EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
Description of Work: I NEEDED FOR SOMEONE TO PUT ON A NEW ROOF ON MY MOM'S HOUSE IN HOLLY SPRINGS,NC. SHE IS 85 YEARS OLD. I HAD 3 ESTIMATES TO PUT A ROOF ON. BAKER ROOFING WAS $800.00 DOLLARS MORE EXPENSIVE. WHEN I LOOKED AT WHAT BAKER WAS GOING TO DO I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE ADDITIONAL COST. BAKER ROOFING JUST DOESN'T SLAP A ROOF ON. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO SHORE EVERYTHING UP. MY MOM'S CHIMNEY NEEDED SOME NEW SIDING BOARDS, AND CORNER BOARDS. NO OTHER ROOFER POINTED THAT OUT TO ME. IT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN LEAKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND WE DIDN'T KNOW IT. BAKER ROOFING ALSO INSTALLS A DRIP EDGE ALL AROUND THE HOUSE THAT OTHER ROOFERS DON'T DO. THEY ALSO USE TOP QUALITY SHINGLES. DON'T JUST GO BY THE PRICE. KEITH GREGORY, CHRIS DONNEE, AND DONNIE PENCOLA ALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. BAKER ROOFING DID A GREAT JOB

Description of Work: Hired to remove old composition roofing and replace with new architectural composition roofing, remove 3 old skylights and replace with new ones, and replace old gutter guard with newer more durable guard. They did an excellent job, cleaned up each day, and the entire job was done in just over 2 days. I noted that they do not use nail guns to install the roofing, they hand-nail with a hammer, which is far better. I highly recommend Baker Roofing.

Description of Work: New roof. Gave a detailed estimate, the crew showed up on time, even though it was the coldest week of the year, they worked all day and only took a short break for lunch. The crew actually worked until they ran out of day light. The job was done in the estimated amount of time and we are very pleased.

Description of Work: After having a poor experience with another private contractor, we put another new roof on with Baker. This was a great decision. I felt confident I was working with a reliable company and someone that stands behind their work. | |The company was able to start almost immediately and we had several options for customizing our roof. We ended up having to replace all the plywood on the roof due to a previous owners (foreclosure) mistake so the price went up because the roof wasn't safe or even up to code. Our home inspection didn't catch this. Before this sudden increase in price, Baker actually was the lowest estimate we had after shopping around with about 4 other Raleigh companies. We chose Baker for the reviews and recommendations. The price was just a plus. | |Baker worked with us after the sudden increase and gave us two options for replacing or overlaying the plywood and we felt at ease that this was the right move for our home and resale value.

Description of Work: We have had a leaky window that nobody was able to diagnose let alone repair. We finally narrowed it down to a problem with the flashing and Baker was able to confirm and repair the issue. They came in on time and on budget and were very easy and pleasant to deal with. They were even careful enough that we could reuse our old decorative siding which saved us a ton of money in replacement and painting. I would absolutely use them again.
