A WISE IDEA

Description of Work: Josh and his brother have done many tasks for us over the past year (plus). They have been fabulous, and we will use them again and again. (I previously submitted a report last year, but wanted to say this again). Plus, my now three year old son adores Josh. Josh is wonderful with him. If there is something that Josh cannot do, he will tell you. So as not to waste your time either..(this isn't much!).

Description of Work: The $300 includes a number of electrical services. This includes moving a cloud light from kitchen to garage, installing two new track lights without an existing set up (i.e. he had to ''fish'' for wires in ceiling), install motion detector to existing light spot, install motion detector without existing light spot, install two dimmer switches, move two dimmer switches, and install new island light to new light spot.

Description of Work: I've used Josh Wise's services several times to do window repairs on two houses (one of which is my own). In addition, he replaced a roof fan that had seized. The outside window sills and trim needed repairs to replace rotted wood. Josh's wood cuts and fittings were clean and tight. He worked very efficiently and cleaned up the site before he left. The last job was so small that I didn't think he'd do it, but he did it with a pride of workmanship that you'd think I had him building a custom deck instead of minor window repairs. A friend has used Josh to paint their house and was pleased with his work. We each learned about Josh from other people who had used his services.
