Every part of the experience went smoothly. We worked with Cheryl Hendrix in sales, (919-810-0813) who gave great assistance. Everyone we dealt with, from the measurements to the install was professional and punctual. We had price shopped the big box stores and some local Raleigh stores, and Brentwood's prices were the best for us.

We shopped at the Cary location. The showroom has lots of options to choose from and plenty of samples to take home. Our sales rep, Martha, was nothing short of excellent! She was very patient and helped us navigate through the multitude of products, without pushing us in any particular direction. She understood what we were looking for and our budget and helped us find the exact carpet for our needs. What really set Martha apart was the customer service after installation. We noticed an issue with the quality of the carpet almost immediately after the installers finished the job. We contacted Martha and she came out to our home the next morning to inspect in person. Long story short? it turns out there was a manufacturer?s defect and Martha helped us file a claim and resolve the issue very quickly. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire claims process and ensured us the issue would be resolved to our satisfaction, which it was. In the end, the carpet was replaced and we could not be happier with the result. Overall, I highly recommend Brentwood Carpet and would be happy to work with Martha again.

The price included the cost of the carpeting and pads. Cheryl Hendrix is the sales associate and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and very price competitive. She bends over backwards to make herself available and she keeps everything moving in a timely way. She worked with any little schedules or issues we had. The selection is awesome, including flooring, tile, and carpeting. They have been great. I will absolutely use them again.

I nominated them for Page Of Happiness in Angie’s List. They quoted me $5000 for my 2500 sq. foot house. I went into the store and picked out some carpets and once I got the price, it was way out of my budget so they helped me and guided me to get similar products that weren’t as high as the price tag. They were able to knock off $1500 from the original estimate so that I could keep it within my budget. The sales person has been in contact with me the whole time and has communicated the time they would be coming out, what to expect and how to prepare for the new carpets. I am really excited. I was happy to do business with them because they are a local company and that is important to me. They came out twice because I had a project last year that they did for me so they had my measurements on file but they wanted to come out and confirm the measurements.

They sent someone out to measure for the carpet. He was prompt, quick with the task, and very professional. When we are able to, we will work with them again to have new carpet installed in our home. The sales staff was very helpful in finding us a quality carpet on sale within our budget.

Every part of the experience was excellent.

The personnel at the show room could not have been more helpful. We were given a number of choices and were not pressured in any way during the selection process. The installers were there on time and did an excellent job of hiding seams and installing the new floor. We are very pleased with our whole experience.

They are terrific! My sales associate found my original vinyl available in another part of the country, but quickly ordered it and had it shipped. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to get it in the store which I was a bit disappointed in to have my master bath with no flooring for that long. My associate pulled some strings and our vinyl was in just in time to refinish our bathroom. It looks terrific and the owner and sales staff are very friendly and helpful in additionto a great price! I like doing business with local companies and would recommend Brentwood Carpet and Floors to anybody!

All went well. We use Brentwood carpets often as we have rental houses.

The service person was very friendly. We thought that their price was competitive, and they were very helpful with us picking out the carpets. But we had a problem with the carpet; it started unraveling within 30 days. We called them and sent them photos. The representative came out and looked at it. They sent a repair person out that did a partial repair. Then they fired the sales person, and they haven't responded to any of our notes or requests. There are holes all over the carpet and it is coming apart. We are really unhappy. They haven’t been punctual about fixing the problem. We would not use them again in the future, not unless they fix the problem.

From ordering to installation, it was fairly seamless. However, there was a slight problem w/ the contractors being late to the installation. This happens to be one of my hot button issues- so when we expected them at 8:30 and they didn't show up until 9:37, I was not pleased. I had called the store twice while waiting, but was told that traffic was an issue. I know traffic- we all have to commute here- and I understand that sometimes things come up. However, I still wasn't happy with that part of the experience. As far as the rest of the service from Brentwood, I was very pleased. The store manager also followed up with us directly to ensure we were completely satisfied. I am a little concerned w/ how the carpets meet the threshold to our hallway, but he has promised to come out and resolve if it doesn't work out. We will use Brentwood again for our next flooring project- hardwoods!

PERFECT! I can't think of anything bad to say about Brentwood Carpet. They have my business whenever I have a need for carpet - without question.

Visited Cary store and was helped by Martha, who made great suggestions on the carpet choices in order to get me the best carpet at the best price. She came to my home and measured, got me a quote, and had the carpet ordered, delivered, and installed within 2 weeks! Installation guys were SUPERIOR!! Brentwood was very reasonably priced - not the least expensive I looked at, but the overall experience and quality of the employees and work make me comfortable in saying I got the best overall deal I could have gotten!

It could not have been better. When I went to the showroom, I had plenty of time to browse with a sales person there to answer questions without being intrusive. Once I had selected the flooring. somebody came out to measure. The appointment for that was made and kept on time. I was appraised of the expected installation date which was confirmed once the flooring was in the store. By that time I had also received installation guidelines in the mail. The day before the planned installation, the store contacted me to make sure that everything was ready to go. The next day, the installer came and worked the entire day withou intermission until the job was done to perfection. Nothing was missing in this entire interaction.

They did not come out to do the estimate and they did not charge me anything for the consultation. I wanted them to do an estimate to change the carpet as I bought new carpet. I asked them whether they would air out the carpet before they installed it but I was told that it would be a hard wash which was not needed to be done. So, I did not use them and went with some other service provider.

Salesman was courteous and professional. Salesman explained what was available in our price range and gave us samples to take home for color selection Salesman suggested that squeaking floor boards be fixed before new carpet installed. The carpet was available and installed on a date agreed upon. Installers were on time, courteous and professional. Once the installers cleaned up the floors after the old carpeting was removed, they gave us time to run the vacuum to cleanup are remoaing dust a debris.

They were great. They are very helpful. The installation was very quick. They did my whole upstairs in a day, which I thought was very impressive. They are very friendly.

They followed through on commitments and kept me informed on the carpet order.

This was our first time replacing carpet. We started off at Lowes, mostly because we are new to the area and did not no where to start. We had a Lowes Representative come out and measure ($35 I might add). We held on to the Lowes quote so we could think about it. We even had a 10% off coupon that we could use on the Lows quote. We went out exploring Cary and we came across Brentwood Carpets. Matt Gibbons at Brentwood took care of us. Matt came out to measure and at no cost. We were very surprised when the Brentwood quote came in very competitive with Lowes for the same product. On top of that we went to the Raleigh home show and talked to Harry, who is the owner of Brentwood to see if he told us the same things that Matt said. As it turns out it was and even left with a 10% discount, which made it a no brainier. Even without the 10% we would have chosen Brentwood. Mostly because of Matt and how strait forward he and Brentwood were/are. The Installers where on time and did a great job. The whole project took one full day and then a couple of hours a few days later to finish the stairs because we had the edge bound. Even sold an old play set that was in the back yard to one the installers.
