Description of Work: I filled in their webpage contact page asking them to contact me to arrange a termite inspection. Several days passed and they didn't respond, so I phoned. We agreed on an appointment, and the man showed up on time. After going in the crawl space he found no need to treat or do anything and explained what he had seen. I had expected to pay but there was no charge. |(Because they didn't respond to the web request, but after the phone call the man showed up on time, I graded punctuality as B.)
