They were very prompt at returning my call and providing an estimate. I found them to be polite, professional and responsible. There was a small issue with the installation and they came back and fixed it without any hassles.

Called to arrange for an estimate on Thursday and was advised that it would be possible to come by the same day -- early evening. I was also asked how I had heard about their company and told them I found them on Angie's List. Upon arrival, Brandon immediately provided me with a binder showing proof of valid license, insurance and Better Business Bureau info as well as letters from satisfied customers. Brandon and his assistant were extremely polite answering any questions my husband and I had and then assessed our gutter requirements. He provided a written estimate on the spot and we inquired how soon could they start? He said should we decide to hire them, they could probably work us into their calendar early Saturday morning as they had another job that afternoon. (Good thing too -- crazy rain for several days!). The estimate was quite fair based upon what we had seen and since we were already impressed with their courtesy and professionalism, we decided to go with them. (I should also note that while their coupon states a discount of 10%, Brandon made the discount an even $100, so we paid $775 rather than $875 -- nice!). Brandon later confirmed by phone that they would arrive on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. to begin the job. They arrived EXACTLY at 8:00 a.m. No kidding. Brandon's assistant from the day of the estimate arrived with another gentlemen, again wonderfully polite, and got to work immediately. I did express concern for my landscaping as well as concern about debris falling into my neighbors' yards and was assured that would not be an issue -- and it wasn't. Nothing to worry about there. They worked quickly and neatly and were open to discussion with my husband regarding positioning of the downspouts. Brandon arrived later in the day to review the work and make sure my husband was satisfied. Brandon assured my husband that he would be happy to return at a later date if there was something he wanted to adjust. NOTE: You do have a 20 year warranty on the gutters and a 5 year warranty on labor. When they were finished, there was nothing to clean up afterward. Overall, this was a great, great experience and would HIGHLY recommend these guys. I definitely got a feel that they took great pride in their work and they just seemed like really honest, hard working guys.

The job was completed on time and the workers were polite and professional. I will use the company again when additional gutters are added to the back of my home.

Upon arrival to provide us the estimate we were presented with a company informational binder which provided proof of license, company registration with the Sec. of State, insurance certificate & Better Business Bureau info. We talked about what I wanted done and it only took a short time for the owner to provide the estimate. The owner called a day or so later to schedule the installation which was for the following Thursday. It was extremely cold the day they arrived to install the gutters. We offered to reschedule but they went forward with the installation which took about 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the gutters look fantastic. The weekend after the installation we had an rain, ice event and the gutters withstood the weather event. We were very pleased with the price, installation and overall look of the gutters on our home. We would recommend BK Gutters!

We called BK because the company who originally installed our gutters was ignoring our calls. I guess it was too small a job for them. BK happened to be working in our neighborhood at that time, so they came over the day we called and installed splash guard and blew the debris off the roof. We called them back to repair wood rot in the fascia board, which they discovered when doing the original repair work. They are anxious to work, very polite, and trained to do this work. They are NOT "fly by night" contractors who decided to do this work because they didn't know what else to do...they are schooled and trained to do this work. Excellent company.

Gutter installation was top notch! I have special plans and Brandon was very understanding and willing to work with me. The painting was performed but unfortunately it rained heavily after completion and washed the majority of paint off. Neither one of us could forsee that, I even checked the weather and there was no prediction of the rain in the weather like that. Brandon came back out and repainted the eintire porch, no further charges were incurred. I could not possibly think anyone would do sucha thing as this is(I mean, who can controll mother nature?) and am very impressed. Would definately recommend as the work was done very well and he is very professional.

He was able to get to my work immediately, showed up when he said and finished when he said he would and the price was the same when he finished that he quoted me to start with.

Brandon gave an estimate which was very acceptable to me. He set up a time to come do the work. He showed up at the exact time he said. He ran the gutters off of his machine. Installed them on my house. He made sure there was not any loose gutter material left in the yard. He did everthing he said he would I paid him, the price was what he said it would be, and he left. I did tell him I would be calling him when we were going to do more remodeling.

Brandon is a young man that has a lot to learn about professionalism and punctuality. He or his employees were to start the work on several occasions. They didn't bother to show or call if they were not coming. I became frustrated about the quality of the services, but Brandon needs to learn how to respond to customers. The email conversations do not adequately represent the agressiveunprofessionalism that Brandon showed in responding to a frustrated customer. Below are several email conversations to the owner of company. I hope that you can follow them. Hey Brandon,What happened man? I thought that we agreed that you would be here this past Tuesday and I didn't hear from you. Someone then called and told my mom that you would be here first thing Thursday morning and again it was a no show and I didn't hear from anyone. I like to consider myself a patient person and gutters are not an emergency. However I would like to be kept informed. I then think that maybe you are hesitant to do the installation because I said that I could not pay until June 3rd. That's OK and I understand but I should have been informed. I was able to arrange to pay my bill when the work was done on Tuesday. I would just like to be kept informed and it is a good business practice to do so. I do appreciate you and felt comfortable having your company do my work, so what's going on? I do still want to give the job to your company or please let me know if you are not able to fulfill the agreement. Please understand that I am not angry, just frustrated. Also I will be leaving today and will not be back until Monday. after the installation, another email to company owner: Hey Brandon,I have a few leaks in the gutters. The back door, over the front window, and the front right side gutter was leaking at the end toward the street. Could you please stop by sometime and reseal the gutters. Thank you In the corners? Actually the 2 big ones were leaking in the center. Ok i will get by there friday morning Is it the longest. One on the front. And which one on back? The one over the back door. Don't think that you came on Friday, did you! Didn't know which ones to tell my guy to check! I was at my moms wedding ! I'm glad your mom got married and everything. But I am tired of the excuses. If someone would have showed up, I could have told them where the leakage was, plus I also put a note on the door. Again no one showed up or called. I have spoken to one of your other customers in the neighborhood and it seems that you have singled me out for the bad service. I am also angry that seemless gutters aren't seemless in my case. I looked at some of the other houses and it looks like my gutters were pieced together from left over scraps. I expect these sections to be replaced. I tried to accomodate you when you don't call or show up. Also you said that you would be there first thing Friday morning. Did you not know that your mother was getting married first thing in the morning or did she elope to the justice of the peace. Yes i knew my mom was getting married. But i was trying to get by there my self. And far as leaking. There probably not leaking but going behind them bc of the roof. And i realy dont take it good you trying. To say i would piece your gutters. When i make them on site you saw that. I asked you twice which gutters to check and you never said for sure. It cost me money to send a worker out to guess. But your problem will be fixed by ME. The best way it can. What day are you going to be home Matter of fact soon as this lunch thing is over iam on my way. Iam left early. Iam sorry you have felt singled out. I wouldn't do that to any one on purpose. We will fix any problems that are ours and make you happy. A couple months later, I (the customer) decided to do an addition to my home for my elderly mother. I decided to give Brandon another chance to service the account with punctuality and professionalism. I ran into Brandon at Wal-Mart and asked him if he could come take down some of the gutters for the addition. He stated that he could do that, to let him know when to come. He did not mention a charge so I assumed that he was doing it as a goodwill measure. I started our conversation with, "I know that we didn't part ways in the best circumstances last time." I then informed him of the need and that I would also need new gutters installed on the addition. I left thinking that he would do the take down as a goodwill measure and to be sure that he received the additional business when I was ready for the new installation. I then emailed him as below: Hey Brandon, I'm sorry for the short notice but can you get by here soon to take down the gutters for me. When I am ready to have them re installed and also add gutters to the handicapped extension and garage I will be glad to call you. Yes i can one day next week. Ive got all day Friday and Saturday booked up I next emailed him again Tuesday of the following week. What day will you be by to take down the gutters? Will be in town first thing Friday morning. Your looking at 75 dollars charge. We accept cash check and all major cards. Brandon I'm sorry, we must have had some miscommunication. I thought that you had said that you would take them down for no charge when we spoke at Wal-Mart. Never mind, I'll have to find someone else to do it. I need to save some dollars. I appreciate your time. His reply was:Ok thank you. I dont do work for free sorry my time is worth more to me than that If you spoke to the owner of the company (Brandon), you would know that the tone of his last message was aggressive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly will not use them again. The owner could surely use a business skills and manners class.

Professional installation. Very thorough and meticulous. Performed a walk through after the installation and picked up and carted off everything including scraps of metal and all debris from the gutter. Replace a downspout that was clogged and tested the installation before they left. I strongly advise them for roof and gutters as well emergency tarp service.

Mr. King came to my home to give an estimate for installing new gutters on my newly built home. He called me to tell me he was on his way and then called me again to tell me he was just a short distance away. He arrived at the scheduled time and I showed him the work that I was requesting being done and he gave me a quote about five minutes later. I didn't even bother getting other quotes because of his punctuality and professionalism. He completed the job as stated, cleaned up the mess and was very respectful to keep as quiet as possible while my two young boys napped. Mr. King is someone whom I would recommend to anyone having work done at their home as he does a few more home improvement jobs than just gutters. We had our first thunderstorm tonight and the gutter worked as expected. Thank you again Mr. King for your great work.

BK was very quick to give an estimate and to schedule the job. They arrived on time and the work was completed in an excellent and professional manner.

Brandon had to go through a deck to install part of the gutter system. He was very prompt and even came back quickly to fix any issues that arose.

It went well. I have no complaints what so ever. We have had quite a few rains since installation, and everything has been working properly. I was having a horrible erosion problem and he was able to get it fixed. I am actually going to use for future projects as well.

We called BK Seamless gutters at (252) 955-5414 to get free estimate. They arrived on time in clean professional attire. They measured the house accurately where we needed to replace the gutters and downspouts. BK Seamless gutters provided example of the cover for leaf protection. Since we have large leaf and pine trees we needed gutter cover for leaf protection. Otherwise, the house would need frequent cleaning. BK Seamless Gutters noticed that the fascia supporting the gutters was weak and needed to be replaced to provide adequate support for the new gutters. We agreed on a specific time for BK Seamless Gutters to repair the fascia and put up gutters with protection for leaf guard. BK Seamless Gutters arrived at the specific time and promptly went to work. They completed the work and cleaned the work areas. Now the gutters work great. Even in heavy rains, the gutters work to direct the rain off and away from the house. My next call to BK Seamless Gutters is to have them add downspout drains!!!
