Description of Work: My overall experience with Air Experts was very satisfactory. They sent a repairman out to my house on a weekend night prior to initally scheduled appointment and followed up promptly the very next day with the installation of the new unit. All parties I dealt with throughout the process were very considerate and accomodating to my needs.

Description of Work: Air Conditioning 101....Brandon did a great job! Highlighted a deficiency with my unit. Quickly ran a test while I watched and I was instantly shown the improvement in power management. Upgrade will pay for itself over life of unit.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for a 24-Point A/C System Tune-up + 1 lb of Refrigerant!

Description of Work: I contacted company to schedule service. They said they would be out between 3-5... by 7:30 I hadn't heard anything. I called the company and they app fixed for the error. They offered to refunds money and came out to perform my service at no charge.

Description of Work: I placed a call to the company from Angie's list regarding a special for an air conditioning tune-up, etc. I talked to whoever answered the phone and she gave me to her manager's voice mail and I left a message for a call back with my name and number. Nobody ever returned my call or made any attempt to contact me. I should not be charged this $55.00 for receiving absolutely nothing. When the time had passed and I did not receive a call, I destroyed my note that had the code # on it.

Description of Work: The service Technician, Curtis , WAS AWESOME. I will always use them if Curtis is my technician. I really trusted what he was telling me and that goes fari in the service industry especially when it relates to your home. Thank-you so much!!

Description of Work: Brandon was the technician who inspected my 20 year old A/C unit and air handler unit that was not cooling well. 1. He took numerous readings, outside and inside. 2. He then sat down with me and explained what each reading meant, showed me the working parts of the air handler, explained what the readings meant. 3. Told me based on the readings, my coolant was less than 10%, most likely due to a leak in the system...probably the coil. That I had 3 options, A. replace the coolant 1st one free, each additional $100...probably will need 4 canisters and no garantee it won't leak out B. Try to repair the coil...minimum probably $1500. C. Replace the A/C unit and handler which would be much more efficient and save me money on my utility bills...also as i had an older unit I would have to replace it by 2020 due to EPA regs. Brandon was truly outstanding, very professional.Did an excellent job of explaining my options. I felt he was working with me to help me find the best solution. I am very impressed with the work ethic and values of this company. I will not hesitate to refer them.

Description of Work: The technician that came, Brandon, was very knowledgible and courteous. Ona e of my AC units had stopped cooling and the other needed a routine service. He explained in detail the situation and all options that were available. No "upselling" at all. I will be calling him for future service

Description of Work: My compressor went out. Dave Hepner came out and looked and made sugestions. He actualy said I didn't need the more expensive brand. It was that brand of honesty (and the fact that what he offered was the best price. Also, that I got a Lenox, the top of air conditioners.) that got me to use Air Experts. They came out t day after I had said to go ahead and were finished by that night. Everything is working great. If I wasn't planing to move out of state, I would definetly use again.

Description of Work: Air Experts did a spring inspection of the two units at our home. This was the first time I used this company, it definitely won't be the last. I found them based on the Angie's List ratings. They are the real deal. What you are reading in the positive reviews is exactly what I experienced: integrity, honesty, competence, and willingness to explain the (small) issues they found. Chris, the tech that did my inspection, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The company I had been using recommended I replace one of my units. Obviously, I wanted a second opinion. That's why I went looking on the List and found Air Experts. Chris quickly determined that I did not need a new unit and explained why. He also identified a vulnerability in my other unit that could have caused very expensive damage and repaired it at a reasonable cost. Count me as a fan of Air Experts!

Description of Work: I put off doing my initial maintenance for my hvac system because i heard so many horror stories about hiring the wrong people and them destroying a perfectly good system along with portions of your house, and seeing how my house is a little over a year old, I was hesitant to let someone come and cause more harm than good. Thats when I decided to join Angie's list in the hope that people just like me could help me find someone reputable. Thats when I came across these guys. Just did the $59 furnace tune up with the service tech Brandon. He was amazing! Not only was he careful to keep my house clean by coming in wearing shoe booties and cleaning up after himself, but he took the time to let me know about his background in the industry and ask me if I had any concerns about my system. Since I can't call myself savvy with homeowner stuff, I liked that he talked to me on a level I could understand without being condescending. I also liked the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need, so I can feel in the future if he does suggest something, I probably do need it. I now feel more comfortable about my hvac system, and would definitely use them again this spring to tune up my a/c.

Description of Work: Installed new Rheem heat pump system and they were very professional and cost competitive. They even took extra precautions not to disturb our newly seeded lawn.

Description of Work: The service was perormed w/o incident adn in a very professional manner. I will consider using them in the future for my service needs if there prices are competative and not just on a special Groupon offer.

Description of Work: Furnace inspection. Sealed a leak that I was unaware of. Pointed out a part that was not operating at full capacity if I wanted to replace it. I said I am selling my house soon and would prefer to wait on that issue, which was accepted without objection. He replaced the filter and left pleasantly.
