They were on time and did a great job! We did need to call them back after it rained because there was a small leak behind a part of the gutter. No problem, we scheduled a time for them to come back and it was a quick fix. They used the water hose and made sure the leak was fixed. Even cleaned the dirty board underneath the gutter. There was more rot behind a rotted piece of fascia board on both sides of an existing wall which required more extensive work and we scheduled a third visit for them to come and replace the rotted wood. They did an excellent job and we could barely tell where the wood was replaced. We would definitely use BK's Seamless Gutters and Roofing again. 5 Most Important things I consider when hiring anyone: Punctuality Integrity Communication Quality Service / product Cost I reached out to the top 4 vendors on Angie's list for an estimate. Brandon King, the owner, was the first to respond to my inquiry and scheduled a time to come evaluate my need within a day or two of submitting the inquiry. Two vendors gave me a quote by phone and a 4th never got back to me. Brandon showed up as scheduled, and looking my system over. Only two-thirds of my gutters had known issues.....I knew that, but chose not to tell Brandon. I gave him the opportunity to sell me the whole house gutter service, and he didn't He said, if it were his house he would only correct the problem areas. As for pricing, he laid out his cost and my cost so there was a mutual understanding and it was very competitive. Day of service, Brandon shows up with his crew of 3 guys (on time), gives them instructions and leaves. 5 hours later and they were done. Gutters fixed, debris cleaned out (and removed from property) and guards installed. The foreman and his crew were extremely cordial and professional while on my property. At the first rain we had, I noticed a 12ft section wasn't working properly. I emailed Brandon my concerns......it was Saturday night. Within the hour I got a response and Brandon saying he would be out first thing Monday. Monday morning came, and so did Brandon and his crew. Brandon identified the problem remedied everything himself. He said, "I treat all my customers the same as I would my mom". I detail all of this to show that Brandon was extremely punctual, honest in his assessment, clearly communicated his plans, followed through on his commitment to provide a quality product and all at a very reasonable price point. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brandon came over the same day I called, gave me a good estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. He found a few problems with rot in old wood. Replaced them at no charge. Hauled away old materials and left the house clean. Three months later, a different problem with older shingles loosening and causing roof leak, He put in new flashing and corrected the problem at NO CHARGE! Brandon was on point from start to finish on this job. He provided a straight forward and fair quote. I had several quotes for this gutter install, I felt he was the quickest, followed up as a professional and was eager to compromise, explain, and please. Brandon's tricks of the trade were to offer me an honest assessment, a few options, and a simple approach with no frills. I met him on a Saturday to clarify the plan for Tuesday and never saw him again or would know he and the crew were on site other than the fact I now have gutters we talked on the phone about my experience and the job. A warranty on the labor and materials and a young guy passionate about running a small business, I am a happy customer.

I chose Brandon King and BK Seamless Gutters for this job instead of another contractor who had given me an initial estimate for 4 reasons: 1. Brandon suggested reusing instead of replacing the existing downspouts as the other contractor proposed, 2. Brandon's estimated price was lower (for the subset of work that was comparable), 3. Brandon said he only used .032 thick aluminum gutters instead of the .027 the other contractor used (who kept touting his quality), 4. Brandon is fairly young, building his business and reputation vs. living off and potentially exploiting a reputation built years ago. The job ended up being bigger than either of us expected due to the large amount of rotted wood - significant sub-fascia and soffit in addition to fascia. On a relative basis it was in fact mostly a carpentry and paint job with a small amount of gutter work. Fortunately, Brandon's carpenter Joey did excellent wood work. Shortly after encountering the initial rotted wood Joey and Brandon suggested that a drip edge be installed to solve the water problem. I think this was a key insight which had not be suggested by the other contractor. As far as I can tell, the gutter installation itself is fine. Overall, Brandon and his team were courteous, professional, and willing to do whatever I asked to insure that the job was done well. They arrived to start the job on the scheduled day and completed it over 2 1/2 sequential days. There were no surprises on the final bill.

It was very good. They did a good job. Their price is good and they were responsive. They were professional and when we had a question about what they were doing, they immediately changed to satisfy our needs.

I called the owner Brandon, and explained to him that I didn't want my entire roof done, but only three sections. I was expecting him to say send me a picture and some dimensions, and I'll give you a price, which another leading gutter company asked me to do, but Brandon said he would drive down and make sure that what I needed, he would be able to do. Brandon arrived, and walked the area's that I wanted done, and made some other observations about a roof that needed gutters, as it was over an area that was next to my foundation, and contributed to some water issues in my crawlspace. Additionally, he showed me several gutter guards, and then gave me a price that was exceptional. On June 10th, he and another member of his crew showed up, and did an exceptional job putting up the gutters, gutter guard and downspouts, and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the results, which I was. I would highly recommend anyone to use him,

I have not owned the house long, and following an April storm I noticed that a portion of the gutter in the back of the house had pulled away from the roofline. My yard guy also discovered while blowing debris off the the roof that the front gutter had standing water. A neighbor told me that Lowes had done the original installation about a year ago. I called Brandon and he responded promptly to my request for a repair estimate. He is a very friendly and well-spoken young man who is growing his business. He noticed at once that the support blocks for the gutter were far too small. He proposed adding 6-inch blocks all the way around and reattaching the separated gutter for a fee of $150. He did not try to sell me a new gutter or expensive accessories. He and his crew came back the following week to do the repair. I was impressed at how long he spent ensuring that the angle for block insertion was correct. Once that was determined, it didn't take long for his crew to do the repair all the way around the house, and before he left water was already starting to drain from the front gutter because the drainage angle was now correct. The next day a major storm system hit and dumped 2-3 inches of rain on our area. The gutters performed flawlessly - talk about a stress test! I am very happy with the repair and grateful to Brandon for salvaging a fairly new gutter system. He clearly knows his trade. I learned during our conversations that he lives near Wilson and currently works in a large geographic area between New Bern on the coast and Cary-Holly Springs-Apex to the west. This, and traffic, is why he may be a little late for some appointments. But he is good about calling and checking in.

From the start it was great working with Brandon and his team. He is very responsive to any needs and after I first contacted him he was able to come out in a timely manner and estimate my project. It was very clear from the start he wanted to do whatever it took to earn my business as well as make sure I was 100% satisfied with the project from start to finish. Went great they sent 4 people to start and complete the job the work crew was here at the time they stated they would start and completed the job in about 3 hours time all workers were very professional, Brandon also arrived to make sure everything was going well and we were satisfied with the work done also gave us a price on a new roof which was very fair and no hassle obligation, will be using this contractor again and highly recommend his company.

After a lot of research with Angieslist I called Brandon King with BK Seamless Gutters LLC to give me an estimate on new gutters for my home. First, I would like to say something about Brandon. It was a pleasure to meet a young man with such a positive attitude, with a willingness to succeed as an honest businessman. His estimate was very reasonable, and I am more than satisfied with the workmanship by his crew. They were very professional and, very customer oriented when they arrived at my home, they were ready to work no time wasted. I would absolutely recommend him and his crew for all who need his services. I would positively use them again.

Brian came on time to out arranged meeting date. I told him what I needed done based on my house was on a hill and I needed the water to run away from the front. He walked me through how he would install the gutters plush recommended the larger gutters. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a written estimate. He completed the work on time and cleaned up afterwards.

I had a problem area in the back of my house where the gutter would overflow. Over the years, the water overflowing the gutter casued damage to the fascia board and a section of the roof. I had the wood replaced and called BK to fix the issue that was causing the water to overflow. My house had small 3 inch downspouts that couldn't handle the volume of water coming off the roof. BK installed new 4 inch downspouts. Also, the gutter in one part of the house was not installed properly, which added to the problem. BK fixed that issue as well. Since they came to do the repairs, we've had no problem with water overflowing the gutters. BK was responsive to my calls and emails. They came out when they said they would. I also called them to have them do some follow-up work and they came back out that same day. Overall, I'm very pleased. I called around and other providers either didn't show or didn't call me back. BK did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. I would call them back if I had any other gutter issues.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home that did not have any gutters installed. Being new to the area, we used Angie's List to evaluate possible businesses to provide this service. BK Seamless Gutters had the most reviews and positive experiences of all the companies so we contacted them for an estimate. From the very beginning Brandon was responsive, professional and personable. Brandon set an appointment for an estimate. Our experience was like all the others here: very professional, friendly and personable. A written estimate was provided at that time. We liked what we saw and heard so asked Brandon when we could have the work done. He said he could do it the next day if we wished. We scheduled the installation for the next day. The installation crew arrived as scheduled the next day and immediately set up to start work. The guys were friendly, professional and hard workers. The entire job was completed in about 2 1/2 hours; much faster than I would have anticipated. Brandon inspected the completed work himself on three separate occasions to ensure it was completed to his satisfaction. He went so far as to clean any fingerprints off the downspouts and gutters. Brandon carefully checked the area to ensure that no construction debris remained. This was probably the best overall experience with a contractor we have ever had. The crew arrived on the day scheduled. Both decks were finished in less than 2 weeks along with the gutters. The crew kept the area (to include the pool) free of building mateials and personal trash (drink bottles, paper, and cigarette butts) most of the time e when the work was being done. Ifi there was a problem with trash, once I discussed it with Brandon King, the issue was resovled. There was no inappropriate language or humor when I was outside in the area (which was most of the time). The crew was very personal and courteous when questioned about the work. There were some problems with the wood and missing nails which were taken care of in a timely manner. I do recommend BK Gutters to family and friends.

We had been having problems with our gutters becoming overloaded and overflowing. Brandon was very responsive to my questions and calls when asking about the work to be done. He wrote up an estimate and gave a discount for being an Angie's List member. Not sure about the price comparison, as I had some trouble getting responses from some other companies. The job was done well, quickly, and the gutters have been working great. The crew had to leave in kind of in a hurry due to some storms coming in, and the following day I realized that an old unused downspout had not been torn down. Brandon apologized profusely and came out the next day to take it down. Overall though they did a pretty good job of cleaning up. I was most impressed with Brandon's level of professionalism. He honors his word and sincerely sees the value in good customer service and communication. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.
