Description of Work: Air Experts were actually a second opinion on a leak in our AC system. We were told by another company that we had a leak in our evaporator and it would need to be replaced to the tune of $1500+. Air Experts were my second call, they were prompt, diagnosed the problem (a leaky drier connection), and fixed the system the same day. It turns out it was leaking somewhere else (confirmed with a freon leak detector) and was an easy fix. They saved me over a thousand dollars. They are highly knowledgeable, very professional and best of all honest, which is refreshing change these days. They will be my first call if I ever have any issues again.

Description of Work: The heating unit maintenance was performed per the specifications of the purchased deal. The service was on time and easy to setup. The first issue we had was that the service guy did not remove his shoes or put booties on before coming in our house. The second issue was that once he diagnosed a problem with our furnace, the quote for repair and parts was extremely high considering the part cost and ease of replacement. This was confirmed by another HVAC company before I ultimately decided to fix it myself. In all for a maintenance call, it was fine, but I would not call if I had an issue with my HVAC system.

Description of Work: Great. They fit me in to a time that worked for me on short notice. Were prompt in coming out diagnosing the problem and fixing it.

Description of Work: The technician, Curtis, came out as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. We were totally pleased with his work. The only sticking point came when a price was quoted to replace the capacitors on our two air handlers; it seemed unreasonably high. He called back to the shop and was able to quote us a more satisfactory price which we agreed on. I understand this is a busy time for them and their most profitable season, but at fair price up front would have been more professional. That said, in the end we are very happy with the job done and would certainly call them again.

Description of Work: I would give them another shot because the tech was pretty good. He charged the system, but the condensation line was plugged at the v-coil which is what was causing water to build up in catch pan. I unplugged and repiped the condensate line myself...just easier than another call.

Description of Work: Added coolant to my system.

Description of Work: We had a nasty "dirty sock" smell coming from both air conditioning systems in our house. The technician checked both systems and then cleaned the coils with a coil cleaner. I am happy to report that the smell is gone!! We will definitely call Air Experts again should we have any problems in the future.

Description of Work: The service was professional and I am pleased. A thorough examination and service was preformed, there were additional things besides the general service that were addressed.

Description of Work: Since most of my neighbor's units are dying, I purchased a big deal for 55 for an HVAC tuneup to make sure ours wouldn't be joining the junk pile. David did a great job cleaning the units and recommended replacing the capacitors for all four units. I had the two in the attic replaced and will have the others done end of the month. I have used multiple HVAC companies in the past and Air Experts, in one visit, has surpassed them all.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem, replaced capacitor and fan motor and checked system. Curtis and Kim were polite, explaned parts that needed replacing and costs, clean (no dirty shoes on carpet) and very professional. Office was helpful in scheduling and associated questions. My problem was resolved efficiently which was appreciated. I have already recommended Air Experts to a friend.

Description of Work: Had them out with a $55 HVAC cleaning coupon and they found mold in my ducts. It costs a huge amount to clean and replace the HVAC system. They did have good financing options but I believe the guy oversold me on the system, which is larger than my old one but doesn't seem to work as well. |The installers caused some electrical problems (flipped some breakers) during install but fixed it once it was brought to their attention. |They've been in touch since to try to schedule a follow-up which I believe is free, so I appreciate that. |Overall they did pretty well but I'm still paying off a system that isn't working as well as the old one and I don't know if the duct system really got cleaned well.
