I got many estimates to recarpet my home as I am trying to sell it. I am on a desperately tight budget and Cheryl Roberts was so kind to work with . A few estimates were close to theirs but theirs was the best. they were ranked high on Angie's list as were many of the other companies I contacted. I met with a nationwide carpet company and they ended up matching Brentwood's price but the minute I met with this company they started calling me at all times of the day from an 800 number. I did not know, and they were quite vague on who would actually install the carpet so I felt better going with a local company that has been in business in the area a long time. Once the work began (on time each day!) their crew was amazing! Everything was put back exactly. I did not have to go through the house and reposition furniture. TV cables were reconnected and they took very good care of my home and furnishings.

They have a more limited selection of vinyl flooring and broader selection of higher end carpeting/longer warranty stainmaster carpet on display in their showroom. We had vinyl floor installed and carpet estimates for a future project. They had limited selection of lower end carpets that are more dominant at big box stores. They use the same dedicated installers for their jobs. Pricing was 10% higher than big box stores when I checked a similar style from the same manufacturer stocked by both, but the installation and warranty seemed worth it. The salespeople were more knowledgeable about differences in different carpet manufacturers, styles, and wear/durability. They contract/paperwork signed at purchase explains everything they do won't do as part of the installation....it's pretty straightforward. Carpet removal, furniture moving, higher end padding is included in the installation price.

We have use Brentwood and they have always done a good job. They did a good job this time too. They will come back if there are problems, clean up after themselves, and they do what they say they are going to do.

They met the price of a competitor, so that I would be able to purchase it. The workers were excellent and very professional. They stayed late to get the job done in one day rather than two.

To start, the salesperson was not personable at all. We should of walked out right then, but the builder insisted we use them. Boy, was he wrong! The hardwood floor installer ran out of hardwood so he could not finish. The new box of hardwood did not match exactly. They did a horrible job covering up the nail holes. We should of made the company remove the hardwood and start over. After two years and three people living in the house, the hardwoods look like they are 100 years old. We are having them removed by different company. Our bedroom carpet has a seam in it. The "not-so-friendly" salesman said it would come out, but after two years it has not. One good thing, the ceramic tile turned out nice.

When we initially visited the store, the sales person was very helpful in explaining the different types of carpets and their durability, asking what I was liked and didn't like, and providing some suggestions. He came out and did measurements one evening a few days later. We visited the store a second time to make our final selection and paid half the balance. We were able to schedule the installation on the exact day we wanted; they confirmed by phone a couple of days after we were in the store. The installers arrived a little after 8:30 am, were very polite, and got right to work. I showed them the rooms that needed to be done, and they set out to move furniture and our boxed up items immediately. They asked about seam placement. We also talked about the direction of the pattern in the living room. I wanted it to go in the same direction as the upstairs but it had been measured for the other direction. They were able to recalculate and figure out how to do the carpet in the same direction. They were very considerate of the space where I was working at home and worked around the cable modem and wireless router in one of the rooms so I could continue working. The entire job took until about 7 PM so they were finished in one day. They handled all over our furniture very carefully, asked if they had put things back in the right place at the end of the day, and left everything very clean.

THEY WERE HERE AT THE EXACT TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY HELPED US MOVE THE FURNITURE, WHICH WAS CONVENIENT. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE TIMELY AND TO US THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. WE WERE SIGNIFICANTLY PLEASED.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. WE HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WE PLAN TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AGAIN.

OTHER THAN THE PRICE, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I REALLY FOUND THE PRICE TO BE VERY HIGH, MUCH MORE THAN WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING. THEY DID NOT HIDE THE SEAM AS WELL AS I WAS HOPING, EITHER.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE CARPET IS DEFINITELY OF HIGH QUALITY. IT HAS HELD UP WELL UNDER A LOT OF WEAR. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD CARPET COMPANY AND I AM SATISFIED.

IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE CARPET, THEY WOULD RIP IT UP WITHOUT CHARGING ME MORE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME PROMPT EVERY TIME. THE PRICE WASN'T OUTRAGEOUS. MY MOM EVEN GOT CARPET FROM THEM.

THEY STICK BY THEIR PRICE AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB IS DONE THE WAY WE WOULD LIKE IT TO BE. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO THE HOUSE AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

THEY WERE JUST EXCELLENT! THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THERE HAVE BEEN NO MISTAKES OR PROBLEMS. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THE CARPET TURNED OUT AND LOOKS. ALL IN ALL, THEY DO WONDERFUL WORK.

WE WERE BOTH TICKLED WITH THE OUTCOME. THIS WOULD'VE BEEN A VERY CHALLENGING JOB FOR ANYONE, AND THEY GOT IT DONE. THERE WERE A LOT OF THINGS TO CUT AROUND, AND THEY MADE IT LOOK EASY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD OR I WOULD NOT USE THEM. THEY DID THE JOB VERY WELL AND THE CARPET JUST LOOKS GREAT. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM WHILE THEY WERE IN MY HOME WORKING.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR SCHEDULE TO SUIT OUR NEEDS. I BELIEVE IT WAS AN ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THEM.
