Description of Work: I have a very old A/C unit but can't replace it until October. I told them that I really wanted to repair if possible as I could not replace the unit right now. They were great about it, replaced the fan motor and recommended replacement but no hard sell.

Description of Work: Air Experts came out to check my HVAC unit as it wasn't cooling at all and it turned out to be the power supply. Even with a 20 year old unit, he replaced the part, gave us some information about new units, and there was no pressure to commit to buying a new unit at that time. |The tech was very courteous and professional. When we are ready or have to replace our old unit we will definitely call them.

I'm not sure the initial analysis on my heat pump was accurate, but it was old and would need replaced soon so I replaced it ( I took advantage of the Angie list 30$ deal for a diagnostic). | |Crew was professional and hard working. They unfortunately could not install a whole system filter which sold me on the unit I got because if the positioning in my closet... But I could see once they installed that it wasn't going to work. They credited my account for the filter. Was just a little disappointed on that piece. Would have potentially looked at other options if I knew the closet the inside unit was in was going to be an issue. Other than that they did a great job.

Description of Work: HVAC system replacement |Mom fair price. Salesman was unprofessional; no response to complaint from office manager or owner. Asked that salesman never contact us again and got a follow-up email with more unprofessional language from salesman. How do these folks stay in business?

Description of Work: The service was for a complete home duct cleaning. I contacted provider before service date to have them explain what was covered in contact price (the ad does not clearly state how many ducts/etc will be cleaned on agreed price or more specifically what constitutes a duct) but was given sufficient explanation and informed what would be additional charge if more work was done. | |Serviceperson was quite early on scheduled date but cheerfully came back at scheduled time. He was quite thorough in inspecting entire home before starting work. Unfortunately he noted that ductwork on upper level was quite old and stated that this ductwork could easily be damaged his cleaning apparatus. He then went on then to clean remaining ductwork and there was no after work mess to clean. Air flow does appear cleaner but overall difficult to tell due to upper level that remains unclean. I would highly recommend that a pre inspection be done by this company before any work is done for a customer. That way the customer can be more informed as to what can be done or what cannot be done as well as informed of any possible added charges.

Description of Work: My experience started with a service call because my AC wasn't working. After a couple of band-aid repair attempts (against the advice of Air Experts) it was determined my system needed to be replaced. They had a sales consultant at my home the next day and started the installation the day after that. Overall I was blown away by Air Experts responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.

Description of Work: They replaced a dual zone A/C system including furnaces. All went well. One unit had a coil that went bad a few weeks after install but was replaced hassle free.

Description of Work: Service Technician, Mr. Curtis, was punctual and when he arrived he was ready to get to work. Very cordial and willing to answer all questions asked. He also suggested that I replace the thermostat (which was 28 years old) with a more modern one, which I did. He serviced the air condition thoroughly. He was so professional and friendly; I was very impressed and pleased. Thank you Mr. Curtis; I will continue to do business with Air Experts in the future.

Description of Work: Annual service on two central air conditioning units. Tech arrived on time, had the latest cool digital gauges, did complete service on both units, answered all my many questions, did not rush the job.

Description of Work: I had what I thought was a broken thermostat, I just didn't hook it up right, the service took 10 minutes and cost about 75.00 a little pricey but got the issue taken care of.
