Very efficient and effective

They have cleaned our carpets 3 times in the past year. I love the service! The staff are courteous and professional.

Went great! I had the rooms prepped and most of the furniture moved out of their way, so they were fast in getting it done! And they gave a free bottle of carpet cleaner stuff! Very nice gentlemen. They had to deal with the outside rain, but cleaned up the floor where they had gotten it damp from outside. Did the carpet stairs as a bonus for me! Great job!!! First time I've ever gotten my carpets professionally cleaned and b/c it was so quick and cheap, i'll probably keep up w/ it more often! Thank you!!!

Excellent. They were punctual and did a great job on the cleaning of whole house carpet and a sofa and love seat ($435). I had purchased the house several months ago and the previous owners had three dogs and a cat and there was terrible pet odor everywhere, particularly litter box smell in one spot that was strong. There were stains all over as well. The pet odor was removed, and the furniture looked and smelled much better. I added on a stain protection coating. I was told it would last 5-7 years ($751). I don't know if it's true, but I hope it is because the costs of it seems high. The carpet gets heavy traffic so I thought I'd try this.

Called ahead-right on time. Well dressed-explained process-asked about other services. Worked h****** difficult spots. Used corner protectors. Put furniture on blocks.

Arrived on time, completed work in reasonable time. I was pleased with the results, although it turned out to be a little more expensive that the estimate.

Agent arrived on time and was neatly dressed and very polite. Got to work immediately with very little "chit chat". finished in about one hour. I am not sure that carpet under furniture was cleaned; however, all spots were removed and job looked good. I would use them again and have recommended them to my neighbor.

The smoke smell from previous tentant was a huge bother to me. They told me about a fogger to eliminate the odor and it worked great! No smell at all anymore.

We made the appt last week after checking the ratings on Angie's list. We were told the fee schedule and that we would be the first appt today at 0830. Promptly at 0830, Louis and Reed pulled into our driveway and got right to work. Very professional, and very careful of our house with their equipment. They spent an hour on the job and we are pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, the technician was experienced and friendly. He made sure to protect my furniture before he started to clean the carpet.

The level of professionalism and attention to detail was most impressive. The staff was courteous and they did a thorough job of carpet cleaning. Not the cheapest, but in my experience, the best around here, AND of course, you get what you pay for. Very pleased.

They were very responsive in scheduling to meet our needs. The employee that did the cleaning was very professional, polite and competent. He went out of his way to be sure the job was done right, in addition that take extra care in working in your home so as to not take any chances that they might damage anything accidentally. The quality of heir work was excellent.

The technician was very polite and careful in his work. He listened to my requests and concerns. He stayed until I was satified. He was kind to the children who were very interested in what he was doing! He was also punctual!

First, they are the only company that picked up the phone when i called very nice and professioal from the phone to the tech. that came to our house. The cleaning was the best we have ever had done on the Outer Banks before. Everything was just how they said it would be.
