Description of Work: Our hot water heater broke...leaking water all over our garage. Jason came to the house immediately. He diagnosed the problem and called at least a half dozen suppliers to locate our particular water heater. He was able to find a replacement and install it in less than 48 hours. We can't thank him enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Description of Work: Two men arrived promptly at 7:30 am. Owner Jason had picked up 2 Khoeler Cimarron toilets from Lowe's the previous afternoon. These were installed plus a new Moen kitchen faucet. He also fixed 2 bathroom sink popups. Cleaned up nicely and hauled away old toilets. Jason knows what he is doing. Afterall, it's 3rd Generation Plumbing!

 + 0 moreWe have an AHS warranty, but found almost no satisfaction from dealing with them when our water heater started to leak. So we went to Lowes and spec'd out a new one with Lowes arranging the install. We were assigned 3rd Generation Plumbing as the installer with HIGH recommendations from the store staff. They were spot on about Jason! He showed up for a pre-install fit appointment, he made us feel VERY comfortable, we didn't feel any doubt at all that we were hooking up with a qualified, honest, dependable tradesman. When we settled on the heater and arranged the date for the install, Jason and his crew showed up a few minutes early, they were intensely considerate of our flooring while removing the old heater. I've never seen a neater, cleaner refit of a water heater in my life! Nice clean welds, consideration taken for our washer and dryer being able to fit back into place and just a real nice job overall. We gave Jason a high rating with Lowes during the feedback stage of the install and once I saw that he was listed on Angie's List I felt I had to do the same, I am that impressed with his work.
