Lee was on time and very helpful and professional. The whole process took about 30 minutes and he told me exactly what to expect. He took my concerns about my pets seriously, which reassured me. I have not seen any waterbugs since Oct. 7 (thank goodness) and I am very pleased with this company. The price was actually lower than I expected. I will definitely use them again in the future

Had some roaches on screen porch. I called Bug Man on Monday, made appointment for Thursday, came at 2:00 and took care of treatment quickly. She realized that we had kids and a dog, so she took care of that too. Super nice, good price for treatment of a 3 story home. Free termite inspection and did not find any, but gave us a fair estimate for what we would need to spend if we wanted to update our termite treatment. Mary has been with the company for 30 years. Knows her stuff and couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend Bug Man.

I have an annual contract with them. The person who comes is very friendly and does a good job. He is very punctual. The price was comparable.

They came out and gave us an estimate. The first guy that came out didn't find the damage, but we already knew of it. This guy found everything. He did a very professional job treating the whole house. The price was average. He was very professional.

He came in and told me that the bugs would go away and did not charge me anything. He was right, the bugs eventually went away.

They have been around for a long time in the area. I chose him because his price was reasonable. I will use him again in the future.

Overall they removed the problem but did need to come back for a second visit.

I was very impressed with Bug Man, because he was willing to come out to give me an estimate and he was completely honest with me. I called and we set up an appointment right away. He came out right on time and when he came out and we discussed what kind of coverage I was looking for he told me that I should actually go with the company that the home builders were using. He said that they would offer me a better rate for the coverage I was looking for and they have a history of what has been done in the past. I appreciated that a lot because he was looking out for the customer rather than just trying to grow his business. I like that for the estimate he did not charge me.

No problems with application and results seem good so far.

They came back and checked with me because I was not here the day of the inspection. They answered all of my questions and they will return in January to re-inspect.

The service technician came precisely on time both times, which in my experience is unique for service companies. Not only did he come on time, but they give you a two-hour time window for the technician's arrival, unlike other companies where they tell you they will come sometime between 8 am and 5 pm. Also, the technician was very concerned about my cat and made sure to give me instructions for how to keep him safe. If I ever need an exterminator again, I'll be sure to call Bug Man.

Rick found no evidence of damage from termites, carpenter ants, roaches, or any of the pests common to my neighborhood. He recommended an annual inspection of no charge to me, and spot treatment of any problems found in the future. Would you be satisfied with this service? Thank you.

I think it was a very good visit. In addition to checking the house for termites he also checked the garage and crawl space. He was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with and the best news is we didn't have termites.

During siding replacement on our house, the contractor found ants in the wet plywood that was being replaced. The contractor called to say that we needed to have the ants treated before they could proceed with that side of the house. We had never used a pest control service before, so I reviewed pest control companies on Angie's List. Based on comments and the Angie's List award, I called Bug Man. From the time of my call to their arrival time was one hour! They checked the situation and let the contractor know that since the ants were in the wet wood only, the ants would be gone when the wet wood was gone. Bug Man called me back to say that they did not recommend spraying and that the ants were in the wood being replaced only. When I asked what the charge was, they said "nothing." What a surprise! They were very responsive in both arriving at my house and calling me back with the results. Since we were not home (only the contractors), Bug Man could easily have done unneeded work, but they were honest and gave good advice. I would definitely call them for pest control services in the future.

For the termites, they go under the house in the garage. They check all the ducts and do a full inspection of the house. They make appointments, and they call before they show up. They show up when they are supposed to. I would recommend him to friends and family.

This company is great and they will work with you on the scheduling. They are really good about making and keeping appointments. They will call and let you know if they will be a little late. If there is a problem they will reschedule.

They were very cooperative, appeared to be very honest and easy to deal with. I would continue to use them.

We had seen several termite swarms in the spring. We had 4 bugs in a plastic bag for the termite inspector to review. He verified they were termites not flies. He inspected the house for damage, then recommended a treatment plan. A week later the termite treatment was done. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very easy process. The inspector and treatment specialist were professional.

He came on time, treated the house thoroughly, did professional work (so far as we know), and charged us what he had estimated. He also was hired by the prospective buyer's realtor to inspect for termites. When he did, he showed me the evidence of one termite tunnel so that there was no question that the termite treatment was needed.

We recieved three bids for the extermination work. We were very impressed with the quality of their bid. He carefully explained that the stone patio on the back of the house would prevent them from following the standard protocol for this type of work. He drew a diagram to show how they would do it and explained that this deviation from the standard would still be guaranteed work. The other companies said nothing about this issue at all. Bug Man also found another instance of termites that the inspector had missed. We were equally impressed with the exterminator that performed the work. He explained what he was doing and also alerted us that our sewer seemed to be having a back-up problem. Sure enough, we were about to have a real mess on our hands!

This company came out the day I called so they could view the floors and walls while they were opened by the construction crew. They then coordinated with the same construction crew and treated in 2 stages which allowed them better access. They were courteous and prompt.

WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A LOT OF YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT FOR THEIR SCHEDULED INSPECTION. THEY DO GUARANTEE THE WORK AND GIVE A WRITTEN REPORT FOR OUR RECORDS, WHICH I LIKE VERY MUCH.

THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY WAS BUSINESSLIKE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND QUALITY OF WORK. THE WORKER, HOWEVER, WAS ILL AND IT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET THE WORK COMPLETED.
