I am considering using them. They were very responsive and the pricing was very fair. He made recommendations for how I might go about the same work differently for the same price.

We recently moved in to a house which has a huge oak tree in the back. Last year the leaves turned brown and dropped off in early summer. We had the aborist at Barlett come and do an evaluation. He said the tree had gotten 2 leaf infections and suggested we spray 3x in the spring to ensure it did not happen again. They came as promised and sprayed twice (it's quite expensive so we decided to forego the last spraying). It worked very well and the tree is doing great. They were very professional, called back promptly when I had a question and overall, we were very pleased with their server.

I called to ask for the service, and they sent someone to look at the tree, even though I couldn't be home, and called and e-mailed the results. We set up a time for them to come, and I came back home to the removed tree. I just requested that they leave the space empty, as we both felt it wasn't a good time of year to plant another tree. The whole process took about three days, and was basically done by e-mail and phone on my end, which was great for me. They came and did what they were suppose to do when they were suppose to do it!

Some of the trees and shrubs on our property do look better as a result of Barlett. Many don't and some even died. We lost several trees and shrubs with no warning. My feeling is that, if they were truly monitoring as I was paying them to do, I should not have been surprised when a tree died. They did notify me of a few issues but the plants we lost were surprises. I think they did monitor - just not uniformly or carefully. When you factor in the cost of replacing the trees that were lost - on top of Barlett's fee - the cost was too high.

Quality work and excellent customer service.

1. Tree removal was efficient and professional, but not all work was conveyed from estimator/foreman, so required return visit and re-explanation. 2. Took 2 different days to trim foundation shrubs, first team was pro, second team was lazy and sloppy. 3. Multiple calls to estimator/foreman and his supervisor to get stumps ground. Initial grinder too big for fence gate opening. Took about 3 weeks to finally get this done. In addition, invoicing is, 2 months later, screwed up, so I need to sort it out.

I like that they know what they are doing. They are not just the lawn guys. They know a lot about the trees. I was not happy that one of the trees was not doing well. They checked and said that the tree was fine, but the lawn on the other side was not good. We had that tree removed. They also give good recommendations. Their service is excellent.

The arborist was about 15 minutes late, but I was contacted by phone before he was late. He arrived and immediately told me that the city was responsible for the old trees in question. He spotted an especially troubling limb and suggested I call the city and report that as an issue and thought they'd be out immediately. He said he could do the work but it would require a city permit, and the same city tree crew would have to come out to issue the permit anyway so they could just do the work. Since he was there, we walked around the property and he gave me several pieces of advice on tree maintenance that will be very helpful. Overall I was very impressed that he seemed to have my interests as the priority. No up-selling, no scare tactics, just helpfulness.

Hands down the best tree service around. Professionalism is unmatched - as is the integrity of the guys doing the work. I expected Bartlett to be more expensive than the other services, but was pleased to find their prices in the middle of the quotes received. Jeff Kish's experience an passion for trees and gardening is apparent.

Their prices are reasonable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very careful about my wife's garden when they were taking down the trees.

I was very pleased with my overall experience. I thought this company was very professional. They brought an arborist to meet with me about what work they would be doing. I had interviewed a few different companies, and decided on this one. I was happy I did.

I really like that they send out an arborist first to determine what needs to get done. Austin, the man that works in my neighborhood for them is very honest. He told me that a tree that I thought needed to be removed was actually OK and that saved me a lot of money. He gave me a detailed list of needed tree work, so I could do a little at a time.

THE TREES LOOK MUCH BETTER NOW. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TO REMOVE SOME TREES, ALSO. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP THE BRANCHES AND DEBRIS AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'RE PROMPT, AND THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY VERY REASONABLE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING FOR US TO CLEAN UP.

I THINK EVERYTHING IS GREAT. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT YOU GET FROM THEM. I THINK THEY HAVE TO BE AS CLOSE TO PERFECT AS A COMPANY CAN POSSIBLY GET.
