Technician was very thorough and explained the process as he went. I was very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend their services!!

I wish all companies were as professional and easy to work with as Air Experts have been. Friendly person on phone to set appointment, technician calls ahead when he is on his way - he was on time, friendly, explained the process and answered questions, worked hard for 2+ hours, left zero mess and put everything right back in place that needed to be moved to get to floor vents. Final step was tech spraying the returns with a sanitizer to go through system that smelled nice - which I thought was a nice touch for the end of the visit. Approximate cost was for two systems.

They had to put freeone in there. I keep going back because they seem to be honest. I was going to buy a new unit but they cost too much so now I'm calling them back to fix the one that's in there.

Went smoothly. Tested and cleaned both units (each at $49). Added a bunch of gas, which likely would have cost the full service price. However, felt a bit pushed to replace parts that seemed to be working. One part I did have replaced I later found on Amazon for 10% of the price paid (on top of the $49). Called the company and they explained this compensates them for the installation and warranty they give. Still seems a bit pricey, so be on the lookout when using them. Overall this deal was amazingly priced and the service was well performed.

Their representative arrived on time, completed the job in a couple of hours and cleaned around each vent after. I was very pleased with the result and it has definitely made a difference in the amount of dust in our home.

They come out and give you an estimate. They let you know what would be good for your house. We needed two new units because we had been in the house for 20 years. We knew our system was going, it wasn't broken, so we had time to shop around. It just wasn't holding up. The price was good. It must have been good if we choose them. Their quality of work was excellent. If I had a question, they were courteous, polite, and professional.

I used to have a service agreement with them when the units were brand new. Now, they just email me deals for tune-ups or whatever. I get a discount for deals on their website. They were professional and very good. The same person doesn't come out all of the time. The one I had this time was excellent. I would tell people to give them a try.

The technician was nice and respectful. He answered all of our questions and gave us several options for repair. Will definitely use again.

They informed me that they would charge me extra. I informed them I only needed 1 pound of refrigerant and they told me that I would have to take 2 pounds. They are looking for every reason just to over charge customers. I would not recommend them. I called them several times and informed them that I wanted to speak with a supervisor and they just ignored me. I feel that I was being taken advantage of.

I am very disappointed. They tried to blow everything off and rip off the customer to get more money. I called them and they did not respond. I used the messaging service through Angie's List to let them know that I was disappointment and they did not respond to that either. They came and they blew up my fan and they did replace it.You shouldn't have them on your site. I called a few times and left a message and they didn't call me back, I also messaged them through you guys and didn't get any response. They are a very rude and arrogant company. Looks like they have a lot of business through you guys. I wouldn't keep them on there. Their professionalism was bad, they didn't bother to get back in contact with me. No, I would not use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the great response time and high level of service we received from the sales rep, Jonathan, as well as the installers and office staff.

Young man arrived on time. Cleaned out the cooler which was located outside. He reported what he had done and suggested some possible repairs, but I wasn't interested in those.

They were pretty expensive. They were in and out in a couple of hours. It was completely done right. The worker was polite and pleasant.

He cleaned the duct very nice but forgot to sanitizer the duct.

Probably the best contractor I've worked with. The project manager not only quoted a reasonable offer but appeared during installation. Installers were very nice and took extra care not to make a mess with deconstruction or installation by draping runways with tarping. The entire operation only took 4.5 hours.

Quality of service is outstanding.

This guys are some of the best out there! They know their stuff, not the cheapest out there but the quality is better then some of the other guys, even the more expensive "big name" guys.

They did a service on the air conditioning unit and then they had to add pound of freon and that what drove the cost up.

We have a service contract with them. They're a small company and local to the area. They have been around for awhile They are responsive and give good service. The workers are knowledgeable and greet you friendly at the door. They wear protective covers on shoes. They give you a bill of health on the system and recommend items you may need and don't pressure you on anything.

I've been using them the last three years. The services are under a contract.
