BK Roofing And Seamless Gutters

I received my quote shortly after BK roofing came to give me an estimate. It was comparable to other companies, but I chose BK because they were easy to communicate with, understood my concerns and could complete the work within two weeks of giving an estimate. The crew arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours. The employees worked well together and answered all the questions I had. A few weeks after installation I noticed a very small leak at one of the seams. I contacted BK roofing and the owner himself came to address the problem. He was kind, easy to talk to and eager to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with the work. I would 100% hire Brandon and his company to do work for me again and I have given his name to several people looking for roofing and gutter services.

Took a bit of time to get them out initially due to some equipment damage. They removed our old gutters and installed the new with new downspouts where needed. Went the winter and the guys came back out and re adjusted the gutters on the front so they drained better. Overall good work

BK Roofing did an exceptional job! Brandon was quick to respond to calls/texts. He showed up on time for our appt. He gave us multiple options and brought samples for us to compare. Brandon knows his product! He gave us an exact date the materials would arrive and when his team would start. They arrived on time, on the set date and worked diligently every day, dawn to dark. I got 4 quotes for new gutter installation. I ended up picking this company because of cost and my experience during the sales process. Not once did Nick (the salesman) try to use fear, or other tactics, to get me to sign immediately. He was friendly, factual, and thoughtful. Furthermore, this company didn't request a portion of the quote to hold my spot on the calendar. The work itself was great. The crew was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.

Good crew andtiming and good competitive price

new gutter LEAKS. Multiple promises to come fix, they never came to fix leak. Endless promises Carpentry work is poor. Bad fit. Childish quality. All four boards look different. Totally unreliable.

This is the second time I've used BK Gutters. They're my go-to guys when I need gutter work. First time was replacing house-length always clogged gutter with larger gutter/downspouts and installing cover. That went well in spring so called again in fall to make my front gutter headaches go away. Brandon is easy to consult with and doesn't up-sell. Rather than replace all gutters with larger, he recommended just larger downspouts. I already planned to ask for covers. They were VERY busy recently so did some back and forth phone tag for awhile to get an estimate but I wasn't worried about that since I trust this company. They were able to come a week before scheduled appointment and with what seemed like a swarm of roofers, they had me all finished in less than a couple hours. Now I'm looking forward to the next rain rather than dreading it. I know if I have any issues, Brandon will take care of it. I love having a company I can trust. I'm all out of gutters now, but when the time comes for a roof, they will certainly be on my call list.

They are really good. He is young and he is extremely good. When I had someone else, I had some problem with some gutters and he has come out and done the work to fix them for free. I said I had the problem, and he looked the gutters that someone else had put in, and he said I think we can solve your problem. I said how much is it going to cost me, and he said nothing, we will just solve it for you. Very positive experience. I will absolutely use him again. Eventually I will put up more gutters and he is the only one I will use. They know what they are doing, they are very professional. They're just good people.

He came out to look at the work I needed done but wouldn't give the estimate. I called and left message to inquire but no response. He was a very nice man though. Someone else is coming out tomorrow to look at it.

They haven't done the job yet. If I do the gutters the same time as I do the roof, its an $400 discount. Its like $13,000, but I rounded down the discount.

Brandon was very responsive with only 2 weeks between the initial quote request and project completion. The quote provided to replace a faulty section of guttering on our house was fairly priced and Brandon thoroughly answered all of our questions. The work itself was performed as promised and the cleanup was impeccable.
