Service tech was very professional, on time, and explained problem and solution

While cleaning the outside unit it was discovered that there was a live wire that was not connected and the tech got shocked. Since he was not certified to correct the problem I had him contact the office. They sent someone out and a new part was installed and all was good. For the inside work all was done quickly and the house was cleaned in his work areas.

They called ahead, scheduled it and showed up on time. They did what they needed to do very efficiently, packed up everything neatly and left, just what you want them to do. We have an annual contract.

They put in a new furnace and they did some other work too. It probably wasn't the cheapest thing I could have done but it has been a very effective solution for us so I have been pleased. They really do nice work. One of the things I like about them is that the techs that come out talk to you about what they are doing and so you understand what's happening with your system. They come in, they do their job and they tidy up after. They are very professional about it I'd say.

poorly! The person doing the maint was professional and did good work. He explained everything well and did his job well. However I purchased this system 3 years ago and was told I need two surge protectors installed one on the unit and one on the furnace. he explained that this was a common problem that he has seen a lot of. I also needed a capacitor replaced on the Main AC unit that was damaged due to power fluctuations. A fuse on the furnace, which he explained that I was fortunate since it was just as likely that I could have damaged a part in the furnace. Finally a filter that cost 89$ and he was the first person to tell me that I should not use any other filter in the house because I could damage the system. This should have been told to me three years ago. The fact that I needed to complete 603.00 dollars of repair on a three year old unit, and that the company should have installed the surge protectors when they installed the original unit, or at least told me that this was a common problem (per the repair man). I will be unlikely to recommend this company to others. I would hire again because of the warranty but not sure I trust the units that this company sold me considering the old unit lasted 20 years without an issue.

I am always able to get appointments within 24-48 hrs of calling Air Experts, which is what I really like about them. Technician was on time for scheduled appointment and very courteous and willing to explain the maintenance that was done. Exceptional! The problem turned out to be something other than the Air System installed system. Even so, the technician was on time, professional, efficient, and very courteous. Five Stars for the customer service response and the technician's friendly attention. I've had this Air Experts installed HVAC system for four years now, and I have yet to have a negative experience with the company. I am a customer for life! Thank you all!

Tune up seemed to consist of applying a spray cleaner and brushing off, removing debris at base and adding coolant. Repair for sub-par functioning of unit was quickly diagnosed and easily corrected by replacing contactor unit. Tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Disappointed with cost--$89 to clean unit plus $152 to replace contactor (a $25 part) for a total of $241 for an hour's work. Where have the independent servicemen of yesterday gone whose rates don't go to support a large company? Will probably use again, but only if I can't find a licensed and reputable self-employed one.

This job went very smoothly, from initial contact to completion one week later. Scott, the AE project manager, started off the process by coming out and spending a good chunk of time with us to help us make a purchase decision. Then Sean and Robert, the AE technicians, showed up quickly thereafter to do a very clean install. All three gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and hardworking. They were respectful of our home and patient with all of our questions as first-time homeowners. We especially appreciated that they checked in with us throughout the install process and came up with ideas that added value to the finished job. In the end, we have a system we're very happy with and despite the fact that it's a larger investment than we were planning to make, we feel like we've received strong value for money (particularly with the warranty that accompanies the install). Definitely recommend this team of professionals.

He was professional, friendly and informative.

It went great. There was a little bump at the start since I had a service and inspection done and was told in short "you need a new system" and I knew this. But then I never herd from them. So I eventually went with another company and left them a review stating as much. Well they instantly called and begged me to hear them out. I was not going to change my mind but said come over if you want I'll listen. They did and beet the others guys price by a lot. They explained that it was the holidays and somehow I was on a desk of someone that was off. They came the next day and put it in and so far there is no problems.

We've used Air Experts for a long time. We've been very happy with them but we are just getting quotes between them and 2 other companies and we are waiting for the other quotes to come in. We are going to have to replace the unit, we can't get the one repaired. To get it repaired would be like $800 or $900, it's crazy at this point. These things are older, they are 13 years old. We are just waiting for them to come back with that. So far their quote is about $3000 cheaper than the other company that gave us a quote. They've been pretty reasonable. We've used them I think for the last 5 or 6 years I guess. They don' come in and give you a lot of extra repairs. They don't try to push a lot of stuff. They come and give you straight out what they would do and that's kind of nice.

They were okay. I have an older unit. They just always try to upsell. They were good. They were timely. They were clean and they did what was listed. The price was average.

Excellent. The service tech, Kyle K., was fantastic as he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then tuned up the system. Scheduling was very efficient and quick. I will use them going forward and recommend them.

It went great! We were happy with the work.

The technician who came out was very professional. We told him we know we need a new HVAC system but that we couldn't do that right now. He looked at our whole system and diagnosed the problem with the A/C as well as giving us a condition report on the whole thing. He was able to fix the problem with the A/C right away and with the close-to-100 degree weather we have been having this summer we really needed it!

I knew that I was probably going to need to replace my AC unit but wanted to get that opinion from someone other than the company that my home warranty company had sent out. Air Experts responded quickly, were here when they promised and advised that I could either repair or replace the unit. As the unit was 17 years old, I opted for replacement and Air Experts worked with me to get an AC unit that fit my needs. The installment team came in on a hot day and within hours had the unit in, everything cleaned up and my house cooled off. I would highly recommend them to others and am planning on hiring them to come and do a 'tune up" on my gas furnace now that the cooler weather is here.
