I was impressed with promptness, work crew and site manager keeping me informed.

Crew chief Roberto did a good job. His crew was thorough and handled our skylights carefully. The roof was completely removed and then replaced. New in exactly the three days they budgeted. The clean up was so good, you could not even tell by looking at my yard that any work was done.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up any mess. They were prompt and polite. Roof/gutters look great!

Took them 6 days just to be able to come out and get me an est. In that time I had already had 3 other estimates on the roof and Baker was not even in the ball park as far as pricng goes on this little roof. I compared all the est and Baker's was the work quoted was apples to apples to roofers I found on Angies except for the the price. I have given the work out to another roofing company found on Angies list. To be fair back in November of 2013 I had Baker come out and do some replairs to fix the leaks on my roof and I was very satisfied with them with that work and that pricing. I did review the work on Angies list back in November 2013 and gave them a great review

They were always on time, answered text messages or emails, respected my property and cleaned up very well. Roof, gutters and attic fans all are working great.

Highly recommended. From quoting the job, through installation and clean-up, every aspect of the job was thorough and professionally done. We had one small glitch caused by a small difference in size between old/new skylights (same brand). Baker was readily able to adapt and provided the trim to make the result seamless. They even swapped out the bulbs on our upper floodlights that are unreachable from the ground. Our thanks to William and the team on installers for their hard work and attention to detail.

They did an excellent job communicating and updating us on their progress. The work looks good and our gutters are not leaking anymore. They left a little bit of debris from the old gutters on our patio which I was surprised they didn't clean up, but otherwise an excellent job.

The entire process was pleasant and well organized. An appointment was made for an estimator to see what work needed to be done. He was the first to actually go up on our roof, as well as take pictures, to show me and explain what work needed to be done. The other companies that came out would not give me a firm estimate or go up on the roof to evaluate. He then emailed an itemized estimate with the photos. I agreed to the estimate and another appointment was made to have the work completed. The gentleman that came out to do the work was on time and professional. Upon completion he walked me through everything he had done and also showed me the photos he had taken of his finished work. I appreciated his patience with answering my numerous questions.

Price was very competitive and service was excellent. The crew replacing the roof was on time and worked well together. Clean up after the job was impressive.

After interviewing 5 other roofing companies (1 which did not even bother to give me an proposal), I picked Baker Roofing. They were competitive (not the cheapest, but certainly very competitive) in the pricing. Besides their reputation, what I really liked was their approach. It started from the way that they protected the house unlike any of their competition (with the tarps going from the roofline down to the ground protecting our newly painted house as opposed to just covering bushes) to their salesperson's easy going approach to showing us the differences between them and the competition. They executed flawlessly. They crew was very respectful, used good safety measures, and did a great job cleaning up. They were easy to communicate to and worked very hard. I would readily recommend them to anyone (and already have to a friend).

They came when they said they would. the workers were always dressed appropriately. The work used appropriate voice. The workers did not Blair the radio. The work was done with care. I had just relandscaped to the tune of 50,000 and nothing was damaged.

Baker Roofing did everything right. Their proposal was detailed, comprehensive, and price-competitive. They were able to more than accommodate my need for a quick start date. The crew arrived on time, worked like a well-oiled machine from start through final cleanup, and the completed job exceeded my every expectation. Every member of the Baker Roofing team is clearly a professional who takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product. They have my highest recommendation.

The work, we guess, was fine. Unfortunately they started while we were away from home for the week, instead of the Monday after our return. We hadn't cleared the attic and I am still cleaning.

Estimator was prompt, friendly, and professional. Repairman was all of that as well, plus he was very neat and quite, and made sure that we were happy with his work before he left our job site.

They were very responsive to questions, punctual, polite, and professional. They did forget to cover the gable vents as promosed, but took care of it promptly when I pointed it out. The boards around the skylight are pretty rough. Cut-hard to make it look good.

I needed a roofing and insulated window quote, but I needed a little more than that. I needed it to be immediate and detailed. I studied the reviews and talked to various homeowners until I decided to call Baker Roofing, because so many people said that they were the best. First, I talked with Judia. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Then, I talked with John Bayer. He came out and looked at the roof and windows and gave me estimates. In the south, rooves take a beating from sun and tropical storms, so I needed quote that I could trust to get the work done right. John put a lot of time into telling exactly what had to be done, why and how it would be done. He was not satisfied with giving me ballpark numbers. He did the research and gave me solid numbers and followed up with me to see if I had questions. In the end, the roof and windows are going to be someone else's problem, but I have a solution: When I need roof or insulated work done, I will make one phone call and that will be to Baker Roofing.

It went excellent. I was happy with the level of service.

From beginning of the process Baker Roofing met or exceeded all my expectations. When the quote was provided the representative was very thorough in covering everything that would be occur during the roof replacement (and did a great job of setting the expectation). When it came time for the job to be performed the crew arrived early, worked all day and finished just as it was beginning to rain. I have no complaints about the project or experience.

After an on-site visit by a Baker Roofing sales rep to determine what repairs were needed, I received the work proposal. Scheduling took a little longer than I thought it should, but since it was not an emergency I didn't mind. The roofer showed up at the appointed time and went straight to work. He finished in a timely manner and cleaned the work area. Very little trash (bits and pieces of shingle) was left on-site. Invoicing was done after the work was finished. Baker Roofing even allowed a credit from the proposal amount for the shingles homeowner provided. The roof repair is nearly invisible from the street. In all, its a great job!

Our built-in-1991, 2200 sq. ft. home had not had its roof replaced in its lifetime, so it was time for us to do so this summer. After getting some estimates from other companies, we went with Baker, which was in line with some of the other estimates, but also had a much better reputation as well as better scores on Angie's List. We contracted to have the whole thing replaced, add in a cricket behind the chimney, use architectural shingles, and make the roof up to code and modern times. The roofers were scheduled to come on Tuesday, July 22, and they were right on time and got started. They were professionals through and through, and worked tirelessly for four days in the sweltering summer heat. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the service they hauled everything away. There were a few minor pieces of debris left (some old roof pieces hanging from trees) and I needed the company to come back to fix the gutter shields, but other than that, the roof looks really great. The team was speedy and efficient, and I thought the work was very well done.

They sent a 9 man crew out to do the job. They got the job done in 3 days. The cleanup was great and I could not even tell they were there. They even ran magnets over the yard to pick up all the nails. The cleanup was the best part of it and there was not even a single nail left.

Salesperson was courteous and professional and responded to numerous requests for customized photos. Hand-delivered actual shingle I was considering. Gave me addresses of nearby roofs so I could see the finished product. The intallers arrived as scheduled and kept me well informed and took care of all on-site issues. They finished on schedule and left the site clean.
