This project went very well. The crew was polite, efficient, and organized. They cleaned up after each day. The work was well done and much sturdier than the previous fence. The lead carpenter took care to be sure that everything was done with quality.

I purchased my home in August 2019. The home is 11 years old. The deck, (which could not be more than 11 years old), had already undergone repairs, looked worn, and, frankly, didn't even feel solid under my feet. Mr. Ciao and his crew were great. They thoroughly cleaned the deck and stairs, tightened up some of the hardware, sanded where needed and after the deck dried out, they came back and stained everything. They were very careful not to damage the plantings or get stain on the porch walls. They did a very nice job!

Porch hadn't been touched since new (3 years). Light stripping of deck floor, steps, and lattice with a stripping agent. Power washing. Neutralizing. Staining. Workers were prompt and courteous. Business owner was responsive. Porch floor, steps and lattice look great.

Carolina Decks and More recently cleaned the exterior of our house, stained the deck, porch and repainted the wood trim and rails. We couldn’t be more please with how it turned out. A few years ago Carolina Decks stained my deck and did an excellent job. I hired them again to re coat the horizontal surfaces. I got a very good price, They showed up for work on time, were polite and courteous, and completed the job in a very professional way. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again

Wow!! I can't think of enough good things to say about Jim, Kevin and Ryan at Total Deck Care of the Triangle. They did a pretty big deck/porch project for me which included 3 different surfaces: (1) stripping /sanding/restaining pressure-treated lumber on exterior deck and rails, (2) stripping/sanding/polyurethane coating on pine tongue-and-groove porch ceiling and walls, and (3) sanding/recoating IPE flooring on screened in porch. It looks fantastic! They really know how to restore wood and don't take shortcuts. Ryan and Kevin really attended to every little detail with a lot of care. They take great pride in their work. They were on time, professional and communication was excellent. They would always give me an idea of what they planned to accomplish each day of the 4-day project. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. This is one of the triangle's best kept secrets. I will definitely hire again. I'm so proud of my deck and porch!

Jim was friendly, courteous and professional. We had to wait a number of months to get the carpenter (not Jim’s company ) to get the repair done and then got delayed by winter weather. When that finally broke the work was done promptly and well. We are very happy with the result and will hire Jim to seal it again in the fall. It looks great and we are ready for the Spring and Summer.

Once again, Total Deck Care did a terrific job on our power washing. Kevin and Ryan arrived early, worked hard, and made sure to get all surfaces sparkling clean. They are courteous, professional, and great to work with -- always go the extra mile for the customer.

They sealed my deck last year. Their work was good but I thought they were expensive. Quality was good. I probably would not use them again because, they came out and they quoted and they did a good job and I loved it but it needed to be redone and I paid a lot of money to have it redone. They did a coat. They did not tell me that within that next year I would need another coat and for $3000 I would have expected them to do a second coat probably.

Great customer service - very responsive. Scheduled work promptly, completed as scheduled, very good communication.

Highly recommend, will use in the future

If not 100% satisfied, Jim has taken a second look and made things right. That only happened once in all the times I have used Total Deck!!!
