It was worked out fine. It was more money than I had expected because he charged me for the the repair because the price of the deal was only for the visit and diagnosis. He fixed the problem. He came out quickly. He was nice and pleasant. He wasn't in a big rush to get the work done. He took his time. One of the things we had to do was to wait after he got the line sucked out and see if water started dripping out, which is not something that happens right away. He was willing to wait and see if the water dripped.

The tech was friendly and professional. Performed the services as expected. I was hoping for a smaller bill, but the part clearly needed replacement. I would call them again for HVAC support.

Air Experts replaced two furnaces and two air conditioners with efficient and quiet Lennox units. I dealt with Dave Hepner and got a great deal as they had a hole open up in their schedule at the last minute, and I was ready to proceed. Dave emailed me all the specs I requested and adjusted the quote until I was happy. He responded to my calls and emails promptly, even late at night. The install went well overall, with a couple of small problems that were rectified by the company. When bringing the furnaces up to the attic, which was no easy feat, they left a little gouge in the wall. They had someone come out to fix it and repaint, and I can no longer tell exactly where it was. There was also a problem with the inspection and missing a couple of support straps for the ducts. This was easily fixed and the system passed inspection.

Bobby came the next day to repair my AC unit. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call Air Experts again.

Great job and noticed that the factory warranty expires in October. If I order a new part before then, I can get a significant cost savings. Nice advice. Service technician did an outstanding job on showing me what the issue was and gave great recommendations on going forward.

We bought our house only three months ago. We had no idea when the A/C was last serviced so we bought two of the company's special for servicing the two units. At $59 each. The scheduler with whom we worked was super about finding a date as soon as possible given the heat wave we had and ensuring the technician would have enough time to find the cause of a breaker that had just started tripping. The technician, Mike, was very professional and started with a thorough cleaning and check of the compressors. One was fine and the other needed a pound of coolant (the older, no longer made stuff at $120/pound). When he checked the blower and condensing coil in the attic, he found one of the drain lines clogged and opened it. Finally, he diagnosed the tripping circuit breaker and found that the breaker itself was malfunctioning. He had to make a run to Lowe's to get one. He was back quickly and replaced the breaker in no time. Cost to replace the breaker was $196. Mike was great to work with and I hope to see him for the fall system of the furnace.

Terrible. Scheduling was fine. I was the FIRST appointment of the day. The technician was supposed to be there between 8 - 8:30am. When I asked the scheduler if the technician would give me a courtesy call with an estimated time of arrival she stated that would not be necessary as this is the FIRST appointment of the day and they will be on time. I am at the house promptly at 8am this morning and wait. Finally at 8:40am I call the office and speak with the scheduler who confirmed my appointment and the arrival time of 8 - 8:30am. She places me on hold to call the technician for an ETA. She comes back on the line to tell me he is on his way. I said great and asked if he would be a few more minutes. She stated no he is still about 15 MINUTES out! She then asks me if I want to wait on him?! I stated I had to get to work and I was leaving. The last question in the conversation was this... "would you like to reschedule?" Really?! So I can waste another hour of my work to wait on you not to show up. I feel like I should invoice you for one hour of wasting my time.

It went well. I was pleased with the service.

Everything went as expected. Serviced 2 A/C units and had to add Freon to one of the units. Professional service including wearing booties and cleaning up after himself. I would use this company again. Be sure to buy multiple vouchers if you have multiple units. A little more expensive than I expected.

It was fine. They really didn't do much but they performed what they needed to do.

After buying a diagnostic call, I called provider to clarify my availability. Very professional phone rep. May have just been luck, but scheduler call me back within an hour to see if I could take advantage of a cancellation. Of course I did and within 45 minutes the serviceman, Kyle Krygier, was at my house. Young Mr. Krygier did a first class job of examining and diagnosing the problem with our unit and then giving me the alternatives and cost of each. I grew up crawling under houses repairing gas furnaces and for the past 30 years I have been practicing construction law during the course of which I have dealt with the best and the worst of contractors, including HVAC firms. I could not be more impressed with Air Experts: they sent a knowledgeable, professional, and personable serviceman who did a great job fixing my A/C while very ably representing his company. An all-around positive experience with a provider I will certainly call again.

I called at 6:24PM Sunday June 21 and the voicemail assured me someone would reply within 15 minutes. 47 minutes later I called again, left a message asking them to at least let me know if they were too busy to deal with another customer. Never called back. Lost an hour of time I could have spent getting an appointment with someone who wants my money.

The service was great, from the wonderful women who took my call and found a date and time for me even though they were booked up, to Travis, who was on time, professional, and gave me a great rundown on my system. Really good information. I thought my system was about to breakdown, but his cleaning/tuneup and one part replacement put it in great working order. I really appreciate his good work and knowledge.

I had these guys out to install a new heat/ac unit for my downstairs. Of the 5 companies I looked at, they had the best product, pricing and service to offer. The other 4 companies were more interested in bad mouthing the competition. The unit was installed in March of last year. I noticed last night that it wasn't cooling the home. This morning I called them and within 3 hours a tech, Marvin, was at my home for same day service. He found that the unit wasn't 100% charged at the factory, and repaired it at no cost. While he was at my home, I had him check the unit that was installed by the builder for upstairs, as it wasn't working well. He charged the unit with the coolant that it needed, and didn't charge me a ridiculous price to repair it while he was there. These guys are the best at what they do. If you're in the market for climate control for your home, do yourself a favor and start with them. The others will just waste your time. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is the second time we have used this company. We originally purchased the deal in October, as it was indicated that they would do work in Sanford, NC. We wanted to hire them for our daughter's home there. However, after calling to schedule an appointment, we were told this was not correct and Sanford was not in the service area. Therefore, we decided to wait and use it for ourselves, which we did. We had the same experience as we did before. My husband knows a bit about HVAC, from years of being a budget-minded DIY family, and he trusts their advice and workmanship.

While the inside unit was cleaned well, they missed a low freon condition and attempted to oversell services that were not immediately required. A second opinion, and a couple of hundred dollars of time/freon later, and issue that SHOULD have been prevented is now resolved. I understand that 39 dollars is a "get our foot in the door and upsell" price, but missing something crucial and suggesting additional services is just poor form. Tell us what's actually wrong, not what's old, etc. We KNOW it's old, but we CAN'T test/fill freon. I've updated the Professionalism rating to a D based on the blame-game response given by the provider, who apparently has an issue with reading comprehension. Avoid. Other deals are out there. 8/20

Kyle was on time and extremely professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing. He taught me a lot today and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. He can have a great future as a manager or HVAC instructor. I highly recommend this service and have no reservations about calling them again.
