All My Sons Moving & Storage -Raleigh

We received an estimate not to exceed the price. Make sure you know what you tell them to pack and what you said you would pack. We did not have a moving date set at the time of we received the estimate. But when we decided on move date we got the dates requested. One thing is they packed one day and loaded. The truck was taken to there warehouse office and remained there over night. Then next day the crew delivered our household goods to us. One thing I did not like is the my wife and I sleep the night before on the floor of our new house on air mattresses that we had on hand, it was good we did have them. Overall the move went smoothly.Work was performed at our old address and also at our new address.

The scheduler didn't give me a firm time since I was the second move of the day. I was willing to accept that because I was having a hard time finding anyone at all who could move me that day. I knew it would be afternoon, and they arrived at 5:30 pm. It was the hottest day of the year and Eric, Jose, and Lawrence, who'd already done one big move that day, didn't let it stop them. I was really impressed wtih them. They know the ropes and took good care of my antiques. My only complaint was that due to the arrival and unload in the dark, there were a few small items left on the the truck which I was unable to recover. Overall, though, I was very satisfied.

The move was slow and expensive and topped off with the missing items, I will not use nor reccommend this company to anyone.

The bill was right on target with their estimate. They were great, on time, careful with my property, and did the job in an expeditious manner.

All My Sons has several offices in the state. They did their work with dispatch. It took them only a day, so I was happy with them. They didn't break anything. I can't compare them, but as far as I know, the price is an A. I would use them again for a short move. I believe that's what they specialize in.

It was very good. The guys were hard workers. They were good guys. We were mutual positive about it. There were few glitches but in general, we would recommend them. They brought a truck to our home. There were three guys.

Their attitude was insolent. They unexcpectedly charged twice as much as the moving company we usually use (TROSA) and then had the nerve to say "We accept tips" as they left.

I had good prices with them, and also a good experience with them. They did a great job for us. I will continue to use them again in the future if needed, and will tell others about them also.

They stick to their quote. It was a basically a positive experience. They didn't break anything and they were fast. They packed and moved everything in one day.

They were a local company and I moved only about 5 miles. They did a great job. They didn't bring a big enough truck when they first came out and they took care of that very quickly. They did a good job. They were almost right on the estimate. There was more stuff than the estimator had seen which the movers see. They did a good job. They got another truck in very quickly. They had several people look for another truck which was at another place and so as soon as they finished at that place they brought the truck in. They did a real good job. I had nothing broken. I think their price was reasonable and I don't have anything to benchmark that against. They moved a 3400 sq foot house. They were here when they said they were going to be.

My first call went very well. The person who answered the phone went through everything with me and estimated a 5 hour move with 3 men. I was booked for the afternoon move and told that they would call me an hour before they were going to arrive. The woman on the phone also let me know she was going on vacation and gave me the names of her back-ups if I had any questions or concerns. All My Sons called me back a couple days before the move to go over the details again. I received a call at noon saying the truck would be there between 12:45 and 1:15. The men arrived at 1:00 pm, got straight to work and didn't stop until they were done. They were extremely polite and professional and took care of some furniture I had inherited that I was worried about. They wrapped everything and nothing was damaged in the move. My new house has a set of steep and hard turn stairs to the 2nd floor and they figured out how to get a king bed and some big dressers up without damaging any walls or furniture. It was the hottest and muggiest day of the year and they took a couple of short, well-deserved breaks. They worked extremely hard but were very careful. They had a great attitude and worked with me on where all the furniture went. They even went out of their way to move a heavy wardrobe when I realized I didn't like where I had asked them to place it originally. It took the guys 5 hours exactly and I think that had it not been so hot/muggy that they would have been done sooner. Maurice and his team were awesome and I would highly recommend using them. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will use All My Sons again.

The cost was very reasonable and they offered a professional service. I really felt they went the extra mile for me! They were just excellent! They were very helpful during a stressful time. I would highly, highly recommend them!

The team was efficient, friendly and professional.

They originally told us to expect the movers from between 11am and 1pm. They called around 12:30 saying they would be there in about 30-45 minutes. Around 2:15 ,when they still had not arrived, we called the dispatcher and found out they had gone to their last job next instead of us. They said they would get another crew as soon as possible. They finally arrived at 4:15. We had driven from 1and 1/2 hours away early that morning and werevery tired by the time they finally finished. They were very professional and took the time in all 3 moves to tour each home first to see where everything was to go and then needed very little supervision to put all boxes and furniture in the correct place.

They were on time. They were very professional. They were courteous and kind. Their price was fair. The quality of their work was OK. Their responsiveness was fine. I would use them in the future.

I have some major issues with this company based out of Ft. Meyers, Florida. They added an extra thousand dollar charge to my son's credit card without prior authorization. I did not feel that the total cost that they wanted for their service was out of line, even with the additional charge, but the issue was not informing us of the charge. The movers did not take my antique mirror off the truck at my new home. It took six months to have it delivered to me. They refused to take it off the truck until I paid the driver another thousand dollars for the delivery of my mirror that should have been delivered with the rest of the household items.

They were terrible! They were very unprofessional, understaffed, and worst of all, destroyed/damaged thousands of dollars worth of our belongings. Use them at your own risk!

The experience was terrible. The company grossly underestimated the amount of crew and size of truck needed to make the move. As the moving day wore on and the crew was far from finished, I called to complain and ask that they send extra crew and a truck so that we could get the job done. The person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. After arguing for 10 minutes, he finally agreed to send extra crew. The crew was so tired, they damaged several pieces of furniture and our washer and dryer, tracked dirt and grease all over new carpet. When the job was finally done at 10 pm, they presented me with a bill which was $500 more than the quote which I was forced to pay or they would not leave my house. My complaints and attempts to get the damaged items repaired went unresolved.

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY PACKED OUR BELONGS, WRAPPING THE SMALLER ITEMS CAREFULLY, COVERING THE FURNITURE SO IT WOULDN'T GET SCRATCHED. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Showing up on time was the only thing they did right. Several pieces of furniture were damaged. They tried to charge for packing that was not done by them. Workers did not follow instructions about where to put boxes. Extremely unprofessional. When I discussed the shoddy workmanship and several items that were missing after the move with the company manager, he denied all responsibility and refused to do or say anything to make me feel he was concerned about the quality of service delivered by his company.

The crew I had was reckless and damage occurred.
