Fantastic service. Used their online chat to give the information one evening. Received a call from the office the following morning to set up an appointment. They had same day appointments available. Great communication. The service technician Chris arrived in the 2 hour window. Diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair and the unit was back up and running. Couldn't have been better.

We are happy to see our tech arrive on time. We informed him the problem with our furnace not starting. He stated our system was old and it may need to be replace without checking for problems. It took 25mins for him to clean the inducer port and test the pressure switch. I was handed a bill with any disclosing the fee first. The problem was fixed but the upselling and not disclosing cost upfront would be why I would not use Air Experts again.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and service of this company. They offered me discounts that I wasn't aware of when I called for service, came out the same day, and saved me a good amount of money. Did the cleaning and fixed the problem upstairs. Would definitely hire again!

This is my 2nd time using Air Experts. Their personable and professional tech arrived on time and did a great job.

Needed to have the AC unit checked out before sale of our home. They found the issue, but it was too expensive to fix (would have been >$4000). They gave me a a couple quotes for new systems and we decided to just make a concession to the new owners and let them decide what they wanted to do.

We had it replaced in the off season. Excellent and prompt service. No hitches. System ran like a dream.

Called to schedule service and referenced Angie's List Deal, which included air duct cleaning, air duct sanitization, and A/C inspection. During original visit, only air duct cleaning was performed. Was unsure what air duct sanitization looked like, so wasn't initially certain that it wasn't performed. Called later and asked what sanitization entailed, and it became apparent that it had not been performed. Also, around this time I asked for the report on the A/C inspection (in case it happened without my realization). They did not have one, verifying that it had not been performed either. This discrepancy was not showing up in their records, and the only chance of me knowing that they had not provided the services for which I had paid was my over-diligence (it should not be on the customer to have triple-check to make sure that the services purchased were all performed). They explained that the A/C inspection should have been scheduled as a separate visit, but they were training a new hire the day I originally called, and apologized for that slipping through the cracks. It was never explained why the air duct sanitization was not performed at the time of the cleaning, though they apologized for that as well. They offered to reschedule both services. However, it is just these types of experiences that are hellish for the customer--having to be responsible for what the company should be (and more), and the pain in the *** it is to try to get it resolved and then make time in my schedule to be available for the second round of service calls. It took way too long to get this point across to the representative that I spoke to (further exacerbating the pain of the ordeal), but finally I made it clear that simply doing what they were hired to do in the first place would not suffice if this were to be a positive experience. After consulting with her supervisor, she offered for a free A/C inspection & tune-up in the spring. While it should have been much easier to arrive at that point, it was indeed a good-faith gesture on their part to make things right, and it was just enough to tip the scales to the "positive" side. I accepted and thus considered the matter resolved. The air duct sanitization went without a hitch, while the A/C inspection turned out to be what I suspected--a guised attempt to sell me things that I don't need and other largely extraneous services (over $2500 worth of work was suggested). I graciously declined, but now I know what to expect come spring. Hopefully, they will still catch the genuine issues that my system may have. It would be nice not to have all the other "noise"--"you need to have UV ray system and air purifier installed"--getting in the way of what service the system may actually need. Otherwise, it basically all gets blocked out, and I'm no better off after the inspection and tune-up than I was before. I think the real moral of the story is that Angie's List Deals should be avoided--there is almost always a catch. These companies have to make up that money somehow after all, right? I have yet to have a smooth experience with a Deal. I should know better by know...

Did not take long to diagnose to a clogged coil and broken defroster, in excess of $3,100 to fix and not something he recommended verses getting a new system. Because he had come out several times before, knew our home and bill was always below expected amount, and the thorough knowledge he conveyed, this helped bridge the trust and accept. Sales guy, Patrick, came back couple hours later the same day with options, we went with higher efficiency Rheem recommendation to replace, gave us a discount given years of prior calls with them, handling the rebate processing with Duke Energy Progress, and made the installation of an entirely new heatpump & furnace not that much more that the repairs for the prior unit with 10yr warranty and maintenance agreement for our other units! Had the installation guys show up as promised at 8:30a the next morning, and by 2:30p the installation of an entirely new system was done, about 24hrs after the diagnostic guy showed up! The very reasonable pricing and great value is why we keep calling them back, their end-to-end professionalism from the lady taking our call, knowing our history, matching to technician, to the installers who did a fantastic job removing old furnace in the attic and installing new heatpump on the outside on a rainy day, these guys really are Air Experts! The way they deliver value and earn our business makes us customers for life!

Quick and easy to set up the appt. Contractor arrived the next day to complete the scheduled work. Cleaned all 10-12 downstairs air vents. The main reason for our decision to have the service completed was that we discovered several inches of debris in the main trunk line (leaves, sticks, nesting material). I called to specifically ask whether the vacuum was capable of clearing heavy debris (rather than dust alone), and it was confirmed that it could. However, because the trunk line was in the crawl space, the technician was not able to get the machine to a point where he could actually clean the trunk line. As a workaround, he crawled under the house and cleaned out what he could reach by hand. I appreciated his efforts, but I was hoping to have the full trunk line vacuumed and cleaned as the description of work stated. All in all, I was still happy with the service.
