The roofers were polite, respectful, and punctual. The job foreman William went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction. They replaced the roof and skylights entirely in 4 days (would have been 3 but there was one day of rain), completing the work on a Saturday to make up for the rain delay. In the process of replacing the skylights, there was some minor damage to the interior drywall because the original skylights were so heavily caulked to the ceiling. The foreman himself came back the next week to repair and repaint the drywall. He also arranged for the replacement of one section of our guttering that had been previously damaged by a falling tree limb. (Basically he offered "while I'm up here"...) I would highly recommend this roofing company. The only reason they aren't getting across the board A's is because their pricing was a little higher (about $1500) more than the competitors we priced. We felt, however, that their reputation and guarantee was worth the higher price.

All interactions were professional and polite. The duration and start of work were accurately estimated. The work was performed on schedule and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the result. Baker Roofing is an honest contractor that lives by its word.

They were always on time & worked hard. The installation team was sub contracted only the foreman spoke fluent English. The Baker Roofing project manager was excellent and kept close watch on installation and kept me informed.

Baker was one of three companies from which I got estimates for a new roof on our home. We worked with Chris Donnee (did estimate and answered questions along the way) and Marvin Head (directed the crew on the actual work day and followed up with billing.) Baker's price at first seemed somewhat high, but two things happened to mitigate that issue: a) Chris provided a discount that was posted on Angie's List, and increased the discount a bit to make a more expensive option I chose more affordable, and b) I looked closely at what each company was providing for the money and did some internet research on the products. The prompt and helpful communications (email and phone) and thorough written documentation throughout the process increased my confidence in our choice. A sizable crew arrived at about 7:30 a.m. on the appointed morning, and the job was complete about 12 hours later. As promised, I was informed about an area of siding that required repair, and with my authorization, that was done along with the work on the roof, at an additional cost of $80. Also as promised, care was taken to protect the landscaping around the house, and the entire area of well cleaned when the job was complete. The roof looks great, and I have every reason to expect that Baker will honor the warranty should that be needed.

Professional service from start to finish. Received quick estimate. Thoroughly explained options. Set start dates, kept in contact during this period. Crew arrived, was impressed with attention to detail an dworkmanship.. Left site broom clean.

Their estimator spent adequate time examining our roof and followed with a good detailed proposal. Baker was not the cheapest, but was the most complete.

Baker was fantastic from initial contact all the way through the final walkthrough. Rob (the estimator) spent a lot of time going over our roof situation and helping us to understand the pros and cons to various options. After we signed the contract, Rob and Mike (PM) were both very helpful (and patient) as I tried to sort out how best to deal with a newly discovered critter intrusion in my attic. They were able to address the structural issues concurrently with the re-roof. I'm very appreciative of their willingness to pick up the a little extra on the job. It allowed me to work with one vendor instead of trying to coordinate several. My re-roof was originally scheduled for February 2015, but a series of winter storms and very cold snaps delayed the start into March. Mike kept me informed during the entire delay. The communication from everyone at Baker was fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship of our new roof. I've heard some folks complain that Baker is expensive. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. The price difference amortized over the 20-year life of the roof is in the noise. You'll remember the quality and excellent customer service you got from Baker long after you've forgotten the price.

It went very well. I was impressed with them. They replaced all the rotten wood that was up there, replaced the roof and resealed everything. They did a good job, cleaned up really well and left.

During the first snow storm a couple of weeks ago, we noticed a leak in the ceiling in our kitchen. We went into the attic and found a steady stream of water running along the rafters. We mopped up and put containers to catch the water. We got onto Angie's List website and looked for roofing companies. We liked what we saw for Baker Roofing Company, especially that it was a hundred year old company. I sent an e-mail requesting an evaluation. This was on a Saturday night. Monday morning I got a text and I called them and set up an appointment. Another snow/ice storm prevented them from coming on our assigned date, but we got a call early that day and rescheduled the appointment for today. We got a call as he was on his way to the house. He was on time and very professional. He examined the attic and the roof and advised us that the roof was in excellent condition and he thought our problem was just what we had thought: The gutters were frozen and when the snow started melting on the roof, it could not get through the gutters and found its way into the attic. On the day of the second storm, my husband discovered the frozen gutters and broke the ice loose and the water poured out as it should have. No more leaks have been discovered. We were not charged for the inspection. We will definitely call Baker Roofing if we ever are in need of that type of services again.

Workmen arrived early everyday- worked consistently, efficiently, professionally, all day long. Explained what to expect all through the process. Protected our landscaping, deck, and deck furniture, cleaned up well at the end of each day.

The phone representative I spoke with at Baker Roofing stated that they charge $100 for estimates. The info posted on Angie's List reports this as a free service. I explained to the representative that I have no prior experience with Baker Roofing company and find it questionable that they charge for what their competition does routinely at no cost. This is bad business. I hired another company.

Salesman, project manager & crews were all great. They were informative and professional. They did excellent work. Everything looks and fictions wonderful. it was as if they were working on their own house.

A water leak around a skylight in our master bathroom resulted in ceiling damage. We asked Baker Roofing to inspect the skylight and roof and recommend a solution. Roberto Santos came to the house and determined that the skylight had structural problems and that the shingles around it also were allowing water to enter the ceiling. He provided an estimate which we accepted and we scheduled the work. Roberto came promptly as scheduled and working alone completed the removal of the old skylight and an area of shingles around it where the leak was occurring. He then installed the new skylight and replaced the old shingles with new which matched the old perfectly. While he was on the roof, we asked if he could clean the surface of two other skylights which he did at no charge to us. He then cleaned all debris from the yard and work area and was done in about four hours. We were extremely pleased with the appearance of the roof and new skylight, the efficiency of Roberto's work, his courteous and pleasant personality, the professionalism exhibited in the performance of the work and in the quality of the work. We will definitely use Baker Roofing in the future if needed.

The service went fine. After their work was done, they cleaned up around the house. This was my first time using them.

William arrived right on time an dug on. He explained everything in detail. The roofers were very professional, quick and neat. A couple additional issues on the house were identified, estimated and agreed to onsite.
