Description of Work: I cannot say enough about Patrick Lane as a Project Manager, his foreman Raul, and his entire team. Our roof is very unique with a low slope on the rear of the house that was never built properly. We also had significant ventilation issues. Patrick is a terrific engineer / problem solver. He was extremely thoughtful about the entire roof, helping us problem solve each and every step of the way. He is so very committed and invested in the project, as if it was his own roof that his own family would be living under. The team was congenial, neat, professional, communicative, and accommodating. The warranty Baker offers is one of the best. In the very, highly unlikely event of a future leak, Baker covers any and all damages, both interior and exterior, caused by the roof they apply for 10 years. The warranty is transferrable. They have been in business for 100 years and their business and its model are solid. I have no doubt that they will remain a strong business and be around to meet any obligation that they may have if something were to occur with our new roof. Their technique of application is just as the manufacturers specify, therefore, also insuring the manufacturers warranties. I would recommend them without any reservation. And if you get Patrick Lane as your project manager, consider yourself blessed beyond measure.

Description of Work: The actual roofing job was great; however, we also needed some repair work on the soffet which was completed by a different portion of the company and that service was less than satisfactory. Where they had quite a team to do the roof, which was done in half a day with great clean up; the repair team consisted of only two men. That team had to be called back several times and clean up was very poor.

Description of Work: Baker Roofing was very professional in their free estimate. We had 2 other companies come out and estimate hail damage to our roof. Neither of them even got out a ladder to look at the roof. Baker went up on the roof and walked around and then gave us a very detailed estimate of what it would cost to replace our roof. We contracted with them to do the work and they came on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves so well that you would never have known by looking at the ground that any workers had been on our property. I can see why they have been in business for 100 years!

Their cost was slightly higher than other estimates I had gotten, but full payment was made at the end of the job and I could use my credit card to pay to earn rewards. One of the other estimates I got required some payment up front and another wouldn't allow me to pay with credit and they didn't even go on the roof to make the estimate. |I was pleased with Baker's work and customer service.

Description of Work: This was a re-roofing job. Easy to work with. Helpful. No pressure sales. Quality material and labor. Good cleanup. On time, completed on time. No delays.
