Description of Work: I recently had this company out to perform a routine maintenance of my hvac unit. they found that the heat exchanger was cracked and could be dangerous for me to use. AireServ gave me some repair and replacment options. The service tech was very helpful and went over all the options with me thoroughly. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future. In fact they will be back soon to make the repairs on my unit.

 + -1 moreI came home from work to find my unit humming and nothing else. Called AireServ of Eastern Wake County at 6:00 and had a tech in the house by 7:00. Very personable and polite and he told me the price up front. He was in and out quickly and I had a working unit.
Description of Work: AireServ of Eastern Wake County replaced a capacitor.

 + -1 moreThis was the second company our home warranty provider contracted to diagnose a problem with our air conditioning. I have to give them credit for coming out on a holiday (this past Memorial Day). However, they failed to correctly diagnose the problem with our system. They were the second company in less than a month to find the system low on freon and recharge it, but denied that it meant there was a freon leak. I thought there almost had to be a freon leak because it doesn't just disappear, and the company that finally diagnosed our problem confirmed my suspicions a few months later. I think the technician should have tried harder to find a freon leak. The $45 we paid was our home warranty co-payment.
