felt that they knew their stuff and appreciated paying the extra for the satisfaction of getting a top notch job done right without any problems.

The windows were clean and the gutters were clean when they left. It was not a bad experience at all. In terms of professionalism, they were very good. Like I said, I had used them couple of times to do some work and for cleaning the deck and they were always very good. I would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used the services of Total Deck Care a couple of times in the prior years. They did some gutter cleaning for us. They charged $200 to do the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning. It could have been more or it could have been less.

+ -1 moreOur development was offered $100 off if we booked a pressure washing of our home before the end of May. We called and left a message. It took another call after a week's wait to get a return call. The person who set up the appt was professional and promptly scheduled our appt. The house looked great. And a added plus was that no plantings were damage and only 2 little spots where the ladders sat were seen. I would recommend this business!
Description of Work: The entire house was pressure washed, including the windows and the front porch.
