Description of Work: They replaced about 1000 square feet of carpeting in my house. They worked within my tight time frame and got the job done quickly without much disruption. There was just a few scuff marks on the baseboards but nothing major that I couldn't deal with.

Description of Work: We had a runner installed on our stairs and upstairs hall. The runner has a border and my major concern was that the border on the carpet would not line up on the pie shaped stair pieces at the turn. Other carpet stores/installers had told me that it could not be done. Our salesman, Wes, came over with an installer who spent a long time laying out how it would work, and measuring for the runners. They both assured me it could be done, and I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and order the carpet. A different installer showed up promptly on the day of the installation and did a FABULOUS job! Not only did the stair borders line up perfectly, but he did a great job matching the pattern on the hall runner which also has a couple of bends. The installer also did not tack down the runner, but assured me that he would come back and do so if slippage was a problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend Brentwood to anyone. As far as the buying experience went, it was a while from when I first found the carpet to when it was ordered as I was looking at other stores/options/online. The Brentwood people were very professional and never did I feel pressured to make a decision. They also worked with us on the final price.
