The termite treatment was thorough and professional . I called to ask about an Angie's List and a Senior discount after the initial visit and treatment date were set up. I was told that my request would be answered but no one called me to discuss my query. I was charged the full price. Make sure you ask for an Angie's List or Senior discount on the initial visit or you will not receive one.

Very well. The workman arrived on time, and there was virtually no disruption to our day. We received a discount on the treatment because we are regular customers.

No problems after work was done (pest free).

Rick was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Inspected and reassured us on some areas of concern and did a thorough inspection under the crawl space and around the exterior. Thankfully no issues were found and he had helpful suggestions along the way. I fully expected to pay him for his time and expertise though he was insistent on no charge for the inspection. I will certainly use him in the future for any pest issues that arise and glad to have him on my team.

We were relieved that we didn't have termites and we asked him about some type of preventative treatment. We also mentioned that we have a problem with chemicals and he referred us to someone else who uses some type of traps that wouldn't make us sick. He didn't charge us anything.

Rick was courteous and thorough. He explained everything he was looking for and everything he found clearly. I received the written report the following day. I will definitely use them if I ever need their services...which hopefully I won't :)

I like that they have low turn over. In the time I have been using them I have only had two technicians. They have always been efficient and friendly. They are professional. I find that after they spray I do not smell anything and it takes care of all the bugs. If I do have any problems in between sprays they will come out and take care of the issue for free.

Very willing to make arrangements for separate visits for inside and outside service.

Always punctual, asks questions and listens for where the problems are located and treats accordingly. Aware of pets and children and always confirms that they will be away or out of contact with treated areas until safe. Spends time identifying causes and treats specifically to the pests present.

I've been using them for a number of years. I've never had an issue. They show up periodically and are very professional. The communicate well and always contact me ahead of time.

We spent nothing and it was totally a good deal. I convinced myself at that moment like a pregnant women hysteria that we had termites and they actually come out on a Saturday morning and reassured me that they were not termites. They told my husband that they were just flying ants and they told him to make sure that I was drinking lots of water and they wouldn't charge us anything and went away. People always charge and that too on a weekend and that should go on a review and like I don't want to damn them since not charging us. They were incredibly wonderful and they were professional since definitely one could tell like they knew what I was looking at was not termite which did make me feel kind of stupid but it was not their fault.

They are very thorough, relative to other companies, and with their $75 service will inspect the attic. I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

We usually have the same person come every time. They are always very pleasant, and I have a conversation with them. My last person has retired, and the new person is just as personable. They are just nice people. I have nothing to compare the price with. They are pretty reliable as far as professionalism and getting in here on time is concerned.

Overall everything is great. They do what I hope they do. The annual inspection service is a great precaution because of their warranty.

The experience went well. They did a good job and I didn't have any bugs after that.

The inspector arrived late because the the original person who was supposed to inspect my home got caught up on another job and could not make it. The inspector was courteous, very honest, and fairly thorough. He found 2 places of active termite activity in the garage. The estimate price was great: $675. However, the inspector gave me an unsettled feeling because 1) he explained I would have to sign the and quot;North Carolina Waiver of Minimum Requirements For The Control of Subterranean Termiites in Existing Structuresand quot; before having the work done, and 2) he gave me mixed signals over which pesticide would be used in the treatment. I have a sump pump in the crawl space. Because of this, NC law does not allow pest companies to trench inside the crawl space and apply pesticide, as the pesticide will just be pumped out the next time the sump pump works. Because of this, two of the companies that gave me estimates wanted me to sign the waiver form. The inspector understood my concern about the waiver, and called in to his boss about it. They offered to use a stronger pesticide (Termidor) than they normally use for the same price. However, later on, he seemed to forget that he had offered that, and gave me brochures about I-MaxxPro, and explained why it was better than Termidor. Later, when I some additional questions to ask, I called up the contact number, but the entire company was on vacation for a week. I had already made a decision to use a different company by the time someone was able to return my call.

They come quarterly. We have quite an ant problem and they were very persistent in finding the right things to cure our problem and they have. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Their responsiveness is very good. They come when they say they are going to come. I would continue to use them in the future.

It went well. Mary, the Bug Lady, has been with the company 30 years. She sprayed my house and told me what she was using, was nice to my dog, and gave me lots of advice on stuff that could prevent future problems. She carefully explained the contract, told me what bugs I might have problems with and which ones weren't a big issue. She pointed out a tree that was touching my house (along with some bushes) and advised cutting both back to prevent both bug and moisture problems. She even pointed out some poison ivy in my backyard that I hadn't noticed. I initially wasn't going to sign up for the contract today, but decided to go ahead due to the good service. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

They are very good. They are very prompt and responsive. I called them Monday morning and they scheduled an appointment right away.
