The delay in contacting me caused me to get another company to come here and diagnose and fix the problem with one of the systems (roofers had hammered a nail through the a/c coolant tubing). When they finally did contact me, they graciously said that the deal could be used to check out the systems (I had bought 2 deals) for their yearly checks. For many years we had a maintenance plan with a company, but it had recently gone out of business. So, until this time, our systems had been not only replaced 6 years prior but also properly maintained. The repairman asked me how old one system was and I told him it had been replaced appx. 6 years prior. He told me that it was impossible. I repeated that it was approx. 6 years old. He said that it could not be. He went back out and figured out that he had made a mistake in dating it. I was done!

Very well! Extremely knowledgeable individual--answered all my questions and was efficient. Informed me of other offers for future needs, as well. I will definitely use them again and ask for same technician.

Ordered an Angie's Deal. Contact from the provider after the purchase was prompt, set up appt to work with my schedule, office staff was friendly and professional. On service day tech came out on time (with a courtesy phone call about a half hour before the appt to let me know his arrival time). Once he got here, he explained what he was going to do, and then did it. He seemed to be quite thorough and I noticed that he cleaned out the unit completely. Everything was done well. I had an issue a little over a week later (and we were in the middle of about three weeks of beastly unrelenting heat at this time) where the AC would not respond. So I called them to come back out. Once again office folks were professional, and they got a tech out there the same day. He checked the unit (it was the same tech who'd done the service the week before), and within a short time AC was on and working. When he came back inside to verify that the AC was indeed working with no other issues, I asked what the charge would be. He told me that the problem had been a connector that was loose and since "It's possible I didn't completely tighten it when I was here last week--no charge." Frankly I was impressed with that--especially being that something that had not been completely tightened down I'd have expected to show up within the first day or so, not over a week later. As I said, we'd had weeks of high 90's and no end in sight, so believe me I would have not objected to being charged for a fix. I had ZERO problems/issues with the AC the rest of the summer. I also had them come out to do a furnace inspect/tune this fall and had a similar great experience.

Cleaned & adjusted whatever needed doing for the coming winter. We use this service for every new season.

Well I got the service, that does not include any diagnostic. So of course they came out, I mean they were quick to come out. So I was happy about that and then to diagnose the problem, or I should say to fix the problem it was an extra forty bucks that I had to pay that I was not expecting to pay. I believe they came out the following day, I think it was on the 21st. I called the office back to double check on the $40 extra bucks I had to pay and she never called me back. It literally took him one minute, it took him longer to get up in the attic than it did to fix the problem and they charged me an extra forty bucks. So I was not happy about that and that was not you all's fault, that's company apparently how they work. Everything went fine except the shock of having to pay an extra forty bucks. I would use them again possibly if I knew everything up front. At least if they would have said the service call actually diagnosis it, does not fix any problems, I could understand that they fixed the problem and it was extra for parts, he didn't use any parts and I basically diagnosed the problem myself I apparently was just not pushing hard enough to clear out the little hole because it had happened to me a previous year so I knew exactly what the problem was I wasn't pushing hard enough to get out the junk.

I purchased a deal from Angie's list for a Furnace check up. They came and checked everything with the furnace. He told me everything looked good.

John called and said he could come early which is always nice and he came and checked over the AC. he was professional and was in and out. Cleaned it up and said all was well.

Newly turned on heater worked, but with some scorch smell. After about 3 days, seems it does not start. Then found the service on Angie's List, called, and although the promotion of $39 diagnose not suppose to cover weekend trip, Air Express actually agree to help me out on Saturday without extra charge (++) The contractor arrived in less than 2 hours (+) The contractor give a quick diagnose of fan busted, and need to be replaced, but he need to run through vendor (Carrier) to see if the warranty still cover the parts. He gave me a quote of $268 if fan covered by vendor warranty, $1330 if not covered, and need to wait till Monday to get to the vendor and come back to me. Right after I signed estimation sheet, and back to house, found that the fan is running, still have scorching smelling. Rush out, saw the technician's car just left. Called the Air Express, left them voice mail, said that "Busted air pump seems wrong diagnose, any possibility to let the technician come back, redo the diagnose". Have not got any phone call back, nor the technician come back to redo the diagnose. On Tuesday, got a voice mail from Air Express, which says "We have the replace pump come in, we can replace the pump for you, please call to schedule the work. And the pump is not covered by warranty. The replacement pump will not be hold for you, and there may be other client need the pump replacement, so you better hurry to schedule the fix before the pump is gone." (------) I have not called they back to do the unnecessary repair, my heater works great without any fixing, and the scorching smell disappeared after a few days. The low cost diagnose seems a decoy for me. Will not use again, and NOT RECOMMEND.

Drew showed up on time, covered his shoes while in my house, gave a written estimate for parts needed.

Technician was on time...actually a little early but I was called to be sure it was ok. Service went smoothly and took about the time I expected. Technician was very nice and was very patient with explaining about the system and why it as the best option.

Our service was fantastic from start to finish. I was I had gotten on here and written this review a year ago when we had the service done. I can't remember the exact date the service was done. I called in reference to the $29.00 deal they had going for a check-up as we were having serious issue with our unit. Over the summer we spent over $1500.00 getting the unit repaired and when winter came around we found that our auxiliary heat was running 24/7. We didn't figure it out until after the first $400 electric bill sadly. The rep I spoke with stated the deal had expired, but she honored it anyway and set us up for an immediate appointment. Marvin was our technician, he was prompt and professional. He looked at the unit for a couple of minutes and explained that it was completely frozen and he couldn't diagnose it until it thawed out. This was on a Friday and he had us turn the unit completely off for the weekend. Marvin came back early on Monday. After about 5 minutes he told us the previous company had wired our system wrong. Marvin fixed the wiring and we have been good to go ever since. Even though he came out twice we paid all of $29.00 for the fix. We were beyond pleased and are looking forward to having the company come due a tune up next week. I won't wait as long to write that review.

He was very professional. He moved furniture when needed and asked my permission to stand on other pieces that were harder to move but sturdy enough for him. He made sure I was content with his work. He arrived on time. I was very pleased with the cleaning.

It was good. They were pretty knowledgeable. They could have cheaper prices to make it better.

I just want to get rid of the pop-up

It went very well, the company was able to schedule me quickly and the installers of the new system were very professional, neat, and easy to communicate with. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Do a complete servicing on two heating units.

They charged about half what the job was worth! They had to come out twice, because the humidistat was left out of the box. That wasn't the installers fault, but he did have to make 2 trips. I was pleased with everything else.
