Description of Work: On the day of the move,they were late arriving..2 hrs late for 1 crew, and 3 hrs late for 2nd crew. I had to call them to find out where they were. Told it would take 1 day. |It took them from 11 am Sat until 3:30 am on Sunday.They wanted to quit about 8pm Sat night and finish on Monday. Crew was nice except for one very rude, and unprofessional member. The company did not send a follow up ""How did we do?"" phone call, email, text or letter.

Description of Work: We had an onsite estimate prior to booking with the movers, however when the movers arrived, they seemed surprised by a there being boxes and bins (clearly on the estimate provided but not on their work order). | |Also, they wanted to charge $75 for a 65" TV even though it was never mentioned on the estimate. | |Movers arrived 20 minutes late, did not act or speak very professional, we had three people total for the loading portion, one was experienced and the leader, at least one other of the other two just started working for the company. These two did things the hard way or the wrong way until the main driver stepped in and corrected their actions. | |When they started wrapping furniture up, they didn't always look to see if there was removable or glass shelves, then blamed me for not telling them before wrapping them up. | |I had to supervise the entire time and many times throughout the move, it felt like I had to beg for items to be taken that were ready to go in a box. | |We had to store our stuff overnight because our closing was the next day. The movers arrived about 15 min late on day of delivery. They were short one person as he never showed up that day. We were only charged for two however for the unloading without issue. | |Besides having to supervise the unloading, the unloading went much better and smoother then the packing the day before. | |Overall, I was very unimpressed with the constant whining about walking up stairs, or heavy items. It was generally very unprofessional. When hiring professionals, it should require minimum supervision and also make you feel confident about the people taking care of your stuff. I also believe in wrapping the door, and stair corners to prevent bumps and scrapes. None of that was done. |

Description of Work: All My Sons packed, picked up, moved and unloaded our home plus a storage building and did an awesome job! Packers were very careful and all worked quickly but with care, and were no problem to have in the house. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job! The only funny issue? Some of the boxes were labelled in Spanish, which provided a little humor during the move in process. Fortunately, I'm well aware of the Spanish terms for 'kitchen' and 'wine' are :) Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They moved estate furniture from one house and delivered to 3 other homes and a storage unit. This is my 3rd time using All My Sons and I will use them next time I need movers. The crew was very thorough and a pleasure to work with all 3 times I have used them. |

Description of Work: Well after the movers came, one complained that there is some animosity amongst them so if we are going to tip to just give it to him and he would distribute. He stated that they had two supervisor movers and it was one supervisor too many in that particular trip. Our walls are all dinged up and paint off. Keep in mind this is a brand new house. The guys finished the job at 9:00 pm and they were wrapping up. Keep in mind when they complete a Jon they have to "call in" their hours. When he called at 9:18, the manager said "well your still there and since we are on 15 minute intervals it needs to be 9:30 on the end time". Really? Are they that hard up for money? They were folding blankets at that point. They throw boxes and if they break something them they give you .40 cents per pound. That's right .40 cents per pound if approved. They broke our 3 foot tall greyhound, my executive desk beyond repair and a few other items. They along with the company are very careless. Oh, and be surprised for a very extensive bill at the end. There were added fees etc. To put it in perspective, we moved 300 feet and it was by far the worst moving company I've ever heard about or encountered. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!!! UPDATE: To add to my previous post it was $833.00 for 4 hours. And NO I would not recommend it. The stupid app added the "hire again" on it's own and it doesn't give you the opportunity to change it. The is an additional picture since you can only add one per review. Completely destroyed. Oh and our priceless china is broken as well.
