Description of Work: They checked and cleaned both heat and cooling systems. They replaced a small unit on the furnaces that was too small to function properly.

Description of Work: Very pleased with service even though we had to call them twice in 2 weeks because of different issues with the same unit. Both times service personnel(Bobby) was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which was nice. He was very professional and honest about what the best procedure/maintenance was for our particular unit. Being able to use the diagnostic coupon offered through Angie's List was a big money saver. We would certainly use them again for service.

Description of Work: My HVAC went out on 6/25/2014. I noticed that it was warm in the house and remembered that I had just purchased a new filter and thought that might be the problem. When I went to change the filter, the thermostat showed it was 79 degrees and set point was 74. so I found Air Experts on Angie's List and called them for an appointment. I was given an appointment for this very same afternoon. Kim came out and immediately diagnosed the problem (unit iced over, suspect was the dirty filter I had just replaced) and fixed the problem. He gave me a clear explanation of the problem and what he had done to correct it. Kim was very professional and very knowledgeable in his job. I was very pleased with his demeanor and his performance. I also was very pleased with this first contact with Air Experts and will most certainly call them again with any future HVAC problems. Thank you, Air Experts and Kim. Also very pleased with the money-saving coupon which was very nice for this senior citizen.

Description of Work: My AC unit went down and I called their office. I had someone coordinate with me a convenient time for me and my work schedule. The office called 15 minutes before the technician came out. Had the AC unit fixed in a day. Would highly recommend based on how fast it was done and the professionalism.

Description of Work: I had issues with my A/C unit downstairs, they were on time, fixed problem quickly and efficiently. Only problem is that at the time of my call I had asked them to place me on their maintenance program, the young lady said somebody would contact me. I believe it has been either 2-3 mos since I had service and no one has contacted me yet

Description of Work: The service provider was excellent. He was kind and courteous and quickly identified the problem as well as possible approaches to resolving the situation.

Description of Work: This is the second time we used Air Experts on the same heat pump. The first time, the mechanic did tell us what likely would be needed within the next year. Sure enough something with the coils (leaking) needed replaced within the next year. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable explaining to us the issues and the option for repair or replacement. They are a little expensive but the total did come in under the estimate.

Description of Work: We called Air Experts and they came out that day to assess our needs and give us various options to review. Dave Hepner was the Project Manager - he did a fantastic job going over the details of our different options -- his is very knowledgeable, thorough and entertaining! The technitions came out the very next day to do the install - Curt Pickett was the lead tech - he was very friendly, professional and did a great job. Overall we were very satisfied and will be using Air Experts again.

Description of Work: Blew out ductwork and dryer vent. I didn't realize there would be an additional cost but chose to go ahead and let him do the work.

They also registered the product and did the paperwork for the rebates which was nice. I do not have any comparisons though as I did not obtain additional quotes.
