Paul suggested that I replace the entire system and take advantage of tax credits and utility rebates. I would also have a longer warranty since the furnace and AC would one package. All this and a year of service for $6,100 after rebates/credits. Best of all they could do it the very next day! The crew was on time and they didn't leave a mess.

excellent...they said I did not need any more, and recommended that I just get a refund, which I did. Very honest and trustworthy!

Kyle the tech was very thorough and took time to explain any issues with my system. Also gave alternative choices on repairs. Kyle @Air Experts was first company (in 8yrs since home was built) to find that my fan motors were incorrectly set on two of the floors..apparently were on high speed, which caused quick/short cycles that was not efficient as it did not allow system to draw as much humidity out of air. One of my Units is in need of costly repair and he recommended to consider replacing it as its 13 seer unit & uses R22 freon which is being phased out and expensive. As a platinum member they offered 500.00 towards a new system as well in addition to any manufacturer or energy company rebates. They also offer lifetime warranty* on parts they replace for platinum members. * ask tech for details Kyle spent over 3hrs today serving my systems. I was pleased with professional level of work performed and being informed with options. Definitely endorse Air Experts heating&cooling platinum plan for those have a system that is out of manufacturer warranty.

A year ago, had a bad experience with one of their sales people and the presentation of an offer they were running. The President of the company personally got involved and they wrote an offer to meet my needs and apologized for my experience. I could not move forward at that time. When I was able to move forward this year, they still honored the deal. I cannot say enough good things about the company, their willingness to work with me, and their professionalism. The systems are working wonderfully.

Everything went very well. They responded to my request for a date within an hour, and were able to come at one of the date and time options I had sent them, within 3 days. I needed an early appointment that I could do before I went to work. The person who set the appointment told me the tech would be at my house between 8:00 and 8:30, which was perfect. The tech called me at 7:45 to tell me who would be a little late, "about 8:15" which I didn't consider late at all. Steve came in and gave me his card right away. He made friends with the dog, who was a bit uncomfortable about him being there, as usual. The first thing he checked was the filters, which the first tech never looked at. He then went outside, and also into the crawlspace to examine the unit. His opinion pretty much confirmed the other tech's findings, but he was much nicer about the whole thing. I will probably call them to do the work after I speak with my realtor. I would definitely use them again.

Flawlessly! From the initial estimate to the completed installation, there was not a concern! We had confidence in the guidance and information provided by Patrick Mellonas, the project manager. His is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful! The main living area unit was not working and Patrick scheduled replacement the next day! Sean and Robert, the technicians who did the installation, were professional, prompt, and organized. I hardly knew they were here. Air Experts should pride itself in its excellent work and customer service! We are looking forward to a long relationship with them in the maintenance of our 4 new systems.

Absolutely useless. Technician came way ahead of time and just change the humidifier setting saying its an issue with that for which it is not cooling. He didn't even wait for me to arrive from work and just left with changing few setting in the thermostat. My system doesnt even have a thermostat. Please stay away from buying their deals in angies list.

He was able to identify the exact problem with the A/C unit. It went really well and I was very pleased. i would highly recommend them. The customer service was great and they were very prompt.

Air Experts was my second out of three estimates to replace my A/C and furnace. I called the office and found the staff very nice. They gave me an appointment which worked for me the next afternoon. The salesman, Scott, was very courteous and on time. He explained everything in detail regarding the history of the company and the benefits offered along with the new units. He worked with me to get a very fair price and was able to offer an estimate at the time of service. I received emails from the PR person at the office that were very professional and helpful. I never felt pressured into using them. Once I decided, I received a new price and had the units installed the next day. Both of the installers were on time for the appointment and worked hard in hot conditions, efficiently and courteously. I am very happy with Air Experts and would highly recommend them, just as they were recommended to me.

Our A/C needed to be replaced and the job was scheduled to take place on 7/21 & 22. Technicians Sean and Robert arrived promptly at 8am n 7/21 and began working inorder to beat the heat. They were done---COMPLETELY---by noon that same day!!! I was truly amazed! Both techs were courteous and professional. They also made sure to place tarp throuhout the traffic area in my house as to not dirty the carpet. When they were finished, I could not tell that that ANY work had taken place in my home that day! Thank you, Sean and Robert! We now have a brand new, quiet and efficient A/C that will not nickle and dime us to death trying to fix each year. I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with my choice to use AIR EXPERTS HEATING & COOLING Company!

The process started with a Spring checkup using an Angie's List coupon. Greg came out and evaluated the outside downstairs unit - it was leaking Freon, and while he gave an estimate of repairs, stated that it was not worth fixing. We learned a lot from him about heat pump brands and reliability, which set the stage for a visit to estimate the cost of replacement systems. Patrick came out a few days later and sold us two new Lennox Merit Series units. We chose lower end units because of our modest heating and cooling needs, and I was originally skeptical because the specifications for energy efficiency and noise were not as good as high end models. But Patrick coupled the 14 SEER units with variable blower inside units, raising the SEER (according to the spec sheet) to 15.5 downstairs and 15.0 upstairs. Most notably, Patrick did not try to pressure us into buying more expensive systems - he agreed that the modest units we chose were adequate for our needs. Total cost was $11,500 including Angie's List discounts, Senior discounts, Duke rebates, and federal tax credits. Dusty and crew came out and installed in two days. They did a great job, putting tarps down everywhere where units were being moved. After installation, I am pleasantly surprised by how quiet the systems are. I cannot hear the air coming out of the registers, and the normal outside unit fan noise is not noticeable inside the house. I love the wi-fi thermostats they installed, enabling me to control the units from anywhere with my smartphone. The thermostat keeps the temperature right at the setting - compared to our old mercury switches that would overshoot or undershoot by a couple of degrees. We're using the units more than last year, but a comparison shows that we still saved on our electric bill this past month. After installation we had a very minor issue - Rob the install supervisor came out and fixed it in 30 seconds. Overall we're very happy with the excellent service and the high quality of the products we chose.

Originally I was going to have to wait six days till they could come and get my A/C going again because of how busy they are. However, there were a couple cancelations and I only ended up having to wait two days. When the guy arrives at my house he explained that the coolant my units use has been phased out. This is the last year you can get it and that is why the price ha gone so high. He did sell me their silver maintenance package, which saved me on the coolant and only made the maintenance cost about fifty dollars more than the whole thing originally. The maintenance will not only get our units serviced twice a year, it will save us money when we have to replace them soon.

It did not go well. This was not a good experience. The house was even hotter than before. Also, we discovered that the guy left the AC unit unplugged. Also the attic is now colder than the rest of the house. Additionally, he gave us several quotes of which one included replacing the entire HVAC which is only 8 years old. I don't know why he couldn't just pinpoint the problem if there was one. We're not sure what he may have done, but the house is still hotter than when he arrived. We don't want him to come back.

We called on Friday to get an estimate for a new unit. They came by on Friday afternoon and gave us a very reasonable estimate on a quality unit (not builder grade). They had a fast turn around for install arriving the following Monday to do the work. They arrived on-time for the appointment. While one of the installers was out sick, the other worked hard all day to get the work done. He was courteous and kept us updated on the progress of the install. The thermostat they installed with the unit was pretty impressive for the "standard" and came with some nice advanced features. The guarantees they give for same day service if there are any future issues and the great length on the warranty is really what sold us on the work though. We've had them out to our house on more than one occasion and they've consistently done good work for us at a reasonable price and have always got us on the schedule quickly.

I purchased the Big Deal and they called the next business day to schedule service. Customer service was amazing! Technician called on his way and arrived promptly. We are extremely satisfied with the service.

So far, I'm happy. The salesperson and the workers were pretty good. They were professional. Once I had a problem, they came over and checked it out. They checked it out for me without any question. The AC was generating a little noise that bothers me a little bit. In the summer when we use the AC, it's okay.

I had to wait about 5 days to get an appointment. Bill from Air Experts showed up on time, wore booties to protect my carpet, and was extremely nice. Took time to greet my dog and ask how my air quality had been. He then spent 1.5 hours cleaning all the ducts. He sanitized them, too, but I'm not sure what that entails. He did a great job of putting all of our furniture back in place. I was charged exactly as promised. Very happy with the service. Would definitely call them again.

Excellent! Air Experts are always friendly, professional, thorough and instructive. They come twice a year - once in the fall before I start using my furnace and once in the spring before it gets hot. I've used them for many years and trust their work.

It's a terrible feeling when you're a parent of a 1 yr old and you come home to find your A/C not working, but it was an equally welcome relief when Kyle and his associate from Air Experts quickly found and resolved the problem. Thankfully we had service from Air Experts before and they shined then and they shined once again today. Late this morning, I arrived home to find that the A/C wasn't working as it was the day before and seemingly throughout the night. I dug through our home receipts and thankfully found our receipt for the last work that Air Experts did on our heating unit. I quickly gave them a call, which was immediately answered, and gave them a rundown of the situation. They checked for their technicians' earliest availability and gave me a window between 3 and 5 and also made sure to ask if I could be at home in case they had a cancellation and could be there earlier. To my welcome surprise, Kyle called about 4 hours before the expected window and said that they would be at my home in about 45 minutes and were there in 30 minutes. They came to the door and knocked first at which I was right at the door and greeted them immediately. They were very well dressed and clean for a job that gets into the dirtiest parts of your house and politely introduced themselves and went over the information that I provided over the phone and asked to see the thermostat and then asked to be shown the condenser. They also made sure to put on shoe covers/booties to make sure that they didn't accidentally track anything into/through our house. After showing them where everything was and how to get access to everything they needed, they went right to work with me standing there and talked me through their work. They found a few symptoms that could have spelled two major failures, one being the very expensive compressor and the other being the blown capacitor. They replaced the capacitor and tried to cool down the compressor in case it just was in its protective overheat state and not failed. After taking a few more minutes to get a price on replacing the compressor, they tried one last time to see if the compressor was still OK and thankfully they saved me a few thousand dollars in doing so as we don't have to replace the compressor today. They made sure to take a number of other readings and gave my full A/C unit a look over, finding another issue that they were able to remediate simply at no additional cost. Finding everything else working and good for now, they took the time to go over everything with my system and their recommendations and the options that are available to me so I have a clear expectation and understanding when it comes time to replace the system. That will make it easier to set aside money and to plan to replace the whole system instead of having a very expensive surprise and maybe not being able to put in the system that we want to because it was an emergency. All in all, we have had excellent experiences with Air Experts and we expect to continue to go to them for all of our HVAC needs.

It went very smoothly. They came when they said they would. The gentleman, that came out, knew what he was doing.

Called provider at 6:30 am. Spoke to woman who told me I would receive a call back at 7 am to schedule an appointment. ( This was important because I needed to be able to schedule my day around the appointment. When I did not receive a return call by 7:15 I tried calling them back. Message says you will receive a call back in 15 minutes. It is now 8 am and have yet to hear from them. I will not be contacting with a company that cannot even keep its first promise.

It worked out well. It was $2500 additional to the deal.
