Description of Work: My orginal post was on August 3rd ($89 Service Call). My new unit was installed on Monday, August 6th. The installers (Emilio and Chuck) were on time, very professional and explained everthing that they did as the job progressed. Upon completion of the installation everything was picked up and removed from my property. In addition to installing the unit, they replaced the thermostat, ductwork and installed a new carbon monoxide detector. Over the last few days, I have been very happy with the new unit and the temperature within my home. I am very happy with the service from Air Experts.

Description of Work: The "24-point check" turned up some issues, which we expected with older units; however, when we contacted another company for repairs, they found a leaking valve and other issues which were not noted. Check not very helpful at all.

Description of Work: Complete tune-up on our two A/C systems. Our tech was very professional and took great pains no to track dirt, etc. into our house. He spent a great deal of time explaining to us what he was doing and the overall condition of our system.

Description of Work: I ended up signing up for there 1 year maintenance program and they applied the 60 towards the program. Tech was Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would def. recommend

Description of Work: Tuned up A/C unit for the summer

Description of Work: My air conditioning upstairs went out. I had Freon blown in. This did not work. Hence, we replaced our upstairs system and since all systems were ~ 15 years old, we agreed to replace upstairs and downstairs systems. We had been serviced by Britt whom changed to Air Experts. They agreed to credit us back for the Freon and service calls. They arrived timely, placed three people on the job and completed the work on the date and times agreed to. Overall, they were AWESOME !!!!!

Description of Work: I had read the reviews on this firm and decided to give them a try. My upstairs air conditioner was blowing warm air. A call resulted in a service man at my house 12-2. He explained what he found and it turned out to be replacement of the unit. The next day a salesman was at my house to talk about costs, etc. After educating me on my systems that were approaching 13 years old, I decided to replace both upstairs and downstairs units. The price was fantastic and the guarantees are letting me relax for the next few years with no worries of money going out for repairs. The next day a crew of approximately 8 men showed up and worked 8+ hours to get the two new systems in. They vacuumed all my air ducts and sealed all the joints on the ducts. New pad bases and took apart the old upstairs unit and rebult it for both heat and a/c and installed a new gas pack for the downstairs unit. From the saleman on down I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to work with. Everyone was polite, did their job with no interference to me and I believe that I got excellent value for my dollar. TODAY I am enjoying a cool comfortable inside environment., :-)

Description of Work: A/C tune up and cleaning

Description of Work: A/C tune-up on two systems and a replacement of a battery part on one of the systems. Quality is low due to repairmen forgetting to turn on breaker switch on one of the system. They responded very quickly and were onsite the next morning. The repairmen was also late but I was aware of the timing issue and was kept updated. Even though there were problems with the service, I will still recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: The technitian (Matt) arrived on time and proceeded to insert a cover on his shoes which I really appreciated. He worked very efficiently and serviced my 2 air conditioners thoroughly. He found out that my upstairs air conditioner wasn't working so he checked all the electrical components until he found the problem, which he fixed. I am totally satisfied and will keep their name on my files. The price I paid covers only 1 air conditioner because I had purchased a "Big Deal" on the other one and it also covers the replacement part.
