I had a good experience with this company in the Spring of 2017. They installed gutters and added downspouts to the original construction of the house. These guys are experts and their services are reasonably priced. I had a problem with my gutters overflowing and they were quick to come back out. Turns out the problem was too few drain pipes, which was my responsibility.

They were so professional. Came out immediately to assess the situation, provided a quote on the spot then came back by the end of the week to complete the job! I couldn't say enough nice things about them and my experience- I highly recommend their services.

As far as I can tell, the roof job was done fine. I went with Allen Deans since the owner, Matt Maresh, was very professional when we met and discussed the options in detail. The main reason I went with them was that, the quote was couple grand less than the 2 other quotes I got. They did take care of all of my asks except for 2 important asks I'd insisted on. The job required and committed to, to cover all areas with tarps. There were no tarps used so it was an ugly mess to be cleaned up. I still find nails and debri in the shrubs 6 month later. As an example of the mess, my car had a flat tire 3 months after the job due to a roof nail on the driveway, probably blown there by the wind. The other commitment was to take photos of key asks that my insurance agent had asked for and this was totally missed even though I'd reminded on the first and 2nd day of job. I still think they did an overall good job with the roof itself so I suggest at least getting a quote from Allen Deans to compare with others.

Despite being such a small job, the team at Allen & Deans was incredibly responsive. They treated me like a much bigger customer, going above and beyond on several occasions to provide outstanding customer support. I had a tight timeline (selling the house and needed a receipt for the work) and sent my payment via 1-day Priority Mail, however, the payment was delayed. The office manager called USPS to find out what happened, and then emailed to inform ME of the situation. One small item was overlooked and they sent a man out to fix it same day. Overall a stellar experience from the folks at Allen and Deans. Thank you so much.

Allen & Deans Provided the most detailed proposal of work to be done unlike some proposals that left issues open to interpretation. The cost of the job was what was presented in the proposal. Showed up on time and did the job with minimum disruption to the household. Finished cleaning up immediately after the job was complete.

They did an excellent job hanging the gutters and also in helping us select a color to compliment our home.

We chose him based on recommendations. He came out and he was excellent. We just bought a new house. He went ahead while he was here and he told us what he thought about the likes of the roof and all kinds of things. He was very helpful, a very nice man. It was a very good experience. He was just very professional and the workers who came did a good job. We felt very satisfied with the work. It was a reasonable price for what we needed done. $199 is their basic amount. They won't come and do any work for less than that. And that was all he charged me for the work, but we felt satisfied with it. They did a great job. The response time was excellent. He was really swamped. His person told me that and she called him in the field and he was not too far from us. He came by late on a Friday afternoon when he probably should have been off work by then. He came in and did the estimate and then the next day they sent somebody out first thing in the morning and fixed it.

I have used Allen and Deans for a number of years. they are reliable, honest, affordable. They hire people who know what they are doing and are responsive. We have had one issue occur after their work and they returned immediately and made it more than right. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was told there was supposed to be a discount and that didn’t reflect in the bill. I contacted them today about it and they were happy to provide it and sent me a new invoice reflecting the discount. I was told there was going to be a discount because of getting on Angie’s List and that didn’t reflect in the bill. They did a really nice job. They repaired it well. They were prompt and they actually came early. They did a very nice job repairing it and it looks good. I was happy with the work. The work they did was good. I am still not completely happy about the bill but it is still being worked out. Other than the discount, the price was really good. I would use them again as long as the price gets resolved.
