Awesome from start to finish. I replaced cedar roof in 2316 brisbayre circle prior to selling in 2016. Baker Roofing went above and beyond to resolve buyer issues in cedar for me to complete the sale of my house. When I purchased my current house, I knew it needed a new roof I only called Baker.

We are very happy with all the work done on the house – the dormer repairs, shingles & gutters with leaf guards. The work was completed just a couple days before we got nearly 8” of rain and that was the first time in many years that we did not have a leak anywhere. Thank you Marvin & Mitchell & everyone involved for the attention to detail and a job well done.

Baker roofing crew arrived on time on start date. Job took four days, some of which had near freezing temperatures. Crew cleaned up job site at conclusion of each work day. Project manager visited the job site regularly and did a final walk-thru inspection. I was notified of a couple of minor details that need their attention and will be done when favorable weather conditions permit. A super job from a well respected century old company.

2 layers of shingles were removed and disposed of we did not expect to brand 2 layers of shingles. So the job look large than excellent. They worked late, after dark to get the job done.

We have previously used Baker Roofing for another home in Downtown Raleigh and had a good experience. Upon getting quotes for our roof, we included Baker. They were the highest quote and without question the best -- here is why: 1 - they were timely in communication and meeting their appointment time 2 - they were open in communication and explanation 3 - they spent time at our house and found other items that could be repaired that other parties overlooked. (yes, they did need repair and a solution, no, we were not sold something we didn't need) We knew the product was good, but it's only as good as the installation. We felt comfortable in the installation and that we could call them if we ever have a problem (and they'd be in business at that time, even if 10yrs from now). We were looking for value per dollar. In this case, the highest quote was the best value. Yes, we could have gone 'cheaper' but we would have lost in that situation in our opinion.

The project manager checked in frequently Mike Fox. Hernan and his crew were friendly and very professional. He gave me a time line & they met it-by working diligently & long hours. We were kept updated as the job progressed.

They requested to install one week before the scheduled date and I was more than happy to accommodate them. Chris, Kyle, Raul and his father went above and beyond my expectations in taking care of the roof installation. They did a fantastic job in being professional, punctual, polite, courteous and thorough in cleaning up after the job was completed. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who wants a job done well, honest corrective recommendations and peace of mind.

Went great. Mike and Trevor were on top of things from the start and their communication was excellent. Sergio and his crew did a great job of protecting the yard (which was very wet after the recent storms) and the roof installation was top notch. The roof looks wonderful and I would recommend the oversize gutters which look outstanding on the house. Several features were added at no cost as well. A few minor things were addressed very quickly and effectively after the job was completed. Again the communication was outstanding.

Chris arrived with us to get the estimate. Kevin did an awesome job as project manager raping uses for med as the job procession are very pleased with the result.

Everything went smoothly with getting the estimate for the work. it was hard to see what the shingles would look like from the sales materials, so they gave me addresses of homes to look at to decide which to choose. Once the date was scheduled for the work, which was several weeks out, they arrived as scheduled but did not send a reminder ahead of time. The work was completed in just two days and the roofing looked good when completed. But our siding was scuffed up badly in several places--enough so that it looks like our house needs to be repainted. It's much worse in the back of the house than in the front where it seemed they took much more care to protect the siding. When I received the invoice, it included a charge for replacing sheets of plywood for $390 but they had never told me that these additional materials were needed. When they left, we were picking up nails all around the house for a several days. Mysteriously, there are two roofing nails stuck at an angle into the siding in the back of the house. They also left behind the Baker Roofing sign that was in our yard and have yet to pick it up months later. I emailed the person who did the estimate about these problems, and he said he forwarded it to the project manager, but I never heard back. In fact, I never even knew the name of the project manager.

The Baker team out of Greensboro did our work and they were WONDERFUL ! The entire job was performed very professionally & done in a timely & exceptional manner. The estimator, (Ryan )... not to mention the foremen/project managers ( Antonio and Francisco ) and the entire roofing crew were VERY hard working, polite and conscientious , couldn't be more pleased . Always heard Baker roofing was the best in NC and it's true , one of the best choices we have EVER made when it came to a home repair !

Great! My old roof was damaged during a hail storm, and we needed the roof as well as attic fan and gutter guards replaced, plus we had vents added to improve air flow through the attic. Baker did all of this work and it looks fantastic. Communication with Baker was good throughout the process. The estimator gave very clear explanations and demonstrations of everything in his proposal. As soon as the contract was signed, they gave us a date a few weeks out, and they were able to start on that date. The job took slightly longer than scheduled due to weather (we had a heat index over 105 degrees and the workers couldn't work all day for safety reasons), but the manager from Baker was great about keeping in touch and letting me know what would be done each day. The work was finished as quickly as weather allowed, and it looks great. The yard was well cleaned up afterwards. A few weeks later I had a question about one spot with a minor issue, and they had a crew out the next morning to address the issue. Very satisfied with everything.
