Kevin Bebb, the project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and stayed in constant communication which was a real plus. Baker clearly hired first – class employees who care about putting forth their best efforts to create excellent results! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

John Bayer came and gave an estimate, explained all options, no pressure. We decided on roof to be performed by Baker. Kyle McLean was project manager and kept us well informed on process. Roof was done in 1 day.

Baker was very professional and everyone that I worked with was professional and responsive - BUT - Roofing and Renewables are two different divisions at the company and they act like it. Whether Baker's or Dow's fault, the solar part of the installation never worked correctly. I am still working with them to get it fixed/replaced more than a year later. While they have agreed to do it, scheduling it is taking FAR too long. Clearly Baker cares more about customers that have yet to pay them and FAR less about ones whose money they already have.

We had a great experience with Baker Roofing. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but also were not the highest. From the first meeting for the estimate they were very professional and went over every detail of the process in as much detail as I wanted to question. They were quick to respond to any questions I had when making the decision to use them. The work went quickly and they cleaned up after themselves each day. I am quite happy with the quality of the work that was done. I am very glad I chose them as a contractor and would definitely recommend them to others.

We were having a lot done to the exterior of our house, starting with the roof, through a full paint job (including the deck) and ending with new gutters. Matrix was wonderful to work with through the entire process. They were flexible with our painters (who had to come in after the roof, but before the gutters), and did a great job ensuring the work was complete even though we had several days of rain. All the workers were courteous and professional, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they were done. We noticed a shingle strike in a couple of areas after the work was complete, and they were great about coming out and ensuring the problems were taking care of in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

It went really well. I was charged for the work consistent with estimates. Since drainage via the gutter was the problem, I was able to provide feedback to them about performance. The drainage had not improved, however, once I reported this to them, they returned and made adjustments. The gutter now drains perfectly and i am happy they recommended the extra work and performed it.

Communication was excellent. Deal was fun, contracting process was fluence, crew was on time and courteous on site. Management and inspectorate was great.

Filled out the online contact form, asking for an appointment / an estimate of the cost of a new roof. No reply.

I selected them because they have been in business for a long time and they had, at least I thought they had, a reputation for doing quality work. The company is certainly not the least expensive, so when I paid a premium to have my roof replaced and some minor trim and siding work done, I expected quality and professionalism. What I got was something different. The day after the roof was done I found about 20 staples/nails scattered all around my driveway. Per Bakers proposal, “(17) Magnetic sweep to be used in work area to remove discarded nails.)” This did not get done. Nothing worse than seeing your car parked with metal staples all around. There were black marks in several areas on my siding from the felt paper that was taken off the roof. I had to contact them to clean it off. Done. A section on the front of my home had some flashing to be spray painted black. Nothing wrong with that except there was over spray in several spots on my siding and gutter downspout. I told them about it immediately. It was going to get taken care of one Friday per the project manager but did not happen that day. Project manager said he did not have the paint that day. After two weeks of looking at it, I decided to get a ladder and repaint the areas myself. The fascia and shingle mold was replaced along the gable end of one section. Where two of the shingle mold pieces butted together they did not line up correctly. They were so far off I couldn’t believe they would actually think this was acceptable. Extremely poor quality. They also dented/bent up the aluminum drip edge around the roof where they replaced the fascia and shingle mold. I contacted Baker once again and they came out and replaced the shingle mold and dented/bent up flashing. Unfortunately when they had to come back and redo the flashing, they dripped some kind of black shingle adhesive on the new shingles on my lower roof. It was dripped around in several areas and looked like it was smeared in to hide it. They were contacted to replace the problem areas and I notified them that I did not pay for poor quality work. I only needed a couple of pieces of siding replaced as well and one piece was installed incorrectly. It was where the shingles butts up with a wall. Baker was contacted and they fixed problem. Also, as written in the project manager’s intro letter, “Our crews will generally begin work at 7:30AM and leave the premises by 6:30pm as requested”, the first day they left at 8:20pm and the second day 7:20pm. I understand there is some fluctuation in times and the work needs to get done. But 8:20pm is not a reasonable time. It appeared that the crew that showed up to do the roof was understaffed and in a hurry to move on to the next job. Nail missing from flashing. I replaced it myself. The roofer stepped on exhaust vent in attic and crushed pipe. Roofer bent it back into place and used my tape to fix it. My gutter in the rear of home got dented and had to call them back to address that as well. Also, I called to ask where my invoice was after 4 weeks and was told my project manager had quit and that’s why I didn’t receive it. Sales staff was excellent. The work was not.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish- quality work, friendly crew, respectful of our property. I have already recommended Baker Roofing to others & will continue to do so.

We were pleased with the workmanship and customer responsiveness. Project managers Michael Fox and Brian Altork are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring individuals who managed the installations well from start to finish. The roofing installers, Hernan and his team, know their job well and performed efficiently and effectively. The raindrop gutter guard system installers with Almadeo in the lead did their work very well in one afternoon.

Quote./estimate service was prompt and courteous. When I executed on the job, Baker over communicated to me the schedule and delivery times which were spot on. The crew knocked things out as promised and roof looked great afterwards. Only complaint I would have is the "onsite" foreman spoke very little English.. And the crew spoke none...

The crew replaced the roof and handled themselves in a professional manner. The ceiling in the living room had to be repaired and the crew went above & beyond to satisfy me.

The managers and crew members are very professional. They arrived on time, communicated everything with us so that we knew what were going on. It was easy to reach the manager when we have questions. Most of all, the quality of the work was great; and the crew did good job in cleaning the place after the roof installation. Thus, we are happy with the work and the company.

They fixed up my mother's house repairing a lot of the roofing, fixed chimney cap and gutters. They were a pleasure to deal with and quick. They even tidied up around the yard after they finished and did not damage any shrubs or flowers. Price was good for the amount of repairs needed to home.
