Description of Work: Matt came to our house promptly after we contacted Allen & Deans and he provided us a quote to replace a rotted fascia board and gutter. We scheduled the work to be completed about 2 weeks later. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly and adequately. We had reached out to several other companies for quotes before finding Allen & Deans and the other quotes were outrageous. We knew what the job SHOULD cost and Allen & Deans’ quote reasonably reflected that. I would definitely recommend Allen & Deans for high quality work done at an affordable price.

Description of Work: We had wood rot around the top of our porch. Allen & Dean's had someone come out the very day I called to inspect the problem. They provided a reasonable estimate within a few days. They followed up as needed. The work was good. Instead of having to replace all the wood, which would have been very expensive, they were able to remove a lot of rotten trim and preserve the underlying wood. So it wasn't as expensive I had expected. They also put a fresh coat of paint on the front, repaired some rot in the back of the house, and cleaned the gutters. Reasonable price, professional, and prompt. I have used them for a few jobs over the past 15 years and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Mr. Matt was very responsive to my needs, his people came in the morning and did a wonderful job. They were extremely professional workers and i enjoyed talking to them all day. I am very happy with my roof. The only issue I have it took them over a month to send me my warranty information, and I had to call and ask for it.

 + 1 moreMatt was great to work with. He let us have a lot of time to make up our mind about shingle type and color. He also provided us with references and insurance documents for our peace of mind. He was always willing to accommodate our schedule and happily gave great service. During the roof replacement, one of the crew accidentally drilled a small hole through our ceiling. He let us hold back a portion of the final payment until the ceiling was fixed to our satisfaction. There were also a couple of locations where shingles had to be fixed and Matt wanted to ensure that we were completely happy before accepting the final payment. Matt should give lessons to other contractors on how to serve customers!
Description of Work: Replaced 3200 square foot roof, installed new skylight and gutters.
