From the sales estimate to job completion every employee or contractor was attentive to detail, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the job.

The experience with them was good. My 0:10:04.0 that they were out of control that first thing that they 0:10:07.1 . They have a 0:10:10.7 that will understand 0:10:18.1 they rescheduled it in two weeks. We asked to work one and came back and had 0:10:27.3 very well done and they also kept 0:10:36.1 the yard very well. They said they had a 0:10:51.1 they really to hold up toward. they 0:10:55.0 I know that they were some work almost fixed. When they had scheduled to the 0:11:13.2 and I hear from people 0:11:13.9 they had about genuine working and then they came in; they finished up 0:11:30.4 with the project leader and then they went, they make sure that I learned what they found which was basically on that and they finished up with very good relationship.

Delayed due to rain, called to schedule, workers showed up on time did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

It was a good experience. Old house with a new roof. PM was very open to discussions. Crews were timely, courteous, and professional.

No one on the crew spoke English so suggestion and requests were ignored. Dirty skylight installed and never cleaned, promised to return, but never did. Worker urinated in the yard. Project manager never provided cell # for contact.

This was a fairly complex roofing/trip project with a number of minor problems emerging that Baker solved to our total satisfaction. They prepared a good project & quote. They performed in a very successful coordination with the roof treatment. They did a great job.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and courteous but measured incorrectly for replacement windows which delayed our project. The workers were very nice but smoked near our house which made it smell like smoke inside.

They do excellent work, but they're expensive. They're very professional and very prompt. They did an extremely thorough job. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I was very impressed with that.

They did a great job. From picking out the colors and styles with the salesman through completion of the job it was very easy to work with these guys. The roof looks great and makes the whole house look really classy.

I contacted four roofing companies that received very good ratings on Angie's List and received quotes from all four. I used three factors in selecting Baker Roofing, with those being quality, price and having confidence that the company would stand behind their work. All four were in the ballpark in terms of price, but one was clearly too high in my view and was thus eliminated from consideration. A second company was offering a coupon deal on Angie's List and was the lowest price, but suddenly began receiving scathing reviews from people that had purchased the deal and could not get on the schedule for a roof replacement. So I kicked them to the curb as well. That left Baker and another company. Chris, the sales representative from Baker Roofing had told me to call him if they were close in price and he might could do a little better. I called, and he lowered the price making Baker's pricing almost identical to the other finalist. I selected Baker because the company has been in business for almost 100 years and firmly stands behind its product. I know if at some point down the road a problem with the roof occurs, Baker will be there. Further, Chris did a great job of being responsive to any questions that I had while vetting the roofers. Once on the calendar I was contacted about two weeks before the scheduled job by Wayne, the project coordinator. He answered all my questions and the job was done in two days as scheduled. At all times I had Wayne's email address and phone number and he immediately responded to any questions that arose. The roofers, 7 to 8 each day, worked hard and insured that the property was cleaned up at the end of each day. I was most impressed with the diligence that was displayed in cleanup. I expected to get a good roof, but was pleasantly surprised at how hard the crew worked to get things cleaned up. Yes, I have found a few nails on the property since they left, but not many. Further, there was absolutely no damage of any sort to my property. I highly recommend Baker Roofing and suggest that anyone interested in getting a quality job put them on the top of their list. This is a job that needs to be done right, and you can place your trust in Baker, And I wasn't paid to say that!

A request for estimate was placed. Within one week, an estimate was provided. Initially, the project was not due to begin until approximately one month later, but due to my request to have work completed prior to spouse returning from active duty earlier, it was agreed and managed to have the project done within a 3 week timeframe from estimate. They succeeded in doing so. Everyone was professional from beginning to end. I was notified how the project would go with dates of each beginning and ending phase would occur: siding removed and installed...completed within a 2-day timeframe, which it was. Shingles would be removed and installed within a 2-day timeframe, which they were. Gutters mounted and completed in one day, which they were. The yard was kept clean at all times with no damage to surrounding area. Great care was taken care not to leave stray shingles or building materials anywhere in the yard. This is a professional team of experts who know what they are doing, and keep the customer's perspective in mind throughout all the project. I would use Baker Roofing again for any other housing projects I need involving siding, gutters, and/or roof work.

Our roof was due for replacement. Baker Roofing came out and gave us an estimate we liked. We ended up with 3 warranty choices based on the materials we chose, but there seemed to be very little price difference (about $1000, or 10% of the total cost) between the basic roof and the 50 year warranty, so we went with the maximum. We discussed options for our 2 skylights, and we had a cupola over the garage that was rotting so we just wanted it removed. They also gave us an estimate on beefing up the insulation in our attic, bringing it up to modern R-45 standards. What we had up there was less and had been getting pretty thin, and we had been planning to have it upgraded soon, so we accepted. The roofing job was excellent - the crew really seemed to know what they were doing, and the foreman kept me up-to-date as they found plywood that needed replacing, and letting me know where they were at. We do have a TV antenna on our roof, and when they were done they did an excellent job putting it back and securing it. The most impressive part of the roofing job to me was that we had storms coming through during the first night of the job, when they weren't going to be quite done. They took steps to secure the roof (at least a tarp, not sure what else), and despite the strong windy storms that night, nothing got through. They finished up the next day. The insulation was a bit of a different story. This was done through a partner company, and the salesman did not do a good job of explaining what I would be getting. In the end what I got was R-38, not R-45, which some research showed was correct for the area, but not what had been quoted. When I called to ask, Baker Roofing offered to send out both their business manager and the manager for the insulation company. They came out, listened to the whole story of the sales pitch and the work that was done, inspected the job, and we ended up agreeing that the cost would be adjusted to the R-38 level the work was actually done at. I was VERY impressed with how they handled this issue - there was no arguing with me, they were genuinely interested to figure out what went wrong in the process, and made sure that I was still happy with the resolution. Everyone makes mistakes, when it comes to business my primary concern is how they handle it, and Baker Roofing made sure that they made everything right. I would gladly use them again (well, I have a 50 year roof, I don't expect to have to unless I move) or recommend them to someone else.

We received several estimates, including insurance estimate and inspection. Decided on Baker due to their reputation as well as quality of materials and work promised. The work and the people lived up to their reputation. While it might have taken a little longer to reach them on the phone for questions or details, it was a very busy time of year and they always responded (source of B rating for responsiveness). The work was very efficient and neat; all property was cleaned up each day. The work was very detailed and precise; the roof was finished properly. The Project Manager answered all questions and explained in terms we could understand as non-roofing professionals. The Estimator gave us many properties to visit to see what various roofing materials looked like (this was very helpful). The estimate was very clear. The price was understandably higher than competitive bids. Highly recommended

We agreed on date/time to meet onsite, but they did not show or call to cancel. Instead, I saw them onsite the next day. And when I asked, they explained that my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled under our community manager to allow "preferred pricing". So I responded that this was not usually the case with quotes for our management. And sure enough, the quote was 25% higher than our best quote (who was providing better shingles and a better warranty). So I tried getting them to break down their quote for an apples to apples comparison and they resisted. So we kindly thanked them for their mysterious number and moved on.

Excellent customer service. Salesperson (John) quickly responded to emails, answered questions completely. Project manager (William Price) called and emailed the day before the work started and texted with frequent updates. Very responsive to questions and even picked up nails from our backyard left behind from a recent construction project. Definitely above and beyond! Overall, great experience and I'd highly recommend.

They were very easy to work with. The whole process, from getting an estimate through the completion of the work, was painless. I would definitely work with Baker Roofing again.
