Very quick response and got the job done fast.

1. They conclusion was "pump is broken, need to replace" estimation price $1330+ 2. The system runs fine for the entire winter no any problem 3. The pump does break down after 1 more year, and another service provider replaced it, and only cost me ~$700 What a rip of the price they asked for to replace the same unit! Will never trust them again.

When they first came, I probably would have been ok with giving them and A, but they had to do something else, and I came to find out that they didn't do it correctly. I found the instruction manual sitting on the coil. I'm like ok if they are supposed to wash the coil, then while is there a piece of plastic instruction manual sitting on top of a coil?

Sometimes with their services, I feel like they are not doing everything they should be doing. If they were doing everything they were supposed to be doing I would say it was a fair price. Things that were expected in the service, come to find out not all of it was done. I haven't spoken to them specifically about this before. They are pretty responsive. I didn't have any issues with them showing up on time. When they do work, we have asked them to wear shoe covers, and they have done that. Right now, I would probably say look for a new company. I am going to talk to them first, before I make the determination if I am going to use them again.

Excellent service all around. I put in a request through Angie's List over the weekend and on Monday morning they had a cancellation and came to my house right away. Dave was fantastic - very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and provided explanations that I understood. I would highly recommend Air Experts and will use them in the future.

Called on a Monday morning and Drew came out two hours later. He was great explaining options and working with us to find a great system inside of our budget. It was a real pleasure working with Drew. It's nice to not feel like you are just another sale. They came out and installed the system the next morning. I could not ask for more. They did a very neat install job. I was so pleased I immediately booked an air-duct cleaning. They even followed up to make sure we were happy and if there were any questions they could answer. Great experience.

I?ve used them twice over the past two years. They were in the Spring, 2016 & 2015. They were very punctual and the guy explained exactly what he was doing and I pretty much watched what he was doing. He pointed things out to me and that?s why I called him back for the last two times. The price was good and he didn?t overcharge me for anything. He told me that there may be a future problem, but he didn?t try to sell me anything right then and there. The replacement he said, doesn?t need to be replaced now.

Showed up on time cleaned the vents better then new and I was very impressed by the whole thing. Will hire again.

We had a fantastic experience. They came to give an estimate on a new system the same day I called to request an estimate. Their price was the lowest quote I got. The new heating / AC unit was installed three days after the initial call. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The system works great! Will definitely hire them again.

Very professional - efficient-came out first thing Monday morning-excellent

It went well. They didn't have that part on them but quickly went to carrier, picked one up and had it installed in less than 2 hours.

Everything went well. Technician was on-time and worked very efficiently and did through job.

The root cause of the issue is that the sensor has dust on it and needs to be cleaned. I was charged over $70 for wiping the sensor in addition to the $39 diagnose service call deal. Also the guy was trying to get me have the capacitor changed for almost $200. I declined it and my furnace has been working fine without the change of capacitor.

They were there the next day, and even offered emergency service...I declined though. At first I thought it may have been a bit pricey, but I'd pay for good service. Of course, they tried to sale me a service plan, but all places do. I would definitely use them again.

Good, promptly diagnosed and replaced

The guy that came out to assess and ultimately quote the work I needed done was very good. After getting a couple of bids I selected Air Experts to do the job. They came out today and the lead guy acted like the work order he had been given was not work that this company was capable of doing. This was very disappointing considering I had to take two days off work (today and the day the first guy came) to get to this point.

WONDERFUL. Done in half the time told it would take.

The installation ent in quickly and without a hitch, All parts fit well, and heat was back up and running within a few hours of being turned off. They installers were friendly and professional.

1st Town of Cary Inspection failed-system set too low too ground, gas leak + gas line not completely painted per code to prevent rusting. I informed them on day of install that the system was too low to the ground and expressed concerns about water getting into it. The sales guy dismissed my opinion. 2nd Town of Cary Inspection Failed - gas line painted and leak fixed but ignored fact that system not elevated properly; Team came out yet again while I was not home and raised unit with crow bar or something that left multiple crack in foundation base; I had to contact someone in their mgmt group to have a team come out and completely disconnect and put in new foundation base. System finally passed the 3rd time Town of Cary came out. I have pictures of cracked foundation base. It was insulting that their foreman thought that was an acceptable fix. I appreciated the manager getting involved to finally resolve issues but will not use this company again.

Could not have been more pleased!!! As we have experienced in the past, all of the personnel at Air Experts were top notch!!!

Problem solved by replaced two parts.

The technician was very knowledgeable, did a very good job

They were competing with another company for our business. In order to get our business, they promised us a three year service contract for free for the maintenance contract. They only came once and every time I call to make an appointment, they would never call back. So, they renamed on that. They were nice guys. The guys that installed it were qualified, courteous, and did a good job. I felt cheated. I have been lied to because they promised me one thing and renamed on it. I do not know if they changed ownership or a new boss came along and did not understand, but I called several times and reminded them that they promised me this and they never called back. They never responded.

Everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and professional.
