Showed up when promised. Nice work and clean up.

It was wonderful. They were professional, they did a good job and they stand by their work. It was a recommendation by a contractor. They explained everything really well and clearly about what needed to be done. They email us a quote and everything went fine.

First visit was to correct major leaks we had in our NEW home. Original roofer disappeared. I had two other roofer come in and "fix" the problem. Result was leaks continued, and those roofers (not Angie's List) would not stand behind their work. Baker came in and diagnosed the problems and fixed the problems the first time. They could easily have told us that the entire section of roof needed to be replaced, but they did not. We have not had any leakage since and it has been four years plus. Very happy with every aspect of the job. They know what they are doing! Second visit was to diagnose two skylights that had developed leaks. They gave us three options for dealing with the problem, and we opted to replace the fixtures. They installed both. One unit had a small leak at the next rain. I called, and there was no problem. They came out and completely reinstalled the unit, and they were extremely apologetic. Two years later, no leaks. Third visit was this spring to replace some missing shingles. They did not try to sell me additional work even though it was a small job. I did ask them about gutters and gutter guards, and the rep provided information with no pressure. Fourth visit was to install gutter guards in strategic areas. They definitely helped with water issues. Again, the installer was professional, fast and neat. Overall, I would and HAVE used Baker Roofing and recommended them to many people. They are the best. They stand behind their work. They have been in business a long time for a reason. Quality company top to bottom.

We were impressed throughout the process of our roof replacement. The individuals that we worked with were helpful, respectful and professional. Even our neighbor, who worked in roofing, commented on how impressed he was with our finished roof. It looks fabulous!

3 day job and all went smoothly. They also repaired brick step that was damaged during roofing job all though the brick and mortar colors do not match.

Tarps covered the front and rear of the house as the old roof was removed. Expert installation removing unused vents and sealing attic gables as we had ridge vent installed. The job sight was left in perfect condition. All workers were professional and they paid attention to every detail.

Everything went well. 4 or 5 people came, they did an excellent job and left everything like before they came. They were done quickly and I have never had a problem since.

Crew came and did job quickly, protected shrubbery, and did a good clean up job. Fast, efficient and professional.

I was impressed with their process, professionalism, and responsiveness. I am happy with the way the roof turned out and the work they performed. I wish they had been more careful around my landscaping as they damaged a few plants. The cleanup was pretty thorough. They started and ended when they said they would and followed up on things when they said they would. I would use Baker again if needed.

It's not great. We were just not impressed with the quality of work and the service that they advertise; they don't feel like they held up there with what they're advertising. I would say that they’re not very good. We weren't happy with the quality of work. The timeliness was fine but we don't feel like they'd completely to the best degree I guess. I would have not recommended them.

The estimator was thorough and friendly. The foreman was careful not to harm our plants. The roof looks great. No issues at all...very happy.

John (salesman) was prompt, attentive and helpful. Patrick (project manager) was wonderful as well, crew arrived and finished in nearly one day. Additional needed repairs and bad weather caused delay, but everything finished in excellent way. There was a mistake on the drip edge that was corrected immediately I appreciated how respectful and nice everyone was.

The entire project took 4 days to complete due to the large area and various roof surfaces to replace.

I found them through your site. They were very good and professional. They were very much on time and they did a good job. I had the initial meeting with them...the guy spoke to me and I didn't feel pressured. I just followed what he presented and gave some information. Then he said what he had available then left and he didn't call me ten times to pressure me.

Call Baker Roofing to come out & give me a quote to replace one window. Four weeks later my windows arrived. Mitch & Brandon were on time everyday & did excellent work in replacing the windows & telling us anything we needed to know. Kevin Rose followed up after the work was completed.

They did a good job. I inspected the roof and they did exactly what they said they would do.

I got this company from Angie's List and they're great to deal with. They didn't finished the job completely yet. They started the end of August beginning of September and they finished within a couple of weeks. I have nothing to say negative about them. There's one part of the roofing that isn't done that they have to come back whenever I get the patio doors. My biggest complaint was I had to wait like 6 to 8 weeks. When I signed the contract they were really busy but you kind of want someone who's really busy and I was okay with that.

Keith Gregory and Donnie Brandt were awesome. They came out and looked at the old roof and made recommendations going forward. Very extensive knowledge between these two. Got a game plan. I told them I was not in a hurry and to fit me in when they had a slot. Their crew arrived one morning that we had agreed on and stripped the roof, repaired a couple rotten boards and had new roof on in 1 day. The only thing left was two small porch roofs to do. They finished that the next morning. Don't go with an unknown roofer or somebody your neighbor recommends like I almost did. Go with baker roofing and the job will be done right. I will refer these guys for a long time to come. Very professional. dw

It was a professional experience from start to finish. Chris arrived right on time and gave us a thorough estimate that included several options. Having had a previous estimate from another company that seemed totally unreasonable, Baker's cost seemed fair and provided all of the details of the materials and the work plan. We decided immediately to trust Baker with this job. We agreed on a start date and the crew arrived on schedule and worked until after dark to ensure the house was sealed before impending rain. They returned three days later when the rain stopped and completed the job. They cleaned all gutters, cleaned up the yard and bushes and all of their materials. William, the project manager, was extremely courteous and professional, giving us the assurance that the job would be well-done and it was. We would recommend Baker Roofing to anyone wanting quality roof work done!

After using two general house repair companies and still having a leak in the roof, I decided to use a company that specialized in roofing. I chose Baker Roofing Co. They fixed the problem the first time. As of 12/13, no more leaks. Baker Roofing has been around since 1915.
