Description of Work: They replaced our upstairs heating and cooling system. They were very prompt in working with us. I had been researching different brands and systems from different heating / ac contractors and got several quotes for the job. Air Experts proved to be the most customer service oriented company I have come in contact with in a long time. Not only did they install a complete heating / ac system, but they included in the package a whole house duct work cleaning and preventive maintenance for my older system downstairs for the next year. The install job was done in a very organized and clean manner. I have had contact with five different employees of this company. Each one really has showed an interest in being sure we were completely satisfied with their work. You just do not run into a company these days with these high standards of customer service. Job well done!!!!

Description of Work: The original diagnosis appeared to fix the problem, but I did notice our furnace was still flashing an error code after they left. The furnace worked for a day, but then the problem returned where the heater ran almost continuously and only intermittently heated. They returned with no additional charges, and indicated that it was the heater controller that needed to be replaced. Their quote to replace the heater controller was approximately $700, and suggested replacing the whole unit. I can't afford either of these solutions, so currently we're just letting it intermittently heat through the cold season. I priced the replacement controller, and it seems to be about $250, so the $700 estimate to replace it seems overpriced..that's why I rated their price with a C.

Description of Work: This is the second time we purchased seasonal checkups by Air Experts through Angie's List for our two furnace and air conditioner units. We were very pleased on both occasions with the friendliness and thoroughness of the service technician. This latest trip, he checked and cleaned our air conditioner units, and assured us that they are ready for the upcoming summer. Air Experts contacted us within 24 hours of our purchase and scheduled the service within a week. We received a call from the office 30 minutes prior to the appointment telling us the technician was on his way. Very efficient and customer focused.

Description of Work: They installed a whole-house humidifier. Kyle was very pleasant and non-instrusive. Too early to tell in terms of how the product is working. It's hard to tell if there's really a difference, however, this is likely not reflective of the vendor; rather it's the product itself.
