I had a baffling experience with Alliance Landscapes. When I first made contact, Brandon returned my message quickly and came by the next week to take a look at the erosion problems in our side yard. He said he would email an estimate within a few days. A couple of weeks later, I had received nothing. To give him the benefit of the doubt in case the email was lost, I called and left a message with Brandon letting him know I didn't receive anything. He has neither returned my call nor sent the estimate. I know others recommend this company, but in my experience, reliability is spotty, so watch out that your time is not wasted like mine was. I am going to work with another landscaping company.

We knew we had a problem with standing water after a heavy rain in some areas around the house and after 22 years, and we needed to start over on the landscaping to get the house ready to sell in the next year or two. We had never been through this process before, so at first we weren't sure exactly where to start. Randy worked with us to identify the priorities, what he could do and what things we could handle ourselves. It was clear from the beginning that he wanted us to have the best outcome and he said several times that we needed to "begin with the end in mind". The crew came out exactly when they said they would, worked very hard for two days and were very efficient. They also had a mason that was able to correct a problem we've had with our front steps since the house was built and did some patching and repair. Alliance Landscapes did excellent work and we couldn't be more pleased with the result!

A three man crew arrived on time at 8am and started work right away. The wall only took a little over five hours to dig out and build. The hardest part for them was getting the wall materials behind our house since the slope is so steep and there isn't any direct access without having to go way out of their way. They handled moving he supplies behind the house without any complaints. The finished wall looks better than we expected and many neighbors asked for Alliance's contact information because of how well the finished wall looks and are in the same boat as us with the erosion.

We contacted several landscaping companies in the late winter and of those who had time to deal with us, Randy from Alliance Landscapes was the most responsive and flexible enough to work with our plans with an understanding that we weren't completely sure how best to handle water runoff, erosion, and retaining walls. We also had some delays in starting the project due to some other work we needed to have done on the house prior to the landscaping. Randy was patient and always responded quickly to questions. When we were finally ready to begin we contacted Randy and did our best to describe our needs and wants. The work began and the crew was professional and courteous. They worked together to determine how best to install the walls and steps to handle water runoff and to make transitions smooth. At various times we were brought in to discuss changes in the plan to address their concerns such as needing a higher retaining wall and adding steps that weren't in the original plan. The crew worked diligently and obviously enjoyed each other's company as they arrived in a good mood and finished long days of hard work laughing and joking with each other. The work was done during very hot weather in July but the workers kept going until the job was completed. We could not be happier with the end result - the patio, walls, and walks are better than we imagined. After grading there were some areas that needed additional drainage and they addressed these immediately. Due to the hot weather we decided not to install any plants until autumn arrives and we'll definitely call on Alliance Landscapes to come back and help with that. Without any reservation we wholeheartedly recommend Alliance Landscapes for any landscaping needs.

This was an excellent experience. Randy is very nice and very professional, and his team could not have been more courteous and hardworking. They had to excavate some incredibly big pine roots so they were here over two days, with a bobcat and a terrific crew member doing the work. The work was very tough, but they got it done, and even when there was the unexpected issue of hitting a water line enmeshed in a tree root (unavoidable) they were able to resolve that quickly using their own plumber, and they took the cost of that, making it a non-issue. I did not imagine a fully wooded lot now springing green grass but I got it and it looks amazing!

I found and contacted this provider over Angie's list for the purposes of regrading both my front and back lawn. They responded a little later than average, but still well within tolerances. A time was set aside for an in-person estimation for which they arrived inside 15min. We walked around the property and spoke about what needed to be done, and their rep confirmed that they could do it and told me to expect an estimate via email by the end of the following workweek. Ultimately no estimate was ever provided. I followed up two weeks later and their rep told me that he was unable to get to it, and that he would "totally understand" if I went with another company. Rather unprofessional to agree to one thing upon meeting, never follow through, and not bother to contact regarding the situation.

Dealing with Randy was very enjoyable as he was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Both our front yard and back yard look AMAZING!

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Randy and his crew. The quality of the work performed surpassed my expectations and their cooperation was outstanding. I made a number of changes to the original agreement which required extra material and labor and the adjusted price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Alliance and would most definitely use their services again.

Randy and his team from Alliance Landscapes did an outstanding job. They installed two 60+ foot retaining walls, as well as, landscaping, plant installation and mulching. These guys definitely know what there are doing and were excellent to work with. They were punctual, worked very hard and left the property immaculate every day. Professionalism at it's best..Cost was very reasonable for the amazing amount and quality of work they perform. We will definitely be using them again.

It turned out well. They were professional and prompt. The only question I have is there was not a whole lot about the grass they were putting in as far as information. That was the only downside. They were fine. They did what they were supposed to do.

Throughout the entire week-long process, Randy and his team consistently exceeded my expectations. Whether it was their attention to detail, tremendously hard work, or the quality that they invested in every phase. Our yard went from a total disaster into something that we are very proud of. I even waited a couple of months to post the review just to make sure there weren't any surprises. But, my enthusiasm for the quality of their work has not waned. I would absolutely use Alliance again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for landscaping work!

These guys did an outstanding job on my patio - above and beyond my expectations! I purchased their patio Big Deal which covered 120 square feet but the area that I wanted for my patio was larger - about 270 square feet. They took my design concept for the area and actually made it better! The original estimate was that the job would take three days, but they finished it in two! The crew was hard working and very professional and I would recommend Alliance to anyone looking to put in a patio.

Randy responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to schedule the work in my short time frame. We did a thorough walk around the house and identified the work to be done. The crew came out and did a bunch of weeding and pruning and removed several shrubs that were too overgrown for their placement. They also built a small retaining wall to fix a drainage issue on the side of the house. Everything went well and was done as agreed upon and on time.

Randy and Allliance crew showed up exactly when promised and set to work cleaning out ivey and digging out area several feet wide and 10-12 feet long in order to widen the end of our driveway to give us more parking space. They found pavers to match our existng pavers and made the extention look seamless with the existing driveway. They replaced our irrigation pipe we had next to the drive and ran it under the pavers so it would still be accessible. Their second task was to make an approximately 15' walkway and connect it up with existing walkway. Again they matched the pavers and connected it up beautifully with the existing. The new walkway is curved and looks lovely. The team also tackled a drainage problem by building an attractive retaining wall , adding several drainage pipes and doing some grading to help redirect the water flow. All the tasks were completed in about 3 long days. All debris was removed and drive , walk, deck hosed down to clean off dust and sand. The job even came in about $300 under the estimate. Randy was very responsive to phone and emails. Randy was on the job site everyday and met up with us almost everyday to make sure we were happy with the progress and cover any questions. We are very pleased with Alliance Landscaping and look forward to having them help us on future projects,

Completely re-graded my side and back yard to control drainage and add backyard on a sloping lot. Constructed a 100+ft Keystone wall on the lower slope and a Country Manor wall on the side lot and a paver entrance to the back yard area. High quality workmanship. Prompt and professional in all aspects of the project. Very easy to work with. Price was completely competitive with others and spot on the initial Alliance estimate. I will use Alliance on my next project and will recommend without reservation.
