They came out and they suggested that there was a crack in our system that was leaking carbon monoxide. They mentioned that we would need to get that replaced. We got some 2nd options and those companies mentioned that we didn’t have a crack leaking carbon monoxide.

Description of Work: I got about what I expected for $55, but certainly not the full service tune up promised. Condenser coil cleaning involved a quick hose down through the unit louvers; the cover was not removed. This prevents a thorough cleaning and inspection. The cooling coil was not cleaned at all, nor was the blower. The service receipt showed supply and return temps were measured, but I am sure they were not as I stayed with the tech and he didn't go into the house. He did hook up gauges to the compressor, but I have no idea if the readings were in spec or not. I do seem to recall what was written on the receipt was different from what I saw, but of this I'm not 100% certain.

Description of Work: I use them for fall and spring check-ups on the heating and cooling system. I have continued to be very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I initially scheduled for an A/C tuneup, which was performed on the day of service, but the serviceman also found that I had a couple of issues apparently ever since the home was built since my home isn't even two years old yet. He proceeded to explain the problems in terms I could comprehend, gave me an estimate of the cost, and told me I could either do it that day or think about it. Because I'd already identified some of the problems on my own, and have previously used these guys to tuneup my heater, I trusted that these problems needed to be fixed, and proceeded with the recommendations. I also liked that he told me if what he did didn't fix the problem, because my home is so new it is still covered warranty that could be used next year if needed through the builder.

Description of Work: On 7/19/13, I purchased a Rheem HVAC system, 2.5 ton, 14 seer, gas pack which was installed on 7/22/13. The price was below what others had quoted me because of the credits and other deductions. I was very pleased with the job that Emilio and Adolpho did on the installation. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommended them to my neighbor who is interested in a visit for an estimate. They were efficient, explained items to me, and left the premises very clean. They were also very pleasant men.
