Baker was on time, efficient and did a very good time my roof and gutters took wonderful.

Project interrupted due to weather; project manager quit before completion; but Baker roofing made sure we were 10070 satisfied. A wonderful company to work with!

This company has been exceptional from start to finish. John, who was the salesperson was fantastic and very thorough in explaining everything to us in finite detail. Patrick, the project manager, was very professional, punctual, polite and very much making sure that I knew what was going on throughout the process via calls and emails. He went above and beyond my expectations of a project manager. The various team leads: Raul, Rodney and Primotivo were also professional, punctual and very friendly. I could not have asked for a more seamless, stress-free job in regards to this project.

Crews came and did their jobs punctually and with neatness and concern for property. When problems w/ structure of the roof and some fascia/siding came up, they communicated quickly and offered solution. Prices for repairs were competitive and work was done in timely fashion.

Prep crew was polite and friendly. All workers neat and respectful through out Patrick-foreman was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent job overall!

Very professional delayed for weather, but good job.

I called them on the phone and said I noticed a couple of nails pop. They said no problem and they would send somebody out the next day to take care of it. They came out. I was not there. They took care of it all. It was under warranty. I would use them again. In fact, my neighbor has used them since I used them.

Tried to contact through website, no return call within the 24 hour time frame indicated on website. Called after the allotted time set from website for three consecutive days. Finally one voicemail from representative was left, I called back within 30 minutes of message (around 1pm EST), left another message - waited another day and called again to finally speak with someone that tells me they are 2 - 3 weeks out from scheduling someone to look at the roof. I'm not interested in having to track someone down to beg for them to do work when other reputable companies were much more responsive.

Professional from start to finish available and very fine. I needed them and handled over clientele latter than i would here.

Project was managed by William Price who was great to work with: on time, responsible, did what he said he would do and was very respectful. Roofing product is amazing!

Agent arrived on time & made a fair estimate. Scheduled my job as quickly as possible. Stayed in communication, arrived on time, and worked professionally until done.

A representative of Baker and I played phone tag for several days after I sent the email. But we finally talked around January 14. He told me that he could come and give me an estimate and his available hours were from 8-4. I explained that I worked during those hours but if he could come first thing in the morning on any given day, I could take some vacation time and be there if he could assure me he'd be there. He said that his first morning opening would be on Wednesday, the 20th. I said okay, and I'll see you then. The day came when he was supposed to be here at 8. I had arranged to go into work late. 8 o'clock came and went. I waited until about 8:40--no show, no phone call. I would have called him, but I'd left his number at my office. I went on to work and figured he'd give me a call either at work or at home since he had both numbers. It's been over a week now and I've never heard anything. Update 2/9/16 -- Bill Collins, Director of Regional Sales, contacted me personally and apologized for the behavior of the original representative. He said that this is not how Baker Roofing does business. He made arrangements with me to come and look at my roof himself. We set a time and he was here right when he said he would be here. He again apologized for the previous situation and then got on my roof and looked it over. He came back down with pictures of the problems that he found--which made it very easy for me to understand what he was looking at. He suggested what could be done in the way of maintenance and repairs and promised me an estimate by the end of the day tomorrow. We'll see what the estimate is, but I couldn't be happier with the interaction this time.

Baker Roofing was 1 of 4 roofing companies I spoke with before finalizing. Baker was in the middle of the pack regarding price, but with follow up questions, they (John) was super responsive. All work was performed as agreed - the crew were very punctual, clean, polite and hard working. Tim, the project manager, was available for any questions I had along the way over the 3 day job. All my questions were answered very directly; everyone I interacted with from Baker were very straightforward.

Baker Roofing was extremely communicative for the entire time, from quickly scheduling a quote to answering all my questions along the way. Baker has different teams working on different aspects of the project (ie a sales team, a roofing team, a siding/carpentry team), and I was given the contact information for the right person on each team, which meant my questions were answered right away by the right person. Their email response time for all my emails was less than 5 minutes! The company is busy, so we had to schedule the re-roof 2 months out; but as soon as I had signed the contract, they sent a team out to tarp the leak in my roof, so I didn't have to suffer additional ceiling damage-- at no extra charge. I had gotten quotes from other roofing companies, and Baker was not the cheapest; but after having terrible experiences with other companies (rudeness and a higher quote from Pickard, and weeks without returning my calls from Cole Roofing), I was so relieved with the professionalism of Baker. I called Baker because my neighbors had their roof done almost a year ago with them, and were so happy with the results; and I am equally happy. The work is beautiful. It took a bit more time than they had predicted, so the team came back on a Saturday to finish up. They cleaned up after themselves, and it looks great. With the last few weeks of major rain storms, I've had no leaks and no worries with my new roof. I would absolutely recommend Baker!

They did great from start to finish. A very professional outfit. I would recommend them to anyone. I hoped it would be less $ but it's worth it. You get what you pay for.

Baker is on the high side of estimates but you get what you pay for. Excellent work & excellent people to work with. If you need a new roof, request Patrick & Raul. They are the very best and tell Baker Company I recommended them.

Bake estimator was thorough and informative about what was to be done. Project manager was knowledgeable and kept me appraised of project. Crew was courteous, did an excellent job and cleaned up site. Overall excellent experience. Will recommend with no problem.

Our salesman was Kevin, and he was wonderful. Came to the house, took a look at our roof, explained what we needed and what extras we could add on if we wanted. He also explained well the different types of shingles and the pluses-and-minuses of them, what we could expect with some of the specifics for our house, and the pluses-and-minuses of adding in the ridge vent for the house. Once we decided that yes, we were going with Baker, he brought by tile samples for us to make a decision as to which color tile we wanted. It was all very professional as well as very friendly. Work actually started earlier than originally expected because they were a bit ahead of schedule by a couple of weeks. Workmen showed up about 15 minutes early from what we were told and got to work immediately. Marvin was our project manager and stopped by multiple times to check on progress, answer any questions and to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. Cleanup was very thorough. At the end, we found ONE nail left over. One. That is very impressive in my book, given the hundreds that came off the old roof. Crew was friendly, professional, efficient and skilled. Basically, there was nothing to complain about at all for the work done.

Baker were excellent from the estimate to the final repair. Patrick Lane the project manager in particular was excellent. Our roof is very unusual and they designed a custom ventilation system which is working very nicely and looks really good.

Chris Donnee came out and checked roof and gave estimate. He was very professional. Project manager, Wayn Stanfield came out with his team. Wayne performed excelelnt leadership and communication. His team was excellent, hard working and very pleasant. Project was completed on time.

We had already priced out all of the materials and the cost of 10 bales of new shingles was $288 - a few sheets of exterior plywood would add at most a hundred dollars ... I estimated the labor at about $1200 ... perhaps $!500 ... their bid cam in a $5200 +_ and any material needed would be on a time and material basis ... so the final price could have been higher ... I was shocked to at the price quoted ... I have no doubt that their work is good - for the money they charge it should be ... 2 days of labor for two men at $60 per hour is $960j per day or $1920 add in the materials at $300 + $100 for odds and ends and you are at $2320 ... a few hundred less than my high estimate ... I was SHOCKED at $5200 ... I do understand the need for profit ... but I just want to pay for a trip to California ... not to the Riviera or Montacarlo ... I fully realize they are busy and they need to have enough profit to pay for their estimators ... however $2500 over and above for the bid was a bit high ... one of the estimators was very experience and the other was being trained ... great idea. If money was no object ... however we are seniors and every dime is precious and I doubt very much they are paying their workers more than $30 per hour. Respectfully submitted ... D. Artemas Holden

The estimate and the service up until day of was fantastic. Great communication, we were happy with the estimate. The men that showed up conveyed to us that they were contracted by Baker Roofing and asked us not to tell Baker but that in the future we should call them directly for better pricing. This made me very uncomfortable. They showed up unprepared without brooms and asking for an extension cord. I had to get 2-3 brooms before they found one that they liked. The product itself looked wonderful. I did have to go out and ask for them to please not throw things on our brick steps (which they cracked) as well as our azaleas. When we contacted Baker about these concerns they were very apologetic. We had to call back several months later as we had not been invoiced. We then promptly received an invoice stating that we needed to pay in 30 days. Most dealings with Baker were fantastic- just not the company that they sent out to do the actual work. We would use Baker again if it was actually Baker coming out to our house.
